A must have in this profession! Thanks for identifying those moles and spots with confidence they were nothing more than the normal variety. Yay! That put me at ease. Thanks!

She was wearing yellow hospital scrubs, had dark hair with light brown/red looking highlights. Ridiculous and reckless driving for a doctor or nurse..

Earline Johnson: This office is racist. I was having a hard time getting a new medication, that they were supposed to be taking care of for me. I waited 2 months for them to fix the problem. It never got fixed. All I got was a white nurse telling me that I should not be upset about it. I'm getting it Free anyway!!!. As if black people are the only ones on Medicare or Medicaid. It's not free if you don't have it on hand to take. Its ashame that black people can't get proper medical care in MO. Then we get labeled for not taking care of ourselves. What a joke. But not laughing??????????

Elizabeth Falke: Terrible. He took about all of 5 minutes to assess me on the first visit. I showed him one spot in particular that was very large and painful. He said there was nothing he could do about it then. He prescribed Zoloft for me as he thought I was OCD. Wrong. Went to another dermatologist and she removed the spot immediately. The results came back positive for MRSA. Save your money and go to someone else.

You can tell that everyone working there knows exactly what they are doing and this doctor leads by example. They are also friendly and compassionate.

Before being seen here, I had such a hard time doing anything, being outside, sometimes just getting dressed or showering. The treatment I've received has changed my life substantially. I had one after the other. It was very quick and very easy and I liked him a lot.The office is new and spacious, very clean and not packed with people at all. Plenty of parking.DIRECTIONS- there's a lot of strip malls and a lot of lanes in this area, so be aware.From I-29 Head West on 64th St. Get into the left hand lane. You'll pass a Hy-Vee on your right and a McDonald's on your left, keep going to the next big light (Cosby) and get into the right hand-left turn lane (two lane left turn).Turn left/ south onto Cosby, being in the right hand lane will force you to make an immediate right turn into a parking lot with a Smoothie King on your left and a Community America bank on your right.Take the first left as if you were going to the Smoothie King on the corner. Continue past Smoothie King; the dermatology office is 3 doors down facing East in the strip mall.

He didn’t even listen to what I was saying but recommended me a cream to remove my moles. First of all they directed me to a pharmacists that I don’t even use or registered under. Brandon Pence: I am also not one to write a bad review however I don't want anyone to go through what I am going through. Dr. Rouse did a tiny 30 sec procedure that failed. I was charged a ridiculous amount of money for the failed procedure, and I have very good insurance. They refuse to see me for an additional consultation until the failed procedure is paid in full. Something is not right about this! Unfortunately I would stand clear of this practice.

Katelyn Golub: Dr. Douglas and her staff are professional and relatable. In our three appointments, we waited in our room for less than 10 minutes and were on the way out within 20 minutes, every time! Our 4 year old and 1 year old felt at ease in their office and loved the interactive dance floor in the waiting room. Dr. Douglas and her staff also interacted playfully with our daughters to make them feel more relaxed and comfortable. All our questions were answered clearly and patiently. I 100% recommend this practice!

Laura Melvin: I initially gave a five star review but that was after our first appointment and things changed drastically from there. I took my daughter in to see Dr. Douglas regarding a small lump on her upper back. We scheduled a second appointment for the removal and biopsy and during that time the doctor made the comment that she didn’t get it all but it should be fine. A few weeks later the bump started growing back. We went back in and Dr. Douglas then said it was a keloid and suggested treating it with cortisone shots. She was pretty aggressive while giving the shots and totally traumatized my daughter with all the pain. The cortisone shots didn’t work and we went back in and she told us we will have to have another appointment to try to remove the entire lump. She also made sure to tell me that her office also does procedures to help with scaring but that is considered a cosmetic procedure. She is the reason my daughter has the nasty scar to begin with. After all these appointments my daughter is left with a bump still, a nasty scar from the first removal attempt and is now scared to go for any more treatments.
