Kelly Brown: Not inedible but close to it. Just not up to expectations after reading some decent reviews so I went all in w/ a positive attitude. It was a let down. There are signs all over staying “eat what you take”. What if you take something you normally love but this restaurant didn’t cook it to your taste? Which was my case on a lot of the dishes. shaia true: The staff was super nice and welcoming. The food was good, I hadn't been to P.F Chang's or Pei Wei in years so it was nostalgic to come here. I came with my grandpa just to hangout and the hostess was super nice, complimented me on my fit and makeup and she was super cool! Our waiter, I'm sorry I forgot your name, he was super nice as well. I didn't want an appetizer but my grandpa did and he helped us come to an agreement on what appetizers to get and he hooked me up on my food. And this one waiter passing by complimented me as well so the atmosphere was just very welcoming and I liked it. Will definitely be back 👍

Destini Bailey: We are from Sioux City, IA we traveled to Kansas City, Missouri. We entered the restaurant and had 5 people plus two babies. We were told we could not eat here because they didn’t have enough tables. We could clearly see that there was more than enough tables for us to spilt them. We offered to spilt our group to make it easier for staff; however, we were flat out told no. The manager was rude and her attitude sucked. How she is a manager is beyond me. I would have given a zero stars if I could but it was not an option. Will never return!

I ordered the crispy honey chicken and I swear it was something you can purchase in the frozen section at the grocery store. I felt nauseous the rest of the night, although I didn't get sick. Its just terrible quality food. And the menu claims they are meant to share. No THEY ARE NOT. The rice is charged separately of the entrées. They apparently clean the bathrooms with sugar water with how sticky they were. I can only imagine what they're doing in the kitchen as far as cleaning. All an absolute waste of money. Any restaurant that serves food like this with these prices is directly insulting their customers. Go to a restaurant that appreciates the fact that you're spending your money at their establishment.

Paul Secor Morel: We ordered Combo lo mein and ginger chicken to share. While the flavors were great, the meat was terribly overdone, dry, and rubbery. I thought Was eating over cooked chicken breast and realized the piece of meat at the end of my chopstick was a shrimp- unrecognizable! Definitely not worth the price I paid for this poorly prepared food.
Carmen Holmes: Mediocre at best. For the price there should have been more shrimp or at least bigger ones. I ordered takeout no plastic ware nor condiments included.
Tina Garrison: Coming here used to be a real treat, we would love getting dressed up nice and go to PF Changs for a nice dinner. This place has changed so much within the last couple of years and no longer offers a good dining experience. We found the girls at the front desk to be rude, they stared at us the whole time we ate and it seemed like they were talking about customers and laughing. We were seated at a small, sticky and wobbly table. We waited for atleast 20 mins before the waitress came over to see what we wanted to drink, but waited a reasonable time for our food after ordering. We ordered quite a bit of food as we were with family, and there was NO room for all of it at the small table we were at. The guy who brought the food said maybe if we took the plates off we would have room, but i was just confused what we would eat on if we did that? We had hoped to get the bigger booth but the girls said no they were reserved. The whole time we were there no one was sat at the larger tables, either. (It wasn't busy that day and they were slow) the other review is correct, they have cut their portions in half, but the price is the same or more since I was last there, and didn't taste as good. I tried a new drink they had which was also good, but it was 13 dollars and completely filled with ice lol, so I think I took 3 drinks off of it. Waitress never refilled our sodas and we waited 30 mins after eating for our check. I was waiting for my daughter to come out of the restroom and she said the waitress was vaping in the bathroom. We finally paid and got out of there, the chubby short purple-haired girl at the front along with the dark haired girl said nothing to us as we left. 150.00 for a mediocre and awkward dinner. Save your time and money! We had a great experience for a birthday dinner at the Cheesecake factory where they still treat you well at your table with generous portions!

The quality and experience at this location isn't close to Wichita's.Out last experience you couldn't help but noticed the care and cleanliness of the restaurant has slipped drastically. Bottom line it was dirty....Our food was less than average and the local China restaurant down the street would have out done it hands down. Our Chang's Spicy Chicken was so far off the mark it was hard to imagine. The Mongolian Beef was not only off on taste, but burnt as well. Unfortunately, even the kids meal seemed cooked out of a box.We didn't ask for a discount, but offered our feedback as the taste and experience was clearly missing the mark and we want it to improve considering it's the only KC location. It takes quite a bit of effort to drive to the plaza for this meal and you just want it to be worth it. When this restaurant first opened you left craving it for weeks, now it seems ignored...Btw - Our server was great and even took us on when the services team was understaffed.

