Country Club Plaza: what do users think?
Ken Heaton: Love The Plaza
Freddie Weisshaar: Awesome people and great place to visit and have fun things to do 🖤🖤🖤
Linda Hammond: It's nice not very many clothing stores
Robert Dingman: Getting across the street is a chor sometimes, but the shops are nice.
James Symmonds: Chain stores in an open air mall setting. Seems to be on a slow decline. Absolute shame that they knocked down a classic part of Plaza architecture for someone who has decided to pull out. That's going to be a hard recovery and I suspect that the soul of the plaza is going to continue to get sucked out of the place by developers. Update: sure enough. Plaza lighting really sucked this year.
Les Bro: It is always nice to get to the Plaza. It's a great date night place. I love it in the summertime in the evenings. The fountains are beautiful and romantic. There are lots of restaurants and stores to stroll through during the day. If you are visiting Kansas City, the Plaza is a great place to go. You will see all types of people, especially in the summertime. It is a great place to people watch.Unattended teens have a 9:00 pm, police enforced curfew.
Levi Crane: More cops driving around than stores to shop from
Chris Godfrey: It's a Kansas City staple if you have out of town guests, but less of a destination for locals.
Nannette Young: Chuy's was great enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.
Kassi Moore: I only give it four stars because I didn't go anywhere other than three dog bakery and a cheese shop. The bakery is amazing!!
Lilith Bleed: A walk among historic buildings and sculptures. Nice stores and restaurants.
Angeles Fernandez Muciño: One of my fav shopping spots
Ndue Sokoli: Top-notch service
John Ross: It's been in my Life for 65 yo, always been a KC fav.
Jacob Rose: Yeah. Touristy, but nice. Enjoyable when underpopulated. Art fair is cool.
Marion Williams: I like going to the plaza. Cheesecake Factory. Barnes and Noble. So many places to explore.
Carter Taylor: It’s a known issue that the restroom accommodations are a huge issue and that the lack of publicly accessible facilities is a major failure of planning, a barrier to those who have disabilities and discriminatory against women. It does not matter if it’s you or your small child, they will not let you use the restrooms in many stores and even restaurants. They’ll send you down the street and you have to hope that the one place that lets others use the bathroom will be open, have no line, and not be out of order like they often are when handling that volume of people. These policies may have been put in place to prevent the unhoused from being in the area, but they majorly impact other groups as well.
katie boyce: Always beautiful.
Chau Nguyen: Nice place
Gary Snyder: Great shopping, variety, and atmosphere

Crown Center: what do users think?
Balaji Sivasubramanian: Amazing food.. Amazing fountains and places to walk around.
Clarissa Feldman: We didn't stay here, but will definitely plan to in the future. Lots of shopping and dinning places. Easy walking as have skywalks over busy streets. Can easily access downtown events.
Mariella Seton: Bring your patience with you. As a first time visitor, traffic mall signs would've been helpful. The parking lot was difficult to find. Roads that my GPS was telling me to take were closed. Drove around several times. This mall is not your typical mall. Get a map and parking validated from customer service.
Austin craft: It was crowded because of the festival going on this weekend but overall everything was great. Took the family to sea life and afterwards had lunch at Curry in a Hurry. Which was the highlight of my trip.
bilohf tv: A luxury shopping center
jpg archive: It's a neat, clean, modest-sized, very kid-friendly mall in an excellent location. My main complaint is: who thinks it's a great idea to close up at 6pm??? C'mon, people.
Max Steel: Been going there since I was a little kid love it!!!!
Martez Crain: Many places to stop and grab a bite to eat, or shop around. They had a fairytale exhibit for the kids and it was free. The kids had a blast.
Kassi Moore: I was expecting there to be more shops. I went there to get a souvenirs and walking the whole mall I was able to find only one thing. Not worth it in my opinion
Elisabeth Putman: Was there for the Hospital Hill Run
Frecky Lewis: I had to update my review after visiting Crown Center again last weekend with my family. I'm not sure if the owners of the mall know this, but in order to sell things your stores have to be OPEN. The stores in this mall all close at 6:00 pm on Saturday. We had just finished our dinner at Fritz's in the mall, and at 5:45 we walked over to their special "Fairytale" exhibit that was advertised as being open until 6:00. We found the door locked and couldn't get in. When another family came out through the door we poked our heads in and were told by the desk attendant "It's closed." I asked if the signs were wrong and pointed out that they said the exhibit was open until 6, and she said "No, the signs are right, but we stop letting people in before that." She had no hint of friendliness or sympathy for our two obviously very disappointed children. To the mall management: If you close your exhibit at 5:40, don't advertise that it is open until 6 -- or at least, advertise that fact clearly. Knowing the stores would be closing in 15 minutes, we wandered up to the toy store on the top floor and were told even before entering the store "Just so you know, we close soon." I assured them that we wouldn't take up any of their time by spending money there. We made a few quick passes down the aisle at 5:50 and it was clear that the employees had no interest in anything but shooing everyone out. Perhaps they could have said "We close shortly, but is there anything we can help you find quickly?" Nope. No interest in making sales. Amazingly, there were countless other families wandering around the mall and surrounding area at 6:15 looking for something to do, and I guarantee many of them would have spent money in these stores. People say retail is dying; after visiting Crown Center, I can attest that retail isn't just dying, it is committing suicide.
