Santa Fe Tow Service: Santa Fe Tow service is a family owned and operated business based in Lenexa, Kansas. Santa Fe Tow Service operates in 3 states, our other locations are in Blue Springs, Missouri Joplin, Missouri and Quapaw, Oklahoma. Santa Fe Tow Service is a growing company that needed to upgrade its computers, servers, security and software to assure we could keep up with our continued growth. We were referred to Kansas City Managed IT by Ray with Progressive Communications. The crew at Kansas City Managed IT met with us and provided us with a cost effective plan to improve our systems. This plan was a massive undertaking to implement with new computers, new server, and assistance in securing new high speed internet services into our locations. Additionally, Kansas City Managed IT assisted us in obtaining a new domain for our email services and assisted in the implementation in a complete Microsoft 360 system. Kansas City Managed IT has been responsive to our needs throughout the entire process. Kansas City Managed IT has a knowledgeable and talented team. Our immediate needs were met as well as are our ongoing needs.

After our company went through a tornado this past May, they were on the scene the next day to remove our servers and other computers to get them analyzed.
