hayden bruner: I've used this location about once a month for the past year and have had good service. There is new management and things are a lot different now. I'm very disappointed. I returned the car right as they were closing and was told I would only be charged for a day. Well that was a lie and got charged for an additional day. When I called to ask, I was on hold for 20 minutes just to be told they wouldnt take the extra day off and made it seem like my fault. They just lost a loyal customer.

Gerard Aro: DO NOT RESERVE HERE!!! I made my reservation on Monday to pick up the rental today (Saturday, which means they had a 5-day lead time). The reservation was confirmed right away, but, when I arrived this morning, they had my reservation but not the car I reserved and very uninterestedin helping a customer that they just screwed over...I called Enterprise customer service who said they are having the regional manager call me asap...but still waiting on that call... DEFINITELY DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

Tany S: As a Platinum tier member I rent with Enterprises all over the United States constantly for work purposes and their business motto is we’ll come pick you up. My pick up location was literally 5 miles and the representative refused to come and pick me up stating it’s either 5 miles or 10 minutes. Normally if you are either within 5 miles or 10 they will accommodate. However, this was not the case for this branch . This is not the first time I have had this problem at this particular location. This is the worst customer service for an Enterprise.

Robert Beck: Two rentals, two bad experiences. First one, they had the correct vehicle but they had completely saturated the carpet with some INSANELY strong-smelling air "freshener", and then blamed it on a renter and said there was nothing they could do. It doesn't matter who did it, and there IS something they can do--they can shampoo it out. Pure laziness. Second time, they didn't have the vehicle I had reservedweeks in advance, and the woman acted like I should just be ok with that. I had specifically reserved an SUV because I was traveling to a distant and very snowy place in the middle of winter. They gave me a minivan instead, called it an "upgrade", made no apologies, and refused to make it right. I strongly safest that you pay a little more and go with a more competent organization.

They wanted to downsize me to a Nissan Rogue. I told them that wouldn’t work so they offered me a pickup truck. Talked to the Manager who was less than responsive to my needs . I even called to follow up with my needs the day before my pick up date.Canceled and left….. would not recommend.Very POOR customer service. Not really worthy of one star.
Michelle Boyles: Had my rental stolen from a managerwhen I went to exchange the rental because the brakes were not right and the change oil light came on they recommended that I take the vehicle for an oil change I told them no I wanted to return the vehicle and get a different one they told me I would have to take it to a different location which was the airport in 30 miles away so I drove it to the airport not thinking I didn't have a bank card on me they told me I had to fill up the gas tank before they would give me a new rental I told them the only reason why I had to drive that far is because the car was not right in the beginning the lady asked me if I took the car for the oil change like I was told I told her no I was more concerned with the brakes and the tires shaking in the front that I just wanted to exchange the rental car not get the oil changed either I've never rented a car and had to get the oil changed this is a private franchise budget so corporate will do nothing to help me the lady got in the car and asked me if I got the oil changed I told her no and then I just wanted to exchange the car and asked her if she would put her children in the car and take them into the mountains she then reached on to my lap grab the key fob and told me she was canceling the reservation after it was already paid in full and rented 4 months ago now to get the rental for 3 weeks it's $2,700 when it was $900 before all because of their negligence and I chose to take the car back they had me escorted off of their property also the budget on Shawnee mission parkway and the budget at KCI airport is all under the same management it is not a corporate store and they are allowed to treat you and do whatever they want they charged me $159 for one day when the whole 3-week rental was for 900 all over a quarter tank of gas I will be contacting an attorney

John Laing: 4-6-21: Prepaid for an SUV. Arrived to pick it up. No SUV. No cars. Nothing in stock. I was told they had a pickup truck on the way. Unfortunately, the only place for luggage in a pickup is in the bed...which wouldn't work. And that was literally the only thing they had available. I'm unsure how a company functions when they take a PREPAID reservation for a specific vehicle and then don't have it available. Tom, the manager at the facility, was nice and admitted that there was "no excuse" as to why they didn't have the vehicle available. Moral of the story: Just because you've prepaid for a reservation, there's no guarantee. This may be how it is everywhere right now, but this was our first pleasure rental after the pandemic.

Rented a moving truck to move my daughter from Olathe, KS to Austin TX.2, Got a confirmation of my Rental; Confirmed on Nov. 25, 2019. Pick up time was November 27 at 3:00 p.m.3. On the day of the move, November 27 at 10:00 a.m., while on my way to pick the truck, i got an email from Budget Truck Rental that my rental had been cancelled; without any explanation.4. I called Budget Truck Rental and they promised to avail another truck by 5:00 p.m. This never happened. Subsequent calls to them were never picked up or acknowledged.5. With Thanksgiving Day being the next day, and my daughter all set to move (she was starting her new job the following Monday) I had to scramble and get another moving truck at a much higher cost to myself; not counting the lost time in our moving schedule.

