KC Cat Clinic: what do users think?
Liz Gray: I feel like a lot of normal vets just tolerate cats... This place WORSHIPS your cat! I will never again take my kitty to a place that does not truly understand cats behavior, brain, and emotions, etc. I've never felt so safe leaving my little man for a procedure.
Victoria Henley-Moll: Extremely pleased by the kindness and service provided by KC Cat Clinic and its team! We brought our big, timid boy in for his first vet appointment and they were so sweet to him and made him feel safe. Will 100% be coming back and highly recommend to anyone with a cat!
Rachell Aldrich: Best place to take your cats and kitties. The vets at this establishment are truly amazing, and the quality of care is wonderful.
Michelle Turner: New patient here for my 2 fur kids. i usually would go to a regular vet, but I recently had a tragic experience. They listened to my concerns and were really gentle with my cats. The visits took longer than expected, but I was pleased over all. I absolutely would recommend.
Caroline Gibbs: Wonderful Cat Oasis. Eugene, my Ragdoll kitten, is calm there.
Ryan Simons: Thankful for KC Cat Clinic this Thanksgiving. Providing the best care and really taking interest in my little fur ball's health.
Cassi Dean: Simply put, you'd be doing yourself and your cats a disservice by not bringing them to KC Cat Clinic. They are worth every second of the drive and every penny spent. The staff is transparent, kind, supportive, and only wants the best for our little family. They've helped me in many pinches to get small doses of medication for diarrhea or nausea, samples of food for sensitive stomachs, and made emergency recommendations for the scary moments. As long as I am in Kansas City, I will not take my cats anywhere else. I tell EVERYONE about KC Cat Clinic and you should too.
Ann B: TL;DR: If you have a cat in the KC metro, you should absolutely go to KC Cat Clinic. I drive from the Independence area to go to them because they are *chef's kiss* wonderful!I'll start off by saying that I'm *extra* when it comes to my kittos, so I am always looking to find them the best care. I also work in the industry (now a remote role out of state so I can't take them to that clinic) so I have certain standards that I set in my mind to be met. KC Cat Clinic has taken SUCH good care of my boys!1. The nurse, Stephen, has been an incredible part of my experience with the KC Cat Clinic team. I had a redirected aggression issue that turned our whole world upside down after they'd lived in harmony for 7 years. I put in so much work to get them back to "normal-ish" and it would have felt really isolating had it not been for Stephen's constant encouragement and support. He is truly a cat behavior expert!! I was probably the neediest human imaginable during that experience that spanned months, and he always wrote up such thoughtful responses to my questions and concerns that were full of grace and wildly intelligent behavioral advice. I credit him with my cats being able to finally come to a truce of sorts :) He's also SO sweet at their appointments and handles my boys so well. I wish more human nurses were like Stephen!2. Dr. Gloor has taken such good thorough care of my boys medically. Appointments with her are a real pleasure because she listens and takes time to really speak with me as a client and cat mama to make sure I understand everything that's needed. She also treats my babies like they're the coolest things since sliced bread while we're there and it's just the sweetest thing! I have never questioned her judgement calls, and I feel like she keeps up on changes in the industry which is important to me. She really has inspired a good amount of trust from me and my fam after several appointments (both wellness and sick) and a dental procedure. All in all, the whole team has been great from our first ever visit with Holly and Dr. Wasmer to now. The front desk team is exceptional and treats you like family too -- Beth and Emily 3 Just the sweetest humans!!Huge thanks to the whole team for being such wonderful people and taking such great care of my kittos!! Purrs and kitty biscuits from Dr. Zoidberg and Shinx 3
Miranda Elliott: First vet I’ve been too that actually checks out my cat.
R. Rayne Clark: We made an appointment for our Senior cat just before having to take her to spend the night at the emergency clinic. They were wonderful working with the emergency clinic and other vets as needed to get all the information necessary and will be working with our other middle-aged kitty too. I love the doctors and staff there. Amazing place. It's a year later, the senior cat I took there initially has passed, and our other senior cat and newly adopted senior cat have both been in need of KC Cat Clinic's services. The vets and staff are knowledgeable, helpful, commissionate, and overall simply wonderful people. I can't speak highly enough of the care my purrbabies have received.I never cease to be amazed by how much the vets at KC Cat Clinic care about the cats they care for. It's been three years, we've since moved further away, and I still bring my cat here.
Elaine Smith: Love this place. I drive from the other side of town to bring my cats here. They listen to our concerns and really seem to care about our pets.
Connie Meis-Robertson: Love this place!
Angela E: Helpful
J B: It's been months since I visited KC Cat Clinic - I have waited a long time thinking about what to say, if anything at all. Everyone there clearly cares about cats and their care and are experts, and so all I would say is that anyone visiting should be prepared with their thoughts on cats and blood pressure monitoring and medicating. I am a doting cat owner and she has seen some of the best vets in Chicago, including specialists, and never has anyone mentioned blood pressure. I was surprised when I came for my cat's first visit when we spent nearly the entire time focused on this, despite my main interest being supporting her comfort as an elderly cat and doing what I can given that she has a congenital spinal defect that may make things more difficult for her. I felt like I tried to guide the conversation back to other topics, but I was so taken by surprise that I wasn't effective at it. So, that would be my only caveat - just expect this and gather your thoughts on this in advance so that you can steer the conversation back to your main focus, if you have one. Otherwise, they were fine!
