Evan Mitchell: Tell your associates to stop bypassing the email receipt option when checking out. Several of them try to hit the bypass option as fast as they can. E-receipts are much easier to categorize over pictures of a receipt.
Bullseye Bullman: Usually have the items you need. Downfall is there is almost always a pretty good wait in most of the lines.
Melanin Poppin: The location on Linwood Blvd is the ABSOLUTE BEST out of ALL the chains in Kansas City. The Linwood Location has Super Friendly, Helpful, Professional, Welcoming Staff members.I have been as far as 154th in Olathe and ALL the other Stores act as though Certain People of a Melanin Complexion have some sort of time limit as to how long they can be in the store. They act as if People of a Melanin Complexion are not Allowed to Browse. They want you In and Immediately Out. I see in the reviews at other Locations customers of a NON Melanin complexion saying they could not find help on the floors. This is because there will LITERALLY be 5-6 employees, in a Row, following the People of a Melanin Complexion around Asking a Million times if THEY need help when THEY aren't even Asking or even Looking as if they desire assistance. It's like security sees the Melanin Complexion people on camera and Instantly put staff on THEM, Way in Corner Aisle 44. Hmmmmmmm !!

Bring back cashiers please. I really hate going to this store even though it's close to me. I usually drive further to the Westlake or strassers because the service is much better.

Then made me go thru my receipt one by one and made me late for my appt. Also made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable. Not coming back!

Caezar L: There is a lady in painting that she took a peak at the sticker of paint that I was trying to reorder and she memorized the whole number and even while talking with another customer, she entered the numbers to get the paint I needed, at one point I thought this is impossible she will come back to look at it again but she didn't. I had to acknowledge that and let her know how good she is.

He cut my blinds to size and showed me how to install them to which I had no idea.The management needs to know "Kevin" is an excellent employee and is a step above most others. Absolutely horrendous, Walmart looks 10x better than this store.

I do not work there and then I had to wait 15 minutes for her to come over to say yes I am over 21 so I could purchase some alcohol.

Everyone gave me the same response. “There’s nothing I can do for you.”As a retail leader of 8 years, I encourage you to tell your customer’s when there is an exception to the typical return policy that will prevent your customer from being able to make a return. I would have been happy with a store credit even. But nope. Nothing.

As I turned around she was literally standing directly behind me I could have stepped on her. She said, “I’m not sure what you’re talking about, and she led me to the hand lotions? She then proceeded to act like she was facing the small hand lotions and just walked away!! As I was walking around the store getting my items I came there for, there were several teenagers being loud throughout the store and two middle school boys running around the store! Now do you think anyone of Target staff addressed these issues?!? Not a single one! Let’s make it a point to focus on the person that is actually doing shopping, but taking their time while doing it! Makes sense to me!? NOT! Talk about having your safety priorities backwards! I’m all about quality control if I’m I were the type of person to do that, but I’m not!! Let’s get it together TARGET and train your staff better!!

He truly cares about his customers, and today he even got outside before I even got there. He was out there with the bags just patiently waiting for me. The remodel of the customer service desk was completed with a beautifully crafted "Exchanges and Returns" sign as you can see in this photo I took; however I was told today.... "we don't do exchanges; our policy has changed".... so after a million dollar remodel with a sign that includes your policy..... its now something different. Twighlight ZONE. Seriously.

Kylie: This home depot actively, willingly and consciously kills animals and birds in cruel ways.In the garden center, they have netting along the ceiling to prevent birds from nesting. The birds can get inside this netting, but cannot get out. I have witnessed a bird starving to death up there and panicking for a way out. This is extremely upsetting for me and others to witness, not to mention needlessly cruel.There was also a nest of baby birds that were sitting in a Shrub outside and our team of vendors set it aside and kept an eye on it, making sure it wasn't taken or sold. The next day the nest was gone. I believe someone in the home depot team took the nest and killed them while we were gone.I don't know what it is with this home depots management, but how are you going to have a garden center and then get upset when something that is apart of nature comes along? I would much rather see happy, chirping birds than starving and dying birds in a garden center, and i'm sure most others would agree.Your handling of this is extremely cruel and upsetting. Every single life is sacred.