The truck we'd expected wasn't available since the folks who reserved it for the morning hadn't come in to pick it up yet but the slightly smaller truck that was available worked perfectly. The guy working the desk was very polite and took off the hand truck fee as an apology for the truck switch. I guess someone working over the weekend had put something in the computer incorrectly. Regardless, they made our stressful moving day a little less stressful and for a great a price. I would definitely recommended these guys to anyone looking for a moving truck.

When I got there to pick up my rental I was the first customer there and they told me that they didn't have my rental for me. So instead of helping me find another rental they wrote down phone numbers of 3 other locations and told me to call them and ask them if they had a car for me. I don't see why he couldn't check on it for me. Maybe he didn't like me or something but whatever his problem was I kinda hope he gets fired for such poor customer service. I would never recommend this enterprise to anyone and I will definitely not return.

When I showed the CSR she didn't adjust my fees nor did she try to help fix the over charge... I would 🤔 think more than twice before I'd rent a car from them ever again... 🙅🏾‍♀️

These people stole my friends registered firearm out of the rental it was left in within less than 25 minutes, knowing that the person was coming back for it realizing they had just left it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE BROKE CLOWNS!!! The manager of the store was a part of this thieving process and did not care whatsoever, nor did they offer to roll the cameras back. When getting a rental - AVOID this place at all cost due to unethical management and employees!

Kenneth Allen: This Enterprise has the best customer service had an issue on vacation and called this location as this is the one I rented from. Talked with Drake and he did the best he could being miles away as the enterprise in Loveland Colorado was not helpful at all. You can really tell Drake cares for the customer as that is very hard to find now a days. Came to return the rental and as soon as Drake remembered my name the first thing he asked was (Did you guys make it home safe) Drake really has a passion for customer service Thank you. Lyric also went above and beyond my expectations.

My Statefarm agent booked a car rental from your company for me and was scheduled to be picked up at a specific time. However, the experience turned out to be disastrous.When the driver did not arrive at scheduled time, made a call to the rental I attempted to ask a couple of questions about the rental and why they was not here. Was told by Devonna I would need to call 30 minutes ahead. I informed him I did then i ask him about the policy, but before I could finish, he rudely told me to shut up or he wouldn't pick me up. Shocked by his behavior, I decided not to confront him and got in the car when it arrived late.At the time of rental, a certain amount was authorized on my credit card. However, after returning the car, I noticed that there was an additional amount that had been charged to my account without my consent. When I contacted your company's customer service, I was informed that the additional amount was charged for services I did not even use.When I requested the refund, the manager was very rude and unprofessional in his response, insisting that the company's policy allows them to charge for "additional services." Furthermore, he made me feel foolish for asking.Overall, I was shocked by how poorly I was treated by your company's staff. I expect better from a reputable car rental company like yours. I urge you to investigate the matter and take appropriate action against the staff members involved. If possible, I request a refund of the unauthorized amount that was charged to my account.

Brian Webster: An absolute nightmare. Canceled 15 minutes before we were supposed to pick it up, saying no cars were available, despite having booked online. I’m sure there will be an automated post replying to this trying to make it right, but since their online bookings are useless and this has happened multiple times we will never use Enterprise again.
Devyn Payne: I’ve been using the enterprise on Main Street in Kansas City for many months now. My work requires rentals when traveling. The team Meka, Jahana and Fatima have been wonderful to work with and have made the process smooth and easy. I intend to continue to use enterprise, even for personal travel, based off the service I have been provided by them.
Alpha Landingham: staff was very friendly and professional. The app let me book a truck though they didn’t have any. They got me taken care of with a different car but needed the extra space in the truck. Not the staff's fault, Enterprise needs to address your booking policies via the app. This is the third time this is happened......