Tammy Jensen: Great staff. Made our kitty comfortable.
sdd g acct: They care
Kristen Rae Wyre: We have been using KC Cat clinic for years now and they have helped us keep our elderly cats healthy and comfortable in their old age. They are also well-versed in the current literature and do a good job of communicating the science behind why they do what they do. I also appreciate that they are vigilant about following up with us on test results and next steps. They stay really involved with each patient and care for their patients like they are their own.
Melissa Klaassen: Amazing!!! Dr. Hodes and Dr. Gloor are so knowledgeable and kind. I can't recommend this place enough.
Jason P: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,ResponsivenessThe most caring, thorough place in the KC area you can take a cat. You will be updated frequently even if it's odd hours. They are always on top of things and truly care about your pet.
Ramalina Steiner: The first time I took my kitty , the vet was very helpful. The follow-up visit to repeat the procedure was done by the vet tech. My kitty came out hurting more that immediately after her surgery and hasn't recovered yet. The office staff, including the vet tech, took her frustration with me out on my kitten. My kitten may never fully recover from their abuse.
Tina Kirwan: This place is hands down the best vet clinic I’ve been to for my cats. They take their time, ask a lot of questions and give a thorough exam every single time I take a cat there. I originally took my older cat there thinking they would agree with the other vet who saw her that she’s old and not much can be done for her. This cat is special. She has raised both of my kids and has never been sick so I just wanted to get a second opinion. They discovered she has high blood pressure and prescribed her meds. She was also severely constipated. They remedied the problem and gave us strategies to prevent it from happening again. The cat is doing great and just turned 18! Highly recommend this clinic! Very good doctors and compassionate staff!

NKC Animal Clinic & Daycare: what do users think?
R B: I loved coming here until today. We had to say goodbye to our elderly dog and brought him back to go to the Rainbow Bridge. We have been incessantly crying and are heartbroken. Everything was fine until they shamed us for not being the last people he saw. We couldn’t stay. We sobbed all the way home and I had a panic attack. I’m sorry, but that is not OK to shame people who are going through this. This is one of the hardest decisions to make as a pet owner and it’s not OK to shame or question how people grieve.
Angela M: This is a great vet to take your babies. Dr. FITZPATRICK is always so amazing and patient with my hyper Blue Nose Pit and Shai loves her so!
Kyle Aaron: Wonderful place that should be the go-to vet clinic for anyone in downtown or North KC.
Brittany Eacret: They love your animals as much as you do. They do great in emergency situations and really helped me understand when finding out my dog had cancer and would need surgery as well as updating us on his prognosis and being comforting to us. Also the cheapest vet bill possible. Highly recommend
Corinne Roman-white: My senior dog can be quite difficult to groom, and they did an amazing job with him despite his quirks! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a groomer that will take the time with your dog. Staff is friendly and I felt like my dog was in good hands. Definitely will be going back.
Christopher Elliott: Really great and friendly staff! My cat was having a medical emergency. They helped him asap and he's going great. Thank you so much for your help and doing what you can to keep his bills in my budget. I will definitely keep bringing my cat and dog here.
Patricia Aird: Thank you for all you did to help Peanut after she was attacked by another dog. Everyone here was just awesome.
Nicolai Laquaglia: Nope! Visited this place twice. The second time the vet was very rude. She had the gall to talk over me rather than ask questions so we could work together to find a solution that didn't include hundreds of dollars for tests that were not necessary. Sell your business, go back to school, and learn about customer service. If you don't know when to listen and not disrespect your customers you won't be successful. Do not go here!I sent you an email from your website. No one responded. You deserve this.
Kaleb Murray: The owner, Dr. Fitzpatrick, truly cares about the animals here.
The Dude: Just look at the photos. Would you be ok paying 145 dollars for this haircut? My mom is recovering from surgery so I had to take her dog to the groomers and I’m glad I did because look at this ‘work’ they did. Her dog was put under for this haircut because she’s old so if the dog was asleep how is the cut this bad? Unacceptable.
Ronald Bowen: I had a bad first-impression experience here that was very disappointing. I had hopes of finding out about boarding for 10 days for our pet for an upcoming vacation, but the front desk person completely ignored me when I walked in. She was with someone for quite awhile, but never looked up. When she finally did, she helped another lady that just walked after me. A very nice tech noticed me waiting patiently, and was very pleasant, but said I would need to talk to the front desk about boarding. I waited a bit longer, but felt an unwelcome vibe and lack of front desk customer service and left. Thank goodness there are options elsewhere.
Nikki Inocente: Love this vet! They're all so nice and take good care of my dog, they keep her happy and healthy!
Jordan Jones: I really wanted to like this place as location is convenient however they advertise daycare but do not provide daycare services. Staff lacks huge customer service skills, they are not understanding nor friendly and come off quite judgmental. When I brought my dogs in for a checkup visit they did not check their ears or teeth or anything. I do not recommend them.
