Crown Center Ice Terrace: what do users think?
Balaji Sivasubramanian: Amazing food.. Amazing fountains and places to walk around.
Clarissa Feldman: We didn't stay here, but will definitely plan to in the future. Lots of shopping and dinning places. Easy walking as have skywalks over busy streets. Can easily access downtown events.
Mariella Seton: Bring your patience with you. As a first time visitor, traffic mall signs would've been helpful. The parking lot was difficult to find. Roads that my GPS was telling me to take were closed. Drove around several times. This mall is not your typical mall. Get a map and parking validated from customer service.
Austin craft: It was crowded because of the festival going on this weekend but overall everything was great. Took the family to sea life and afterwards had lunch at Curry in a Hurry. Which was the highlight of my trip.
bilohf tv: A luxury shopping center
jpg archive: It's a neat, clean, modest-sized, very kid-friendly mall in an excellent location. My main complaint is: who thinks it's a great idea to close up at 6pm??? C'mon, people.
Max Steel: Been going there since I was a little kid love it!!!!
Martez Crain: Many places to stop and grab a bite to eat, or shop around. They had a fairytale exhibit for the kids and it was free. The kids had a blast.
Kassi Moore: I was expecting there to be more shops. I went there to get a souvenirs and walking the whole mall I was able to find only one thing. Not worth it in my opinion
Elisabeth Putman: Was there for the Hospital Hill Run
Frecky Lewis: I had to update my review after visiting Crown Center again last weekend with my family. I'm not sure if the owners of the mall know this, but in order to sell things your stores have to be OPEN. The stores in this mall all close at 6:00 pm on Saturday. We had just finished our dinner at Fritz's in the mall, and at 5:45 we walked over to their special "Fairytale" exhibit that was advertised as being open until 6:00. We found the door locked and couldn't get in. When another family came out through the door we poked our heads in and were told by the desk attendant "It's closed." I asked if the signs were wrong and pointed out that they said the exhibit was open until 6, and she said "No, the signs are right, but we stop letting people in before that." She had no hint of friendliness or sympathy for our two obviously very disappointed children. To the mall management: If you close your exhibit at 5:40, don't advertise that it is open until 6 -- or at least, advertise that fact clearly. Knowing the stores would be closing in 15 minutes, we wandered up to the toy store on the top floor and were told even before entering the store "Just so you know, we close soon." I assured them that we wouldn't take up any of their time by spending money there. We made a few quick passes down the aisle at 5:50 and it was clear that the employees had no interest in anything but shooing everyone out. Perhaps they could have said "We close shortly, but is there anything we can help you find quickly?" Nope. No interest in making sales. Amazingly, there were countless other families wandering around the mall and surrounding area at 6:15 looking for something to do, and I guarantee many of them would have spent money in these stores. People say retail is dying; after visiting Crown Center, I can attest that retail isn't just dying, it is committing suicide.
Norma Patterson: Crown Center is the perfect place to do your shopping. The selection of stores is great, the prices are competitive. Plus, the atmosphere is always welcoming.
Rosie Hudson: My kids loved playing at the fairytale village! It's all free to get in. There are so many shops and restaurants inside. It's like a mini mall. Definitely coming back soon.
DIY_Nation_TH: #diynationth
Salton: Some nice activity stations but they may need a little more assistance with each one from staff so it's more clear how they work.
shannon hudson: this place was so relaxing.. my friend and I really enjoyed ourselves. We got icecream inside and walked across the street and ate it by the fountains... it a very pretty place as well!!! We will be returning for another relaxing afternoon.
Chad Motter: It has some cool shops. Something for everyone.
Rachel Anderson: Gorgeous place located perfect with lots of fun places to visit. Kaleidoscope is free, sea life and Lego land are right there plus lots of food and shopping! Fairy tale land is free and lots of fun!
Lisa Laughlin: Lego Land and Aquarium were alot of fun. Kids enjoyed themselves. It was pretty crowded and the space was smaller then expected but overall fun. The Aquarium was beautiful and more peaceful. They had alot of great tanks.
Cody Fry: Love to just walk around and see what I find here you never now
Jason Stidham: Great shopping center