Raina: The food here was quite disappointing. The egg drop soup was way too salty and I just couldn't eat it. The beef with broccoli wasn't even the slightest bit sweet, which contradicts the description of the item. Even the crab rangoons weren't anything too special, which I would've expected from Bo Lings. I'd much rather go to a small, local Chinese restaurant than Bo Lings, which it really unfortunate. I won't be coming back.

Angel Blunt: The restaurant wasn't very busy but I still did feel very welcomed. The decor itself is absolutely stunning and it was extremely clean. There is no kids menu. I do not like egg drop soup and I didn't care for the fact that you don't get a choice if you want it or not. The general TSO chicken was fresh and tender and the crispy shrimp rolls were delicious but it's a bit pricey to only get 3 for $8 It did not feel worth it. It's a nice place if you want to splurge on a romantic date night but for a regular spot for lunch I do not recommend it.

Amber Walker: This was the best little place. I just moved to the neighborhood and have been packing/moving/unpacking me and my daughter for what feels like ages, so I ordered here for dinner for us. The portions were such that we can eat on this meal all weekend long. Everything was delicious and super well packaged for take out and very fresh when I brought it home. I really appreciated the care they took with everything and having it ready on time also! The lady at the counter was very friendly and she remembers her regulars. Lauren Preator: I do love the food. The lemon chicken is incredible. However, I've only been here 4 times, all within the last 2 months. 3 out of the 4 times, I've had hair in my food. Most of the time it's in my rice, but today it was in my rice and on my crab Rangoon. Long and short. I won't be returning any more. I kept hoping it was a fluke but it's happen more times than not. I can't eat here and end up throwing it all away.

We ordered off postmates and it said the food was ready and when we got there, I think they accidentally gave it to someone else so we had to wait for them to remake it. The lady was super nice though. However the chicken was pretty bland . I got like the spicy dynasty chicken🍗 or something. It did come with nice dessert cookies and mints. We ordered spring rolls, thinking they were the see through ones but they were also just smaller egg rolls (fried). I wish they had the amount of each roll you get per dish written on postmates. Ok place for American Chinese food.

The shrimp are deveined which is a MUST for me. I love the way they wrap their Rangoon - you get a nice pocket of filling to enjoy. Yummy 😋! So why didn't I give five stars?Well, this place is an iconic restaurant in our city and they previously offered an excellent dining experience. It's all closed off now and has been since the beginning of the Covid pandemic. They don't even offer a public restroom anymore or really any other experience except take-out.I miss being able to go in and have the dining experience. However, the food is still great and the value for your money is there as well. But let me tell you when I say this was the MOST MAGNIFICENT Chinese I have ever had in my life!!!!!!!!! The veggie spring rolls and egg rolls were SO crispy and fresh. I could have squealed. This was also the first time I had ever been asked, whether or not I wanted soy sauce cooked in with my chicken fried rice!!!! I have been to so many Chinese restaurants and that step was always what their chicken fried rice was missing. The portions are HEFTY and prices are alright. Overall such a delightful meal. The meats were well sauced, which made great for mixing with the rice.The only complaint is that the styrofoam causes condensation, which makes the dumplings soggy and not pleasant.

Janice Park: So Disappointing. The eggrolls were soggy and squished almost flat. The scallion pancakes were dripping in oil to the point of being inedible. The low mein was tasteless. The Garlic Pork was the best thing we received, but one out of four does not make for a good meal. I should have known by the looks of the place when I went to pick up. The lobby wall was stained as if someone had thrown food at it and didn't bother to clean it up. Never again.

Seania Crowley: So the main entrees were great, zero complaints. But the steamed dumplings were awful and bland, though very large and seemingly made in-house. We were really looking forward to them when we opened the container and saw them. The poor service probably didn't help their taste. We placed an order to be picked up a full hour later and the order was finished 30 minutes later. We arrived 15 minutes after our pickup time (because we were driving into the city and couldn't get there sooner) to find our food sitting, unheated, on an empty table behind the counter. Don't offer order ahead options if you aren't going to respect the times requested. To everyone else, don't bother ordering ahead. Your food will be cold. If you then have to drive an hour home like we did, your food will then be cold and flirting with the line on food poisoning.

I got the crab rangoon and combo lo mein extra spicy.The rangoon is great, and is on par if not a little better than my favorite Chinese place. I would say the lo mein is a little better. I ordered it spicy and they most definitely did a good job on that. If you're taking it home, I'd mix it in a bowl since the sauce tends to settle at the bottom of the take out container.Overall I enjoyed the food. I'm a pretty big person and this ended up being a little more that I can eat in one sitting. I'd recommend this place.