Sara D: I took my dog there for an exam (called and got in same day) and and everyone from the receptionist, to the technician, to the doctor all were so amazingly kind! The check in was smooth, and the doctor came in quickly and took phenomenal care of my pup. Thankfully I over reacted (panic-y dog mom here), but everyone was so nice as to not make me feel silly for bringing Snoop in. I will 1000% found a new vet and will be happy and confident with my decision. I will also recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone. I will be trying thier grooming services next!
Carey Rodgers: Our sons' pets have been going here for the past year for boarding and grooming... they have always been good to the puppies as well as flexible! Thank you for the great care!
Victoria Rickart: Awesome staff, great pricing, and clean facility!I adopted Crumpet one year ago and this has been our vet since day one. Highly recommend!
Matt Thorne: I recently adopted a dog from KCPP. I originally took her to another vet and received some very concerning news regarding her health. I brought her to NKC Animal Clinic in hopes of getting another opinion. I withheld the original vet's diagnosis in hopes of obtaining a non-influenced opinion. NKC's opinion differed from the prior vet's. I then revealed the other vet's diagnosis to NKC's vet. The vet at NKC immediately became defensive and standoffish. She refused to review the supplied paperwork from the other vet. I apologized if she felt blindsided or caught off guard in any way, that was not my intention. Assured her I was only attempting to obtain a non-biased opinion. I found her reaction incredibly odd and unprofessional. Figured she would have at least given it a second look. I wish it didn't go the way it did.-In Response to Owner-I supplied the same material to the previous vet as I did to NKC. This was done in order to see if both vets came to the same conclusion. Kind of like a blind trial.--Blinding--"Why blinding is necessary. Blinding of one or more parties is done to prevent observer bias. This refers to the fact that most (if not all) researchers will have some expectations regarding the effectiveness of an intervention. Blinding of observers provides a strategy to minimize this form of bias."The IDEA was to WITHHOLD all obtained information from the previous vet. However, after presenting the previous vet's diagnosis, she refused to look over the documentation. The refusal to acknowledge the presented documentation and the overall hostility that arose from this interaction, is the reason for the rating. It was apparent she was very upset or annoyed. I did not expect the initial withholding of information to pose such an issue.I did refuse follow on testing, wasn't super confident in all what that would accomplish after this exchange. You also vaccinated this dog without reviewing the COMPLETE history after being presented it. Which I think is another issue in and of itself. Kind of kicking myself for not catching that and allowing it to happen.I've talked this incident over with others, the consensus seems that it was a pretty reasonable ask. Others found the defensiveness and irritation as odd/concerning as well.Again, this was not an attempt at a "gotcha" and I'm pretty sure that's how this vet took it.*To Clarify*The vet WAS informed of issues relating to symptomatic conditions (I.E. coughing/lethargy) during the exam. None of which were addressed as likely symptoms of allergies. While the receptionist may have not been informed of prior symptoms, the vet certainly was.
Abbygail Brewster: Kind and knowledgeable staff. They are willing to listen to you about the needs of your animal, and help find a solution.
Mary Sellaro: Very happy with all services!
Reana Dial: I’ve been here multiple times and have only had one bad experience, the most recent one. I took my cat in for an ear cleaning, the lady at the front Rana or something similar, was very short, rude, and not personable at all, the time before last i had the same experience with her as well. The vet tech was very kind, but once i got home and looked at my cats ears it looked like nothing had been done. She still has the same ear wax sitting there as before she went in.All my other visits here for more so Doctor care have been great. Annie who was up front was also so nice & sweet on the phone and same in person at check in/out times. Dr.Wolfe was awesome in helping us get our cat better and giving recommendations on at home care and diets. I’ll still be using this as my cats primary vet unless i have any more bad experiences.Update - they did have me take her back and re did the cleaning on her ears!
Tamara Rollins: Very nice got right in with my dog. Worked with me to keep him away from other animals

Rockhill Pet Clinic: what do users think?
Aurora Nelson: A friend recommended Rockhill and I've been really pleased with the care my yorkie has received. A few months ago they treated him for an infected tooth. They did a great job keeping me updated during the procedure and checking up on him afterwards. Earlier this month my yorkie was attacked and had to have stitches at an emergency hospital. Rockhill has been great with his follow up care. I was wreck after the incident and they put me at ease and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Rockhill.
Karen Cameron: I highly recommend Rockhill Pet Clinic for all your pet care needs!! I have an adopted family of kitties, a mother and her six kittens, and the care they receive here is the best!!!The doctors and staff are so caring, knowledgeable, and professional!! 5 stars all the way!!❤️
Grant Barnum: I've been taking my best friend Ozzy(blue heeler/great pyranese) to RPC for four years now and it's been a pleasant experience every time. They always work me into their schedule, they're prompt, and they really care about my needs. Not too expensive either. I recommend them all the time.
Judith Scammon: The techs and veterinarians at Rockhill Pet Clinic have provided excellent care for my cats over the years. The staff, some of whom have been there many years, are knowledgable and dedicated.
