I paid them up front, no payments and neither of them know what’s going on with the case their handling for my loved one. No communication, calls, they are non-responsive and act as if they can care less each and every time I call practically begging for feedback on what’s going on with the case. The moment I handed over my money, they were ghost. Justin told me that if I had more money to throw at the case, they’d put more time into it. Wow, seriously? You gave me a price of what the service would cost and I paid that outright. Not to mention the lead attorney, Brad has told me countless times that he can’t explain a thing going on because he’s not as involved as the “team” is.