Mya Ezzell: I just tried calling customer service twice and both times after no answer and about 20 rings it hung up on me! No customer service.
Allie Stella: I live right near this Target and have come quite a few times.No matter when I come whether it's early on a weekday, late, or a weekend there is always a huge line. There is one person sometimes no person actually at a check out ringing up people. You have to wait in a huge line and oftentimes check out your items.Most of my experiences though with staff have been pretty pleasant
Finn B: The people in the electronics department on 06/06/23 at around 3 were the most unhelpful and rude employees I’ve ever encountered at a target. They were teens that didn’t want to help and were just talking eating lunch in the electronic section. Myself and two other people were looking for other employees and one of the girls finally asked if we needed help only to press the call button. No one was coming so I asked her if she could press it again and she laughed with her friend and said they’ll be there. Once I was finally helped, the girl who came gave me what I needed as I stood at the checkout lane. She then proceeded to help someone else instead of check me out and I had to ask if I could take my product to the front because it was locked in a case and I didn’t want it to beep or anything. Overall this target is okay, but staff has never done anything above and beyond for the customer that me or anyone I know have witnessed or experienced. :( I normally don’t write these kinds of reviews but I was made very uncomfortable and embarrassed.
Jerrica Jones: I’ve literally been sitting here for almost 30 minutes waiting for my drive up order. I called twice and no one answered. More cars are pulling up. I called corporate to let them know about this (they were not able to contact them/help either, only took down a complaint) I would not expect this from Target. Walmart, maybe, but not Target. If I wanted to go inside I would have just done that instead of the drive up option. Ridiculous !

Adrian Wooddell: Awful checkout experience. Not once in months have I gone in and there been a cashier. Always a big line to self-checkout because people with a cart full of items are forced to use the self-checkout.Clean and somewhat organized enough though.

Kathy Hulen: Worst Target experience ever. Came in after work at 5:30 PM on a Tuesday evening. Absolutely no carts inside the store. All carts are in the parking lot. No regular cash registers open, only self check. Bought over $300 of items and had the pleasure of stacking my bags ON THE FLOOR because self check out counter is too small to hold more than 1 bag of items. Absolutely ridiculous and zero customer service. They are training us to expect nothing from them and be happy for the privilege of shopping.

TAMMY M: PEOPLE SHARE THIS! Supposedly this Target throws away all return pre-packaged sealed food. That means that if you return a box of cereal, sealed oreo cookies, canned goods, cake mix... it gets TRASHED.I returned some pre packed SEALED cake mix, marshmallows and other baking items that I knew that I would not get around to making or using and the lady at the Guest Services counter decided to pretty much shame me in front of other guests by telling me that food items that I was returning would be thrown away. I was like, these are unopened boxes of cake mix and cereal! I dont know any other stores that throw items like this away. I even asked a local grocery store right down the street from Target if they did that and they said NO. They used to during COVID, but not anymore. I mean if that is the case, cant Target donate the items to a local food pantry? I even asked that and she said NO, that there are too many risks doing that. Well, dont food pantries take risks every single day by taking food donations from food drives and people cleaning out their pantries or from people who just want to help out? That is where the food comes from on most occasions, so why not give the returned food items to them?I was there on December 22 at around 7pm. Yes the store was bombarded because we just had 2 days of bad weather, Christmas was right around the corner and there were 100's of people waiting in cars to pickup orders. I get that it was busy, but this woman at the "Guests Services" counter was less than pleasant. She was RUDE beyond words and shouldnt be working Guest Services if she doesnt want to be pleasant and helpful. I am not saying that she should lose her job, I am just saying that she needs to be in a position where she isnt speaking to or helping people as she obviously doesnt like to.
Richard Foley: Always easy shopping and a great place to "wish shop", so much to choose from. Easy in and out and wheel chair friendly with h-capped parking
Matthew Brewer: Only got 3 cashiers open and the line is currently half way back to the food section. It's an absolute joke, only 6 days before Christmas and they're not helping people check out