Norma Patterson: Crown Center is the perfect place to do your shopping. The selection of stores is great, the prices are competitive. Plus, the atmosphere is always welcoming.
Rosie Hudson: My kids loved playing at the fairytale village! It's all free to get in. There are so many shops and restaurants inside. It's like a mini mall. Definitely coming back soon.
DIY_Nation_TH: #diynationth
Salton: Some nice activity stations but they may need a little more assistance with each one from staff so it's more clear how they work.
shannon hudson: this place was so relaxing.. my friend and I really enjoyed ourselves. We got icecream inside and walked across the street and ate it by the fountains... it a very pretty place as well!!! We will be returning for another relaxing afternoon.
Chad Motter: It has some cool shops. Something for everyone.
Rachel Anderson: Gorgeous place located perfect with lots of fun places to visit. Kaleidoscope is free, sea life and Lego land are right there plus lots of food and shopping! Fairy tale land is free and lots of fun!
Lisa Laughlin: Lego Land and Aquarium were alot of fun. Kids enjoyed themselves. It was pretty crowded and the space was smaller then expected but overall fun. The Aquarium was beautiful and more peaceful. They had alot of great tanks.
Cody Fry: Love to just walk around and see what I find here you never now
Jason Stidham: Great shopping center

Winter Magic: what do users think?
Adelaida Colon: The lights are beautiful but the ride is pretty short for the price.
Sapayh Olar: Good
Chris Kelley: Just an awesome experience for the whole family!
Cristina Alfonso: They need more advertising
E Fulton: Best drive-through holiday display!
Jessica: Had some expectations because of the the price tag & "reservation" pretense. But it was not better than other Kansas City drive-thrus that are free. The music was off-putting to me, as I wasn't expecting euro dubstep christmas remixes as the synchronized playlist🙃 However, it was not bad by any means, my young children enjoyed it. And the lady at the entrance was very friendly.
Sandy Glasgow: Outstanding Christmas light extravaganza! The entire display was beautiful! The nativity was extremely creative and elegant with a stained glass appearance. We would love to see additional scenes with the nativity. The ribbon lighting was fascinating. The zoo animals were stunning with exquisite details. The jazz artwork in lights was gorgeous. This entire display was designed by gifted artists. Thank you for a wonderful, memorable experience with superb service.
Issis Jaquelin Lopez: Lights were so beautiful and customer service was just so nice, we loved it!
Sandra Hernandez: Came last day, worthy
Jerry G: An outstanding Holiday show of light and sound. The new location is perfect.
Breann Wisdom: We loved it so much we went through twice! So pretty. Turn to the radio station and watch the reindeer sing!
Zac Hunt: Insanely worth the wait
Stevie Kirk: It was really cool we had to loop around and do it again. Totally worth it. Only thing is maybe add some pre-historic creatures.
Ellen Gary: Fun and magical light show synchronized to music. Proceeds to worthy cause. First year at Cliff Drive. Would love to see more lighting highlighting the cliffs next year. Also perhaps an elevated Santa, sleigh and reindeer over the lake.
Christina Wangberg: We loved the KC specific lights; the Chiefs, Royals and skyline were “Wow!” We can’t wait to see how they expand the candy cane space to add more sweet treats. A great little scenic drive over a part of KC we had never been. Looking forward to coming back next year!
Ashley Zhang: I love this trip with the flashing beautiful lights! They really did a great job on decorating and designing. You will see “magic” if you follow their music instruction. I have my favorite part “Ho! Ho! Ho!”
Greg Jones: Enjoyed IMMENSLEY! Kids and adults both. Highly recommend.

Halls Kansas City: what do users think?
Frank H: The place to go for the latest in fashion. Service is always helpful without being intrusive.
Robin “RebbieRay” Crosswell: I don't celebrate Christmas but it was interesting to see how things have changed over time. Hallmark has always been one of my favorite stores to walk thru.
Benno Landfair: You could cut the snottieness with a knife! Do these people know they work retail and not curing cancer.
A Kerr: There's always really new and exciting clothing and shoes. The selection is incredible and they always take great care of me.
