Theresa Waters: This comment is way past-due... This service provider (Waldo T-Shirts) provided excellent service in early September of 2019. I utilized their services at the last minute, after being refused to be provided a planned (scheduled) service by a corporate T-Shirt provider (Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More of Kansas City). Although the owner was inundated with filling a large order, he chose to provide the last minute service to me, because of the poor service provided by the other service provider. In addition, the finished products were excellent and well received by all that wore them, and we received many complements. If I’m in the KC area in the future and need a T-Shirt design, Waldo T-Shirts will be at the top of my list!

Edward Jones II: I was very disappointed in the quality of my shirt. The black in the shirt seemed to be faded and wasn’t as dark as I would’ve liked. When I called back to discuss the let down of the shirt, the employee told me it was nothing they could do and THEN suggested vinyl, which I wish they would’ve told me before. They get two stars because although I was very disappointed in the shirt they do get back to you when you reach out. They were very helpful as I began the process, just wish my shirt would’ve came out in better quality.

Patty: Amazing capability to take an everyday photo, take the motorcycle off it, flip it around, and put on a tshirt with a US flag back ground that Big Frog provided. The patience of Aaron & Phil the owner was also amazing since I'm very picky. This shirt was a gift but once he finds out we can put a pic of our bike on the shirt, I'm sure we'll be back for more. All the time spent, place on a good quality Gilden 3X was $34. Thank you Big Frog!

Wren Hayes: Got a couple of shirts made here and the prints are pretty high quality, they have lasted a few washes and are still looking good. The folks who work here are doing their best to be fast and friendly, and are knowledgeable about their print process and can help you know what will turn out good and what won't.
Yamily Hakime: NOT Military friendly! they will not work with you. I called to make a change to 1 of the shirts ordered out of 24. The change would not change the price nor holt their progress as it was to simply add the title “BDE SARC” under the name already on the design. I would understand their reluctancy in making a Change if they were already working on the shirts but shirts ordered were not yet received in their store. Our experience in this store was very disappointing and do not recommend them.
Mak Kells: I was coming into store looking to order about 300 shirts for my company possibly and another 15 for personal, i called ahead of time ask if needed appointment and was told no. I stopped in a girl was with a customer, no problem but she told me her manager be with me in just a minute. I waited 15 min looking out of place just waiting by door. I get customer service but nothing else was said. After waiting I asked if was a better time the same girl said maybe 10 min, which now to me she knew it would be that long to begin with should of said that to begin with. So I left an called as O want to make sure I dont wast a trip back up to the store, the girl answers phone says manager is busy what can she do, I know how this goes I am a manager an tell my people the same thing. Then I said I was told she would be back then magic manager comes on phone, acts like cant hear me, then she goes to say have to help customers first so she didnt even hear me say that here person knew it would be awhile, manager days she has a digestive issue ect, poor manager, poor representative at the front to give accurate info an timing, taking my business elsewhere. Dnt waste your time with this place

Pam Davidson: I found a shirt online that I want to order for 4 of us girls going on a cruise. They did not have tank tops available online so I did some checking around hoping to find a local print shop that could print the design on a tank top, after reading the reviews for this shop I contacted Demetrius.I sent him a picture of the shirts, he told me he could do them for us, I was excited because he had choice of style and color for tank tops, he asked if he could get back with me in a week, I did not hear back from him, after several weeks I contacted him, he said there had been a family emergency and he would get back with me in a couple days. Well I am still waiting over 2 months now.The original online place recently offered tank tops so I ordered from there and got my shirts within 2 weeks.I would have preferred to shop local but when you can't get any response I can't wait.

Elizabeth Reed: My husband came in with an impossible task! We needed team shirts printed and we needed them done in TWO days. The owner was really awesome though! She took our info and made the order and called us the two days later to come and get them. We emailed her a picture of what we wanted and they came back looking EXACTLY like the picture and were great quality. We wore them do do some demo on a house so it was hard and dirty work but we through them in the wash and they still looked brand new. No stain (not even sweat stains), rips, rubbed off logos or anything. The owner was also so friendly and nice and worked with us to do everything she could to make our experience great and get us what we needed. I will go to them for any t-shirt prints me or my friends and family ever need again.

subdivide: I did not know that they existed but on my way to the library I decided to pull in. Lo and behold they can make all sorts of t-shirts sweatshirts hoodies hats three-quarter length sleeve, long sleeve whatever whatever you want. So I had a custom hoodie designed and made for me but then some children shirts with patterns that they already had for my kids for Christmas. $8 for the transfer seems well worth it plus they have several that I would like to have for myself. I wear a t-shirt everyday. Why not pick out the exact color and logo and size and everything that you want and have it made custom? It's not any more expensive and these cats can do it for you. I already have my kids Christmas presents made and ready to go plus my Georgia Bulldogs gear which is hard to find here. So that's pretty sweet. I don't know I think why have the same thing as everybody else when you can make one of 1 that no one else will have? It's custom. And it's cool

Staff were friendly and quick. Only minor downside is that the smell of the machine can get irritating, but otherwise the store is great and I recommend it!
