Miho Morse: Every time we ask something to this owner, he acts like we are bothering him. It is clear that if we don't buy from them in a bulk then we are not treated as good ad rest of customers. We quit going here but time to time we stop by since closer than other one who treats us great. We used to just take it but not anymore.
Quinton Cates: went in and spoke to kevin and had an issue with my prochem not starting he was quick to get his mechanic on the problem. his mechanic was very knowledgeable and found a bad temperature switch really quick. kevin helped get the proper temperature sensor ordered and even helped me get a time setup to maintenance my machine full and repair 4 of my broken wands. the entire staff was very knowledgeable about chemicals to presprayers to everything from hwe to lmc. highly recommend this company.

Dave Ahah: Took an hour and half but only because the forklift driver was on lunch at 10am. Once he got back I was unloaded in 30 minutes and they have no overnight parking/ it’s a gated facility but other warehouses near by so you can possibly find somewhere to sleep.

Iris Green: We ordered two sheets of acrylic cut. The price was reasonable. However, since we placed the order we are all dealing with a pandemic and national and local emergency. I am autoimmune compromised and live with 2 people over 60 so I called to ask for the order to be held. I was told they can’t do that bc they store items outside and often they get lost. So I asked for it to be shipped, I was quoted $20 for shipping. When the invoice was sent it was $39 for shipping. I wish I could cancel my whole order. I would never do business with these people again. I feel they lack transparency and are taking advantage of people during a time of crisis. I considered not leaving a review bc I know we are all on edge right now. But I feel like it’s important that no one else waste their money with this business in the future. I feel frustrated and taken advantage of.

I asked for the bar stock and before I could tell them I only needed 15 inches they informed me the minimum order was $32.50!!You would think they would tell me when I called before I drove 20 miles out of my way,,