I was traveling to chicago with my 5 kids and my mother in-law and my aunt. At first we booked a Toyota Corolla. We then went back realizing this would not work. So we went back and Dom ( the manager ) and Johanna quickly upgraded us to a decent size Subaru. We were lapped up still but we were gonna make it work. DOM was not originally helping us. He just so happened to be looking at the cameras watching us load up into this Subaru. He came out and stopped us. DOM was worried about our safety being that it’s the winter time and I was doing all the driving he said look let me put you in a SUV No extra charge simply concerned with our safety. He said I can’t let you guys drive 7 hours away like that. My whole family cried tears of joy. I had been having a terrible week and just that act of kindness and professionalism made my trip so much better. Dom definitely made the process so much easier. I’m forever grateful! And I will only rent with enterprise because of this!!! Shout out to Dom at enterprise on Main st. He’s the GOAT!!!!!!!!
Mark n Lisa: My Insurance company setup a reservation for me on February 7th. On my way to pick up the rental the Enterprise office on Main called me and told me they had no rental for me. Told me they could get me one on Thursday Feb. 9th. They also said they would pick me up at 7:45 am. I very disappointed in the service. No one has come by to pick me up yet. It's impossible to call the office there because you get put on hold to a constant recording over and over. Then you get an automated message to call back later.

Got a call from Nick that morning saying he wouldn’t have any cars until Monday (it was a Thursday). I had the same issue with the downtown Enterprise location. Customers, please have a backup plan for emergency vehicle needs because their reservation system is not reliable. It lets you book even when cars are unavailable. It’s a reasonable expectation for the company to know how many cars are available and not let you book a reservation if it can’t be fulfilled.Also Enterprise “Care Team” do not leave the automated post at the bottom of this review. After I left the review with the downtown location you told me to reach out with additional details. I sent the booking confirmation and a screenshot of when I was called 30 minutes before I was due to pick up the car and told none where available. I never got a response. The appearance of customer service without any customer service inflames the issue further.

AAA LimoGroup: I bought a Sprinter van from Chester and Deb...great vehicle...but, it's been 40 days and I've yet to receive the vehicle Title from the State of Kansas...since delivery February 10 I've lost over $4,000.00 in bookings that this vehicle could have/should have done...Deb and Chester were wonderful to deal with up to the point of delivery and full payment...since then no has returned phone calls, zero followup...if this is the kind of service you like..then Deb and Chester are looking forward to meeting/dealing with you....call today....today, March 29 makes it 48 days ago Chester and Deb dropped off my 2020 Sprinter van...very nice vehicle...still sitting right where they parked it in front of my house...I can't drive it because Chester and Deb have failed to provide me with a vehicle Title...my leasing companies Title Department is in daily contact with the State of Kansas Department of Motor vehicles as to "where's the Title"...they say there's a problem between Suburban Car Rental and Suburban Car Rentals Title company which is AXIS TITLE LLC..and so now I've talked with the State of Kansas Department of Consumer Affairs..and they recommend seeking legal action..meeting soon with my attorney to start legal proceedings...when Chester and Deb brought the vehicle to me in Key West I paid over $1,500.00 for 2 nights lodging for them and provided them with carte blanc taxi service while they were in Key West...this time when they come to Key West for the court proceedings they can pay for their own lodging expenses...I would never have dealt with Chester and Deb had I any idea not getting a vehicle Title would happen...but maybe dealing with people like Chester and Deb is fine with you...so by all means call them today...their wonderful to talk to..just don't be surprised by no after the sale service..call today their waiting to take you for a ride....oh, by the way, my lost bookings for this vehicle now exceed $5,000.00....April 3, 2023..53 days since Chester and Deb dropped my Sprinter van to me in Key West...and still no Title, so it cannot be driven with no license plate..but I'm still making the monthly payment and paying the vehicle insurance...lost receipts to today are $6,500.00..I had to get an attorney involved last week to go after these crooks...after the sale no returned phone calls or emails to me or my Title company....if this is the kind of service you can accept, please call Chester and Deb today..their great people to talk to before and during the sale but no communication after they have your money...

After renting for 2 weeks and driving 3200 miles, the windshield had a small chip in it (and another that was already filled). I specifically requested that I be given the opportunity to allow my insurance to repair as they require the renter to have their own insurance which is also specifically listed on the contract. Debra even specifically stated that I could file my own claim and pay my fees to the insurance to cover. Instead they went ahead and replaced the windshield and charged my credit card 313.00 without even contacting me or sending me an invoice. TERRIBLE customer service.

I drive an accord daily so you imagine my smile the first time I accelerated with 475 hp. Ear to ear!!They measure the stress you put on the car based on oil life usage. Using too much will forfeit your hefty deposit. I can't propose a better method to avoid the bad egg drivers but it just had me nervous most of the day regardless of my good driving habits. In the end we were in the expected range after some fun driving.

I was told that I would receive a discount for the TV not working and the extra fuel. I called the next working day and left a voicemail regarding the situation and had hope for some type of a discount. I never did receive a return call and certainly did not receive a discount. I will never rent from this location again.