Donna Brown: We simply wanted to browse the store for we have never been to Kansas City area before. Not that we would of truely bought anything but we were asked if we were sure we belonged looking in their store. Won't be back. Unless we win the lottery one day and then I would pick out everything fancy I wanted and then make sure I had it all rang up and then remind them of a day that I went in and was treated as if my money wouldn't be good enough for their fancy store. Just saying.
Joan Walker: Awesome 👍🏽
P Pak (3P): Great service
claudia ramirez: Its a good pleace fir the visit and made shopping.
Marlena Garcia Barrón: Demasiado caro para ser ropa de outlets 😅
dawgs be trippin: Good quality
Harper Muller: It was a very expensive place
TOM VAN HART: Took advantage of the '50% off Christmas Merchandise' sale
David Drone: Over priced items, other than that it's not bad
Liyi F: High-end designer clothing, closest option Kansas City has to a Saks or something like SSENSE, Farfetch, etc. They don't have a website set up for ecommerce so you have to go in person. The women's section is nice with lots of varied designers, although they could have more stock/options for smaller sizes. The men's selection is very drab-- made for businessmen, or full of uninspired streetwear and plain generic-looking clothes. There aren't many interesting or fun options (think plaid, suits, Chiefs gear, a whole stack of ugly streetwear bags instead).
J. Wade Hannon: The Pen Place is there. That is the only reason I go there.
Joseph Creel: The staff were very nice and it was nice to see the Hallmark timeline and see different things.
Joe Bryan: It's always a pleasant treat driving to halls from wichita to shop things I can't find in my small town. It's a blessing to have a friendly person with a smile on there face helping me and caring for there job!! Lawrence helped me today in the mens department and made my experience wonderful!!
Joel Cayton: I absolutely love Halls in Kansas City. It's one of the places I miss since moving to Chicago from Kansas City over 12 yrs ago. The product is amazing and it's a must if looking for unique gifts or holiday decor around Christmas. I always make sure to stop in whenever in town visiting family over the holidays. It's one of Kansas City's best shopping destinations and highly recommended to stop in when in the area.
Bernoid Wake: Awesome time!!!
Holden Smith: Mmm
GR Reddy-Husys: Great range of products

Made in KC: what do users think?
Kawana Coleman: Nice
Laura Q. Rainey: Very nice people and such a great array of KC items.
Wuji Fei: Standard Made in KC experience. If you have been to one of the stores, you kinda been to all of them. I think the one in Plaza is a bit different as it has several food options and also have dedicated local artist stalls. One thing I don't like about the whole chain is everything has pretty much 2 colors, red and yellow, and KC labels are pretty much on all the stuff you buy. I understand the support for local goods but this is a bit too much. Local made can manifest in many ways other than simply just use red and yellow and Chiefs...
Dan K.: Lots of stuff, nice woman working. Great views.
Jarod Muncy: I was greeted warmly and the clerk did everything possible to help me find the shirt I wanted, going so far as to call other stores. None of them having it in stock, passed along a free shipping pass for the website to order it there. This place is a jewel to KC.
Alexander Vallar: The entire store is full of Kansas City memorbilia; From unique arrangement of tees shirts to Barbeque sauce. Great local store to shop for that 'Kansas City' enthusiast in your life!
Ali Harlin: This place is a lot of fun to walk through. They have gorgeous prints and a lot of fun shirts. I found masks, made in KC, that are awesome. I am definitely going to visit this boutique when looking for gifts.
Toxn Toxn (Toxn): Cute store of local oriented and I believe made goods, the staff were super patient and helpful and I got some really cute socks. Would recommend.
Justin Mohn: Great KC merch!
Kaylan Schreffler: Great shop, lots of local KC products. Definitely could have spent my entire paycheck here!
Peter Farrell: A lot of items made in Kansas City for sale. Some clothing items, food items. KC is famous for BBQ.
Gilbert Recker: Very helpful young lady help me find gifts to take back to my hometown.
Mario Martinez: Great time well worth it! Guy's you want to pick up girls or take one some where to go. This is the place.
Wendell Boydston: It is welcoming, pretty ,relaxing, and so much more
Angie Ring: Cool store
Kyle Green: Small boutique with Kansas City themed apparel and accessories.
Marilyn Hector: Great selection of food, household items, and Charlie Hustle shirts!
Ted Heater: Nice selection, very nice service, great location, prices affordable..
Shane Seymour: Interesting store with good souvenirs of KC.
Alex Erbeck: Incredibly informative staff- they are coffee experts, and they have a lot of fun doing what they do! The menu is a lot of fun- I recommend the oat milk latte with honey syrup- YUMMM! They also have a clever "Cereal-milk" latte. I'll say, it's a limited menu, but they do what they do really well.
Andy M: Love this place for those 3 KC shirts and other merchandise. Will continue to shop here for other items as well.