Quentin Sloan: All the staff are so nice and helpful! They always make us feel at ease, even with the stress of a vet visit. They always remember who our furbabies are, and are so nice to them! We feel very welcome every time.I really appreciate how the doctor explains what she’s doing and why, and covers any concerns she may have.I am very comfortable having my babies taken care of here!
Warren Rosser: Excellent and caring people and facility.
Jason Erickson: Myself and others in my extended family have received exceptional service at Rockhill, couple that with the outstanding care given to our animals is the reason for this review. All the doctors and assistants are wonderful, they display a passion for animal care. Thank you Rockhill Pet Clinic.
alondra mercado: My puppy was 8 weeks I had taken her to get her shots and she was later ran over. I had gotten the puppy package and this clinic worked hard with my to reimburse me for the package since I would have no longer needed it not only that, but they were sympathetic and mailed me a handwritten card with their condolences. I am touched by the sincerity of the people working here. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a financially vet, as well as someone who is looking for clinicians that will truly care about your paw family ❤️
Frank H: Compassionate and caring. For nearly 20 years, every procedure is thoroughly reviewed with you along with an estimate of cost and what to expect post surgery. Even if it a blood draw they tell me where it was taken and what to watch for. An outstanding group of nurses, vets, and staff.
Valorie Bratcher: Both of my cats go there. They are always helpful and caring. They always check back with you. We were have some behavioral issues and the vet called behavioral vet for some pointers. They are not inexpensive but good.
karla soto: I’ve been to a few pet clinics and nothing compares to ROCKHILL !!! Amazing staff and they always answer my questions and it really feels like they care about your furry friend vs just seeing you as $$$. I love it here and Lola my doggie always gets excited to see the staff. I wish nothing but the best for everyone at Rockhill !
Pat Vamos: Very friendly and attentive staff. We trust our pets in the care of the fine people at Rockhill Pet Clinic
wendy casebier: Been sending my cat to Rockhill for a handful of years now. They're great at face to face customer service, generally great with my cat, however utterly terrible with organization and communication. I have to travel for work and many clinics I visited with Izzy tried to contact them for her files. They get no response. I contact them today to say they needed my permission but they never contacted me about it. There were other situations that arose like this for my cats medicine where someone failed to type up notes or put the right information in the system, which would result in my cat not getting her needs met in a timely manner and at stage 3 renal failure that is not acceptable.
Shannon Blank: My 19-year-old cat had an emergency situation where her upper canine somehow got displaced behind her lower canine. I was able to get an appt for her with the vets at Rockhill Pet Clinic, and, after removal of the offending tooth, I could not even tell by her actions she had undergone surgery! All sorts of monitoring, careful procedures, appropriate anesthesia, etc. that are part of their surgery routine ensured my girl was safe the whole time, and that she recovered quickly and beautifully. Not only did I appreciate the way they kept her safe and performed the dental without any resulting complications, I was also extremely grateful they made room on their schedule for her right away. Thumbs way up, and huge thanks.
Elizabeth Baird: I trust my pup completely at this clinic. My dog is high energy and is not always the most well-behaved, but Rockhill Pet Clinic works with her to meet her needs, which I am so thankful for. I appreciate all the staff members for loving on my dog and giving her the best medical attention possible. I love their scheduling system - very clean and organized. They always pick up the phone. They have been able to squeeze my dog in last minute when an emergency occurs. Highly recommend this clinic!
Maris Tucker: Rockhill Pet Clinic has done a wonderful job taking care of our golden retriever from the start! When she was young, she had gastrointestinal and ear infection issues and we struggled to figure out the root of the problem. Rockhill helped us to do a food trial which ended up getting her down to a healthy weight and eliminating frequent ear infections completely. They are great at listening and they always call to check up on Butter, so we always trust they have her best interest in mind.
Abby Katt: They handled a stressful/potentially emergent situation with my dog so professionally and compassionately. The techs are so caring, and even called/follow-up throughout the week just to check on our dog. Dr. Miller explained everything so well, and it made me feel confident to leave my sick dog with them.
Lani Hamilton: I received a message from the vet on a Tuesday afternoon to share my dog's lab results. I called as soon as they opened on Wednesday morning. On Wednesday evening, right before they closed, I received a message admonishing me because my dog "really" needed to be on medicine and I need to check in with them. It seems my message from Wednesday morning was lost. When it's important that a dog gets on medicine, it seems like they need a more organized system of communication. For example, the vet could have told me to come by and pick up the medicine in her original message rather than (or in addition to) telling me to call in to talk with her. They just always seem a little disorganized like this, and this time it was important.
David Burrow: New to KC looking for affordable quality pet support for my dog Gracie. Initially chose this clinic after finding them on the maps app being close to the where I'm staying but now I can't imagine taking her anywhere else. Their excellence in care and support are second to none at least in my 3 1/2 yrs since I acquired Gracie as a puppy. The receptionist, nurse & Dr were all very welcoming and personable answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. I treasure their expertise & "from the heart" care Gracie received.