The Rink at Zona Rosa: what do users think?
Nick LeBlanc: Lots of fun with the family, but a bit expensive.
J T: Most of the employees were helpful, although with a rink this size I was dismayed to see some on the ice skating pretty aggressively around little skaters. The rink itself is a good size and located right on the edge of Zona Rosa, which makes it nice to do a little shopping right before or after.I'd recommend the hockey skates, we had five skaters and by the end all but one had swapped their figure skates for hockey because they offered more support.
Erin Black: We had a great time! The skate helpers were the best for the littles still learning. A little pricey, but worth the experience. Friendly staff and great atmosphere.
moises lujan: Amazing❤️
Spence Six pack: Great place to spend the new year Eve!
bella spence: So fun staff are so helpful and kind not crowdedness love this rink

Ainsley Hynes: This was amazing! I got to skate with my friends and the ice is super easy to skate on. The staff is great and it’s soo beautiful!
I K (GastonYu): Slick ice, friendly staff, and free hot chocolate with a review.
Ashley Mitchell: Easy to get to, staff was kind and helpful, kids had fun.
Haeli Hayes: Brought our 3 girls to ice skate for the first time today and it was a blast! Can’t wait to bring them back again.

H Flowers: Great little community center with a few exercise machines and a well kept ice rink.
Tannis Brockman: Great place for public skating!
Lee Penner: We have a family member who loves playing hockey here!
Kristin Gonzales: We love ice-skating at linecreek
Marc Magana: Hey nice Community Center with an ice arena. We were there for a beginners hockey experience
Caitlin Long: This place is pretty awesome. Jimmy is a really cool dude and is very helpful when giving feedback as I just started ice skating. Everyone is super friendly.
jusTodd: Fun time ice skating on a reasonably well tended rink. Great way to cool off on a hot summer day!
Bill Bowermaster: Wife and kids went ice skating, they had a lot of fun.
T L: Called looking for an indoor pool and or hot tub while sitting in my car irritated Liberty community center won't open the hot tub until 7:30pm due to the pool being occupied. Yet still want 11bucks whatever that's ridiculous. Figure next closet from me would be this place just to be told Southeast or Klice okay that's a bit of a drive if I'm calling here. Mr. It'd be nice if maybe you could get to know other community centers in your area to help with what people are looking for instead of sending trying to send someone way across town and I pray for you if that's how play your race card. I'd never want to go here with that being said. I'll continue looking. Liberty not looking good either makes no sense.
Brian: Awesome place to swim. Great fun for families. Also a great.place.to.ice.skate. admission to pool is $3
BatteryEater 9564: Very nice staff, had a great time and everything went great!
Debbie Shipers: Very nice staff. Loved watching hockey !!
Travis B: Me and my kids love this place. Nice people and we really love the hockey program Go Saints!
Lloyd Casey: Fun place to go and watch hockey!!
Bill McBride: Always love to curl!
Chuck B: Nice park outside the community center. My fiance and I biked in to have a nice picnic. We were observed by three white tail deer and enough people watching to keep it interesting.
Shawn M: There is a guy there named Bryan, he is the best ice skate sharpener in the midwest
Tina Murray (*Beautiful Crazy*): My girls both do there skating practice there. Nice place friendly people
Bill Morrison: Ice skating and outdoor swimming plus next door to a miniature train you can ride on!
Josh Brasel: Love this rink and the people that run it.

