Shawn: We generally have good service with quicksilver. When it comes to there car service delivery they are fantastic however do not depend on them for truck service deliveries..they often say they are running behind and will not guarantee same day or even 2 hour service. It's a company we thought were reliable but unfortunately will not be used again when it comes to big truck shipments.

brett roberts: Disappointed... I scheduled a ride for my son (he does not live with me) to be picked up and taken to the airport. I called and gave them all my cc info and was told my cc would not be charged until the ride was over. I don't know if this was a driver issue or an internal issue but the driver required the payment in cash! The whole point was that I was paying for the ride and not my son, fortunately he had the $65 in cash (which I'm reimbursing him), not sure what they would have done otherwise....

I dared to pass him and he then made it his personal mission to catch up to me and trap me in a semis blind spot.His father was a hamster and his mother smelt of elderberries!

Erika Cox: Was told $750/wk guaranteed during hiring process only to be told in training that this was only for 3 weeks. Was told by Megan not to focus on extremely low paying routes but on "learning" and "building" my business. But you can't help notice the ridiculously low pay. Not to mention, they micromanage while at the same time emphasizing how much you're an IC and this is your business..well, if this is my business I choose when to work and for how much. Gave them one star for effort but there's too much trickery involved. Just be upfront.

Shawna Hiesberger Allen: Scheduled a pickup at Union Station Kansas City's administrative offices. We provided the correct address and suite numbers, along with the correct instructions as to which elevator to use to get to the office suite. The courier couldn't find Union Station Main Admin Office. I missed his call. He apparently couldn't or wouldn't ask anyone in the main Union Station hall for directions to the correct elevator in the building. They charged us full price. And told me it would be full price for them to "try again". Opted not to do that. We used a different local courier, provided the exact same address, and exact same instructions. The 2nd courier service company got it easily picked up & delivered, and charged 20% less.

OH NO: Firstly I'd like to say as an independent contractor co working with a family member, one of our TRUCKS WERE STOLEN OUT of THE PARKING LOT! this was shown to be a mistake doing business with the likes of this company....owner is "shiesty", inconsiderate and careless....247 IS RAN LIKE a small town MA & PA shop, they dont listen to the drivers, the pallets are wrapped completely too high with the absolute cheapest plastic wrap on the market.....clear cut bias in many areas, I GARAUNTEE the owner is under paying the hispanics working in the back warehouse, if even legal.... the numbers never look to add up correctly as to independent contractors get paid, different than hourly drivers... they make up rules on the fly like a spoil child that doesnt want you to play with their ball. Have no working air, restrooms barely in working order, pop machines dont work, charge ic for pallet jack use, charged their own hispanic workers 100.00 just to celebrate cinco de mayo in the office etc etc.... i could go on.... dont respond,just know karma is real

Elderly man with a limp and a cane pulls in next to spot closest to the HC spot, takes forever to make his way inside… First driver comes out, gets in car, vacates the HC spot. Pro ex courier car races in, pulls right into HC spot, walks in building. Old man comes back out, walks past another non-HC vehicle parked in the HC spot close to the door. Shakes his head. I’m shaking mine too.

When Trevor and his partner showed up on the day of the move, they were both professional and worked quickly and efficiently. They had originally quoted my job with 3 movers and the 2 guys were able to complete it in less time than was originally estimated, saving me money. Stephanie Webster: Jeremiah, KB and DJ made my moving experience so much easier! I unexpectedly had to move from one 3rd floor apartment to another 3rd floor apartment in the same complex and they all went quickly and worked so hard, took no breaks and completed everything within the 2.5 hour quoted time. Not only that, but they all have wonderful, fun personalities and KB has a great taste in music and had the jams going for us!I will remind you if it's your first time moving, take loose shelves out of things just incase because I did have something break but Jeremiah helped me take pictures immediately and the claims department is working on taking care of that for me. Plus, only one thing breaking going from one 3rd floor to another 3rd floor in 2.5 hours I'd say is still amazing and honestly this did not take away from how amazing these guys really did. And on the other end of this, there were a few pieces of furniture that were my great-grandparent's that I asked they be extra careful with as I just lost my great grandpa in April. They all communicated this to each other and were EXTRA gentle with these pieces. This was NOT an easy move but these guys did amazing. This was my first time hiring movers and I will definitely hire them again. I recommend these guys for sure. Thank you Jeremiah, KB and DJ!!!

In particular, I had a washer and dryer that needed to be moved through a tight doorway and I was impressed by how well they managed to get it through. The price seemed a little high, but they did such a fantastic job, I can attribute the cost to "you get what you pay for." Great job Moving Proz.

With so many helpful services in one place, I'll remember The Mail Center for my next round of errands. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a list of services in their brochure to memorize.
Ralph Watkins: Excellent service. Stood around at Office Depot for about 20 minutes waiting for some help before trying myself to send files via email to print (to no avail). Come to The Mail Center and not only get great service (immediately) was able to print the files in short order and was done and out of there within 10 minutes. Bill was fantastic! Thanks Bill!!

Ashley Russ: Came here because they offer DMV services and being new to the area, we needed to get plates and registration for two cars. We had everything in order and from the beginning it was a hassle. They requested documents not listed on the DMV website and after two hours of paperwork, spelling mistakes, and back and forth the woman helping us tried to charge us $29k. Yes, you read that right, $29k. We have NO idea what she was trying to do but clearly did not know what she was doing or what we were asking for. This place should NOT be listed as a DMV services offerer.
Joshua Higgins: The Mail Center has been super helpful every time I've needed to print something, buy packaging, and get something mailed - they assist and really help expedite the process compared to USPS. It's also nice they mail all carriers so you don't have to hunt down the specific location to send something.
Veon Washington: The gentleman that assisted me was very polite and professional. He was helping another customer when I walked in but still greeted me and was ready for my appointment. They offer a variety of services here and if you're doing business in the Westport area I highly recommend The Mail Center.
William Blodgett: Totally the model for customer service
Jeffrey Pearson: Absolute 'Go To' for shipping international packages. DHL is the best and fastest method without all the usual hassle. The Mail Center staff is always fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I always appreciate how helpful and courteous they are.

Desrene Maxwell-Eason: A one stop shop where I was able to cut a key, purchase a money order and got my dry cleaning done. The ambiance of the store was quite pleasant. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I will return to get my dmv services at the end of the month. The rep was Carlos.
Russell Thorpe: Excellent service. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Will be going here again and again.
Dillon Erwin: I had a passport appointment here and it was such a quick/easy experience! The agent made sure I did everything possible to get my passport as fast as possible which was a huge relief in my end.
Gabby Ortman: The staff at The Mail Center are always SO friendly and helpful. I typically use them for shipping, but was able to stop by today to get my passport application started and completed; I feel so silly for procrastinating on this and not coming here sooner. For me, they’re an indispensable part of Westport and I’m endlessly grateful for all the help they provide.
Sara Reed: Service was quick and the staff went the extra mile getting my package taken care of.