Anastasia Gans: Profits over patients and zero compassion.I took my bud here for a dental infection ($75), scheduled him for an xray the next day ($400). Brought him in at 7:30; when I called around 11 to check in, they still had not started the procedure, was told he is next in line after another patient. The vet - Dr. Vodraska - calls an hour later, says that she got bad news and that the issue was probably cancer. She was almost gloating and declined to pull the loose tooth when asked, instead recommended $1,200 of additional testing, she followed it up with the fact that he needs to go to a specialist. She told me our best option will likely be to remove his entire lower jaw (!!!). I was so shocked over the whole ordeal, I could barely speak. The doctor and her nurse kept pressuring me to approve further testing; to clarify, the $1,200 was not going to deal with his infection or loose tooth, after the testing he would still need to go to the specialist. I declined further testing, and when picking up my cat from them I could not hold back tears or even speak. The doctor saw me and said nothing.Bottom line - I scheduled an appointment with Companion Animal Dentistry following this. At the initial consult the vet there said she is 99% sure it's just a bad tooth infection, as I suspected, suggested extractions, which we went forward with. Two weeks later biopsy came back negative, my cat is healthy, and I likely lost a few years off my life because of the awful experience at Rockhill Pet Clinic.Dr. Vodraska knew she could not help my cat with dental work and instead of referring him to the specialist after she first saw him, she tried to squeeze me for more $$$.Avoid this place, they don't care about your pets.
Thomas Buck: Do not use this vet! They are overpriced and unprofessional. They make charges for services not rendered. Beware.

Cost of visit was very reasonable compared to other offices. We will return to this location.

Its the small things like sitting down with her and they know when she is anxious and give her sone space. Highly reccomend.

William Kloth: Great vet hospital, we needed to get an overseas medical screening document APHIS 7001 certificate requiring USDA approval. This was the only hospital in the KC area that uses the digital system and had everything prepped so when we got our car inspected we received the approval paperwork extremely quickly. Staff was great and went the extra mile, Erin was a pro at moving pets internationally.
tiffany stalone: Tess the front desk lady is very rude and pretty much will call you a liar through the phone. she is the most unprofessional person in the clinic.
Jake Anderson: Complemented my dog... What more can I ask for?

Ark Animal Hospital: what do users think?
Kathryn Kraut: The staff here are very friendly and made my dog who is full of anxiety very comfortable. They get down to her level and make sure to address her. They are very proactive in helping me with my dogs obesity problem on coming up with various solutions when one doesn't work.
Kat Hardin: Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!
Dan Gifford: I went there for an emergency and they took such good care of my dog, I switch vet the next month
Rebecca Ehrich: I highly recommend Dr. Morrow and his staff at Ark Animal Hospital. They took such good care of my sister's senior dog. We recently adopted a sweet 3 year old cat from a local shelter and took her for her initial checkup with Ark Animal Hospital. She is still quite timid, but Dr. Morrow handled her so gently and she was remarkably calm. She's in good health and we know she'll stay that way for a long time with this great veterinarian team!
Christine Seymour: The Drs really care about your pet. The staff is amazing as well.
Amanda Sides: Everyone in the office is so professional and so kind to me and my pets. Being new to the area and hoping we picked a good vet, I couldn't be happier with our choice. I can truly feel the love from Dr. Morrow towards my fur babies!
Sherri Lynch: He helped Brunswick my cat,and Brunswick liked him too! I will take him here only!
Darla Weaver: They always take care of our fur babies with love 😊
Elmari van der Westhuizen: Wonderful, kind, caring - highly recommend this practice. Was listened to and cared for with much empathy. Happy dog happy dog mom
Sharon Chadwick: Horrible experience! Dr Denney treated me in a cold, hateful manner and at his demand, I lost my cat and could have had more time with her to which I researched by taking her medical records to other doctors after her untimely death. Still awful. I will never go back. The doctor was hateful cold and rude and refused to respond to my agony. I hope they go out of business. Stay far far away!!!
Emily Jewell: Amazing care! The staff is very sweet and compassionate. They were very quick to get me in when immediat care was needed. I will continue to come here with my pets.
Zoie Findley: I was able to get in for a semi emergency visit on a Saturday with my beloved kitty. The staff was amazing. My cat has chronic illness and I dread taking her to new clinics because often the staff doesn't believe me about her condition and how we manage it. I always feel a bit judged as she never appears healthy and has trouble grooming herself. This clinic didn't make me feel that way and they were very understanding with my kitty. They got her all taken care of and gave me some new recommendations for managing her illness that im very excited to try! As someone in and out of vet clinics through the years with this kitty I would definitely say this is one of the best we've been to. Keep up the good work!
436 STEP: Very friendly receptionist very helpful
Cody Hulsey: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Value
Valerie Ford: This is the only vet I will take my animals to for as long as I have pets. Such a caring and attentive staff. Pepper approves.
Julie Salinas: They always go the extra mile for pet parents!
Cheryl Strutton: This is our personal vet, been taking our dogs since they were puppies! Great staff, very clean, and no wait. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a primary vet clinic.
Dena Tiefel: Just like the Liberty office. Helpful, friendly, understanding, care about furry family members
Jimmy: This place is the best. For an inpromptu Saturday morning emergency vet visit, they were great at getting me and my dog scheduled quickly. Once I arrived, the staff and Dr. Morrow talked to me as if they've known me my whole life. I was in and out quickly! They are truly wonderful!