Northland Rolladium Skate Center: what do users think?
steven Jones: We had my daughter’s birthday party here and it was not only a great time for everyone but stress free. The crew working did a great job and worked with us throughout our time there.
rebecca manthei: Everyone was very nice and helpful!
Justin James: Very maintained rink, floor is nice and defect free. Carpet is super clean and nice looking.Staff were super nice, a bit quiet. They did quite a few games but it was a bit disorganized. Some games they were ready for and then others randomly started and they rushed to get things setup.Music was very outdated, some of it was okay but it was pretty out of date. Plus only 3 of the speakers worked so you could really only hear the music on one side. That would probably be my biggest complaint due to how much music plays a role in skating.Very kid friendly rink 👍
Kay: Great
Olivia Rohlfing: Had a birthday party for my kid here and really enjoyed it. My only complaint is I asked to only be charged for the kids and have the parents that want to skate to pay for themselves. When it came time to pay it was way more than I expected because we ended up getting charged for everyone who came in.Carr
Tracey prosser: The place is great fun for all
Barb Schlapia: Great family fun.
Tony L: Kids enjoy it alot. Family friendly at least the 3 times we have been there.
Earron Thompson: This place has become a joke! It could really benefit from new staff. If you don’t mind, the drive check out Rink Ratz in Blue Springs, River Roll in Riverside or a number of other skating rinks in the area. My daughter and I skate every week but won’t be coming back hear!
KAydence Taylor: I LOVE this skating rink it’s a fun place to go to hangout with friends and family. Best time to go tho is on a Friday
102.7 The Hog: The kid that was the Ref or official or whatever they call him was very rude to my wife and . Maybe next time I'll take my grandkids to Winwood instead
TrillionVibes: Fun to go with my friends
Annette Davis: It is so fun and there are so many games to play
Mac Stands: Great family skating rink. Excellent controlled environment. Only drawback they need to clean a bit more. Kids love the place!
Lisa Tracy: Always a good time skating with the kids. Love the family atmosphere, Christian music during homeschool skate days. Really makes for a pleasant afternoon.
Carl Meade: Alot of fun place was hop n.
Jeremy Morris: Bad customer service and Martha is very rude to me and my friends for not wearing skates when we aren't skating
Jordan Dorman: We have never been to this location before so booked blind. When I called to inquire before booking the gentleman that answered was very polite. I also called the night before to ask final questions and the gal that answered was very polite. The day of party is when everything started to go downhill. It almost felt like they over booked themselves for the amount of parties that were going on. I kept returning to the party page to refer to what all was included. When I had called the night before I was told we would have two tables. Day of I’m told that was an extra purchase. No big deal we just snagged an extra table for the parents of the kids included in the party. When it was time for hot dogs they didn’t bother to ask if we had more than 10 kids coming (extra fee) so when hot dogs were delivered we had kids without food. A parent went and purchased hot dogs and it took 30 mins. When we asked for updates on the food as kids were sitting there watching everyone else eat we were yelled at however guests who ordered after us had already received their dog in a bun. Kids were having a blast and that’s all that mattered! The party area is wayyy too small so the skate trainers kept disappearing. When it was time to check out we were charged way too much. When booking online we paid $25 to reserve which was to be removed from the final price. REMINDER there was a $1 fee so a total of $26. No big deal. Final tab, should have been $90 plus the additional kid ($11.50) so $101.50. We were also charged for taxes (expected) $11.11 and then another fee (advantage fee) of $5.50 and was not explained of this for using a card to pay. This should have been explained online. Once I started questioning the bill the lady became very rude and defensive and asked for the “discount” coupons back that were included with our package. I can’t say we won’t go back to just skate but will not host another party there.
Lori Loya: There is really nothing bad to say about a place where families come together and just enjoy while getting some exercise and building memories. Fun!
Calvin Range: They hosted our group and they did a great job, staff was chill, no issues at all. Also, nice and cheap.
Abi Henneberg: Me and my friends went to the skating rink to have fun and skate. While we were there, there was people that we knew that were harassing us. I am genderfluid (born female) keep that in mind. So there is a woman's and and men's skate and me and my friend went on both and my other friend (trans born female) went on the guys only skate. One of the refs came by and talked to us and he said it was okay that we were on the floor. Then there was these teenage boys that were yelling at us to get off the floor and they said that if they saw us skating during boys only skate then they would kick us out. Then we decided to leave because we were getting mad at that point. While we were waiting outside to be picked up we were waiting around the corner of the building and some guy (idk if he was a worker or not) said that if we caused any more problems then we would be kicked out. We weren't even causing any problems at that point and they made us sit in front of the door till my mom got there. The second I stepped into the car I broke out into tears. Let me say I am never going back there.