Andrea Detrick: Love everyone here!
Rebecca Lower: The level of care at this hospital, both locations, is extraordinary. We mostly see Dr. Tucker but would trust our fur babies with any of the doctors here. The technicians do their jobs extremely well and the rest of the support staff is always on point.

When I arrived the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and patient with me. I was able to leave my (Zues) with them because he had to be put to sleep so the doc could examine his eyes. I was sad and filled with emotions. The doc came out to speak with me and assured me that my Zeus was in good hands. 3 hrs later my baby was waiting for me ❤️I was given antibiotics and eye drops to help my Zeus man feel better.Thank you, Crest Animal for getting my fur baby in so quickly and allowing me to keep a few dollars in my pocket.

vicki berg: Dr. Lyle and his staff are wonderful. Very compassionate and kind.
Jacque Bowling: Always pleasant, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Thank you guys for always taking such good care of my pets!

TLC Lifetales: Great staff, great Doc, fair prices
Monica Velazquez: They will take the very best care of my dogs, and are quite reasonably priced
Angela Thomas: I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to Dr. Lyle. Such an AWESOME doctor. Dr. Lyle took such GREAT care of my baby “Honey” at such a difficult time. Thanks to Dr. Lyle and his great staff “Honey” is on her way to recovery. Thanks Dr. Lyle❤️
Marisa Isaacs: Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Dr. John was fantastic with our 2 dogs. We've been looking for a good forever vet and we found it. Called a couple weeks ago before we became customers when our puppy got sold of some gum and they were so helpful. Gave advice over the phone and we ended up not having to come in based on the recommendations they gave us on how to treat her at home. Super happy!
Ashton Teel: Love Dr. Lyle, great staff as well
Jose Otoya: Dr. Lyle is a fair, caring and very responsive Veterinarian. I appreciate the care my pup has received while enduring 2 reconstructive knee surgeries. Thank you Dr. Lyle and staff!

Eagle Animal Hospital in Tiffany Springs: what do users think?
Makyla Sky: Took great care of my Jelly girl!
Corinne Roman-white: Brought my cat in for an emergency visit. Staff was quick to respond and took her back immediately. Staff was friendly, attentive, and personable. Definitely recommend!
Zach Gatrel: I finally found the perfect vet office, right before moving out of state. I would give 10 stars if I could. Before leaving Missouri, I told my dad all about this vet and how he should take his pets here. Low and behold, he already was lol. Fingers crossed I find a vet like this in Washington.
Jim cowan: Called made an appointment for myself with a doctor so I can get something to calm my pets down so I can bring them into the vet. Drove the appointment signed in. Waited then they come out and tell me that they can't give me any medicines to get my pets to the veterinarian and help them keep calm because they haven't seen him in a year. But yet they made the appointment for me to come down here knowing that and when I did have the other one in here over a year ago they didn't help her and our dog would passed. They didn't figure out what was wrong with her either. Don't think I would recommend this veterinarian at all or their staff in the front office
Tom Hamilton: First time visit. They had to put down my Shepherd. All the staff and vets are very caring. I was very impressed 👏.
Philip Huebner: I had been thinking of going here and finally made the switch for both of my dogs. Dr. Martin was excellent and I really appreciated her attentive care to my Ralphie. I am a very picky person with my vets and I was very comfortable with her care and that she was going to give Ralphie the best care possible!
Belle Andrews: Always a great experience here whether it’s just for a quick nail trim or a longer visit. Kind and knowledgeable staff that help create a low-stress environment for my dog.
Wartinheimer Wars: We went for a sonogram for my little dog Sophie. Dr. Brennan suggestioned meds for her gall bladder and a low fat diet. We've been having trouble with the food transistion but Dr. Brennan has been with us the whole way! Answering endless questions and concerns. Even communicating by email when I have concerns and I'm worried. She's caring and very patient. We travel 35 miles to see her and it's worth every mile! The front desk staff CANNOT be beat! They also are very patient and accommodating. Very clean facility and the waiting room is pleasant if you have to wait for awhile as a walk-in.
Sean Robbins: Great service, friendly people!
Derrick Stinnett: They really care about your animal and do their best to get it better as quickly as possible!
Rhonda Reeves: Last Thursday, 11/3/22, we had an emergency with our pet and threw ourselves on the mercy of every clinic we could get to as our vet was closed. This facility was the only one who even seemed to care in spite of the fact that we are not regular clients. Their vets were gone but Courtney made calls trying to find us an emergency vet and bothered to call us with what she found out--and we had not asked her to follow up. I've always heard good things about this hospital and now i know why. Thank you!
Kelsey Berg: Always patient, clean, and usually efficient too (look, emergencies happen). Love the ability to schedule online and pricing isn’t bad. Love this place. My kitties get better health care than I do - and they’re not scared to go.
Allyson Ware: This is a great place to take your pet! The associates are so kind, send appointment reminders and are so gentle with our pup! This has been our vet for over 2 years.
Shawn & Jeff Marsteller: Very, very nice staff and it's convenient to walk in with an urgent pet situation. Thank you for caring for our shelter babies!
Temeka Rucker: Love the Docs and ladies at the front desk!!!!They treat my babies good!
Kathy Moore: Best vet in town!
Helena Mouncey: We were not able to get into our regular vet, so we came here. We loved it. They were able to handle all 4 of our fur babies on the same trip. The doctor was awesome and very knowledgeable. I was pleased.
Emily Blumhardt: Always helpful in person or on the phone. They take great care of our pup as if she was theirs.
Carrie Stuteville: We are new to the area and needed a vet that accepted walk-ins. We called around and was recommended The Eagles animal hospital by another vet. We were very pleased with the entire staff and how they went above and beyond to help us figure out what was going on with our dog. So glad we found this place as we have been trying to find a new vet closer to home.
Tracy Warren: We had to say goodbye to a fur baby this weekend. I am so thankful for the beautiful way it was all handled. They did everything they could to make this a little easier for us. Thank you for your gentle ways.
Josh Carter: Great staff! Very friendly! Great with my pups too!

Kansas City Veterinary Care: what do users think?
Jana Porter: Dr. Paul was great with Abbey and it was our initial visit so he took lots of time addressing our concerns. He sat down on the floor right next to her and fed her a few treats when he noticed she was anxious. :)
Elaine Hutfles: Wonderful staff and doctors. I've met 3 of the veterinarians and had a great experience with each one.
Michelle Keopke: Basil loves and trusts the exotic vets to take care of him whether it's a well check or a sick call.
Tracy Miles: KC Vet Clinic truly cares for your pet! Dr. Diehl and Dr. Erdozain are outstanding Veterinarians who take excellent care of your pet! I highly recommend KC Vet Clinic!
Hailey McFarland: I recently had a distressing experience with the veterinary clinic and dog boarding service that I feel compelled to share. This establishment, which I had initially trusted with the care of my beloved mobile disabled dog, has demonstrated a shocking level of negligence, leading to repeated harm and injury to my pet.First and foremost, it is essential to note that I take the utmost care to provide a hind leg sling for my dog, explicitly instructing the staff to use it during his boarding period. This sling is crucial for his mobility, as his hind legs tend to knuckle, causing his paws to drag on the ground. Unfortunately, despite my explicit instructions, the staff consistently neglected to use the sling, leading to disastrous consequences. On three separate occasions, I have collected my dog from the boarding facility only to find him suffering from horrific road rash wounds on his hind legs. These injuries are a direct result of his legs dragging on the concrete during their walks to relieve themselves. It is absolutely unforgivable that such a simple request to use the hind leg sling was repeatedly ignored, resulting in significant pain and distress for my pet.The complete lack of attention and disregard for my dog's well-being has left me utterly appalled. As a veterinary clinic and dog boarding service, it is their fundamental responsibility to prioritize the safety and comfort of the animals under their care. Instead, they have demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism and compassion, causing my dog unnecessary pain and putting his overall health at risk.Furthermore, the fact that this has happened on three separate occasions is absolutely inexcusable. I had hoped that after the first incident, the staff would be more vigilant and attentive. Regrettably, it seems that they have not learned from their mistakes or taken any measures to prevent further harm to my pet.I entrusted this establishment with the well-being of my beloved companion, and their negligence has left me deeply disappointed and concerned for his safety. I would strongly advise against using this veterinary clinic and dog boarding service if you care about the welfare of your pets. Their blatant disregard for the specific needs and instructions of their clients is a clear indication of their unprofessionalism and lack of empathy.I will be actively seeking alternative options for my dog's care in the future and sincerely hope that others take this review into consideration before entrusting their pets to this establishment. Our furry friends deserve better than the negligent and uncaring treatment they receive at this veterinary clinic and dog boarding facility.
Rave' Cleaver: I've tried a few vets for my Leopard Gecko and this has been the best thus far. Dr. Exline is very helpful. Also Kris was excellent with helping me with special needs boarding for my Leo who has to be syringe fed for now.
Andrew Barr: The vets do seem to care about the animals, so there is that. Whoever sets prices is out of their mind though. They want $1000 just to CLEAN a cats teeth, not to pull them, just for the cleaning. That is insane.
Will Nance: The staff & vets are very professional friendly well knowledgeable of some pets & overall good price for a visit. Nothing major with my lil guy just needed something for his gut & now he's back to normal thanks to DVM Entriken. I highly suggest go see them.
J Blauw: I’ve been taking my dogs here for over 20 years. Very caring staff.
Kasia: When we moved to KCMO we had to find veterinarian for our two cats. We we to KC Veterinary Care and had a great experience. The vet took time to get to know us and the cats and made helpful recommendations. Staff is kind and knowledgeable and makes you feel at home.Thank you!
Lindsay Lamb: Front desk are all so friendly and always helpful. The Vet was very interested and getting to know our pet and listen to any concerns we had and gave us several options for care. I later had a question when the vet was out of office and still got a call back with a response before the end of business on the same day! Highly recommend!
Kathryn Brown Day: Dvm Diehl was great with Molly!
Mohan T: Friendly staff, fairly knowledgeable vets who take the time to address the concern(s), and overall clean environment. While parking could be better, there's not always a large rate of patients there at most times. When it comes to reptile care, they have Dr. Miller that knows his stuff and will make sure everything is done to address any questions or concerns. Don't forget to bring a stool sample to make the analysis easier!
Patti Petersen: Absolutely pet loving people. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. A really fantastic place to take any pet!
Joan Altieri: I've been going here over 40 years since it was Hecker Animal Clinic! They've taken care of 9 of my dogs during that time. The staff really cares about the pets, and have helped me through a number of pet emergencies and illnesses.
Greg Betzwieser: KC Vets is a godsend! Our new bunny was showing distressing symptoms and thankfully KC Vets could see us right away. The doctor and support staff were all lovely and kind. After a thorough examination, the cause was identified and a course of treatment prescribed. Thank you KC Vets!
Dowager Humps: Everyone at KC Vets was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. A++
Tom Cochran: Outstanding clinic. Brought my dog in for a limp. Our Doc took a look at him but also took the time to pull in their knee specialist to assess him as well. Thanks for the amazing care!
Ella Leslie: I live in Waldo and love taking our two dogs to KC Vet Care. Everyone is patient and kind, and Dr. Erdozain clearly loves every animal he's ever met - it's great knowing they're being taken care of with big hearts!
John Sulley: Great doctors and a staff that cares.
Matt Milburn: Great caring people work here, and it shows! The doctors are varied in their specialties, and the surgeries we've had done on our retriever have been great! Would recommend to anyone for dog care!

Pet Resource Center of Kansas City: what do users think?
Matt Rodriguez: They are such a great resource! That k you all for what you do!
Edna Walker: All of the workers are great, they are very patient and kind and very dedicated 😀 👍🏾
Brenda Bradford: Pet Resource came highly recommended when I decided to get my fur baby neutered and it didn't disappoint. They were absolutely wonderful and took excellent care of my fur baby. From checking in to picking up the experience was great. Keep up the excellent work and if you have the opportunity to donate to this facility, please do. They are worth every donated dollar!!
Sergio Gil: Excellent costumer service and home service the best thank you guy for your job and so nice staff 👍
Ryan Wiedmaier: Wow, what a wonderful experience. We needed to get our new dog spayed and our vet wanted a very large sum of money. PRC saved me hundreds and was super convenient with great customer service. We arrived and waited in the parking lot, in our car, to eventually hand our dog over to staff at 8:30am. Picked her back up at 11:30am the same way, having a staff member bring her right out to my car. She is healed up now with no complications. Definitely would recommend. Just wish they were a bit closer! 🙂 Thanks!
fnaf gamer: Always great care reasonable prices
Tina Murphy: It was very busy and I had to wait outside in my car. But they took really good care of my dog and did what I needed to get him back to health.
Pepsi Van Lerberg: I’m just glad they exist!
Rachel Pierce: Great service, they take good care of our cats. Streamlined drop off and pick up process. Good price, I wish the parking lot was bigger.
Zuiri G: Both my dogs have been there and good experience with both.
Arlen Burroughs: They mean well, but this clinic really needs to fix their structure and procedures for drive in appointments.I recently signed up for a 10:25 vaccination, showed up at 10:17, and waited for one hour until my dog was finally taken in. He was inside for less than 5 minutes.I understand running behind from time to time, but this isn't the first time this has happened. Being an hour behind at 10am is unacceptable and the number of appointments accepted needs reduced so customers can have a predictable visit. Not everyone can miss an extra hour of work because the vet took so long.
Kesha Parker: They made the transition between and the old owner seamless and took care of my Coco Chanel.. which made baby comfortable.. thanks you guys ROCK!!!
Nancy Lamb: Exceptional service and care for our fur baby who was spayed recently. Every detail in the process was perfectly executed. And the price was affordable and reasonable. We are so thankful to have found you.
Phyllis Solito: They are excellent and affordabl e at animal healthcare
Yasmeen Jasim: Very nice and friendly. Prices are reasonable and fair
Therese Sullivan: Good experience with Pet Resource. I took my little girl to be spayed. Everything went smoothly, quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use Pet Resource again and recommend it to friends and family.
Christina “Brosch” Walters: This place was AMAZING!!We had our pup spayed there recently. There was a slight delay waiting for the staff to come outside to greet their patients, but it was so well organized (OCD happy place). And the staff was so kind, informative and gentle. My sweet pup was treated so well and if we ever get another pet they will be where we go!! Keep up the good work, PRC!!
Ericka Smith: The process was easy, this was my first time, but not the last, when I arrived I kinda freaked out because of the amount of people already there, but the way they check in your animal is, they call you, questions and answers, payment and a few minutes later, maybe longer on other days, I'm not sure, but they come get your pet and text when your pet is ready. And they offer alot for the affordable price! Thank you PRC of KC.
Kayla Leigh: Great place for you pet. Great resources available, friendly staff and great pricing!
Mary Ellen Young: Such a smooth operation!!
Tani Daumas: This place offers spay/neuter and vaccine services for very low prices. They treat your pet with great care. I am so glad I found them