B&D South Skate Center: what do users think?
Toy Wirght: Amazing place, great customer services. Will recommend to all my family and friends. Very nice people . Will most definitely be returning. In taking skating lessons as well.
Danielle Scott: Hi, I'm a school student who used to go here and I love this place. They give you a free drink if you wear a school shirt on skate nights. I love what you guys did to the place and keep it up!
Nancy Miller: Would be an ok place but for a 2 hour skate session you might only get 45 mins of skate time because they do too much. You skate a song then it's limbo time. One more song and it's couples only, then red light green light, etc. They don't follow they're own rules. You can dress however, do whatever, I watched a girl take her kid on the floor in a stroller. I was waiting for that accident cause that was a fat law suit. Just sad the way this place is ran but my daughter likes to skate and I haven't found anywhere else yet.
Charleese BryantCharleese. Poor ougvv: We had a private party for my son 3rd birthday on 5/27/23. The staff was very friendly, and polite. Also if you’re looking to have an inexpensive party for kid(s) this is definitely the place and the private party package includes 50 skaters. For the price and the amount of guests, we couldn’t get a better price at Chucke cheese or any other place for kids. I promise you won’t be disappointed. They’ll also allow you to bring in outside food for your party for an additional $20. The package with the $20 for food is still under $300. Book them and enjoy. Will book more private events in the future. Michelle is who I booked with and she was awesome. Hope this helps someone with thinking of booking them. I’ll be telling my friends to book as well. Thank you guys so much for Saturday. 😉
Roxanna Thompson: I love this place.. And the family that is so thoughtful in sharing their glow sticks with my kiddos.. We will continue to come to this place, it's lots of family fun. 😁😁😁
Katrina Combs: Wonderful rink for kids, especially since they have they plastic baby skates to learn in...and I do love the floor! Great upgrades all around!!!
Verna Rice: Definitely would recommend this place. They've done a wonderful job with remodeling. It was so much fun when we went there for Sunday Funday!!! Definitely will be going back and we're planning on scheduling our granddaughters birthday there in November.
Michael C: We attended a roller derby match here and it was really fun!
Justin James: Great set of staff, they really have seemed to cleaned up the bad groups that were going there. It's not as busy as some of the rinks I've gone to but sometimes that's sought after.Place was pretty clean and maintained, bathrooms could use some work but nothing too bad.I would say it's very kid friendly and the music is a bit out of date but that might be due to the kid friendly nature.
Sean Fite: Completely refurbished, and it looks amazing! Family owned and operated. Very friendly!
Robin: Nice people that own or run the place. Cool blacklight effect. Fun games
Christinia Atchison: Lots of fun. Blast from the past every trip.
Kay Bee: I like it.
Debra Hall: The owners are very professional yet friendly and helpful and are very family-oriented. I was very impressed
Ray Emert: Saw Roller Derby for the first time! Lots of action. Good crowd!
Felix Hagers: Love skating there it’s so much fun and I live what they did with the place and everybody there is nice
Mikayla Moyer: It's an amazing place to roller skate has some amazing refs there always helping others and good food too!! 😊
Mrs.: Building is small
Taylor Williams: Management comes off very rude, especially the woman behind the counter. Safety is only a priority OFF the rink. They make sure you don’t wear hoods and metal detector check those who come in. However, it’s apparent that the children that they “employ” as the “skate monitors” are really just there to skate for free and flirt. I asked one of the monitors if he could be more worried about all the children skating the wrong way and he went and told on me lol. The female manager came over and rather than asking about the situation, she was hostile and rude raising her voice. I explained that I am worried about falling on a child because it’s a free-for-all on the rink. She eventually said she’d talk to the monitor - who was still flirting with some older girls that were there to skate.I continued to get frustrated with the lack of safety protocols on the rink and $10 for an hour of skating isn’t worth it. As we walked out the female manager glared at me and stuck her middle finger up. So trashy. Will not be going back. ✌🏼
Cynthia Robinson: Friendly staff, clean and inexpensive
D Ph: Good time. Kids had a blast

Independence Community Ice: what do users think?
Stephanie Bonnie: Note: they are cashless business and only do credit/debit transactions. The pro shop had selection but kids and adults rental skates are rough. Due to the customers walking with blades on all floors, the blades are pretty dull but not rusted. Just ask the pro shop to recut.
Max: It’s great
Kevin Cox: Great place! Good times
vallie guillory: My family loves the open skate!
Sara Vokac: Great hockey
Michael Lamar: We love the ice rink and arena here! The staff and families are really great people! We've been going here for awhile now and have made many friends and have made many more experiences that will last a lifetime!
Seth Brummond (Sethbearcat): Great facility! The acoustics were on point for a live performance.
Lloyd Casey: Very nice facility for goalie camp!!
Brandi Horton: Fun times
DP: I am snoopy
Jim Rusconi: Cable Dahmer Arena is nice
Ken Freeman: The best!
S L: So fun!
Jamie Rangel: Great programs....well maintained....lots of opportunities for ice time:)
Artem Gerasimchuk: Public skating is open on week days and at the most inconvenient times possible, like everyone has jobs lol why aren't yall open on Saturday?????
Malik Osborn (Lowerklass Films): Great skate
SamsGarageSale: Great place
Localfocal KC: Lack of adult stick time and difficulty joining an adult hockey league are the main reasons why it's not a four-star. If you're looking for public skate or youth hockey they have plenty of it.
Shelia: Clean, friendly and secure. It's nice they have recreational hickey games too.
Whitetiger65: My grandson loves the skating lessons that are offered.
Raphael Healey: Great evening on the ice.

River Roll Skate Center: what do users think?
Marcella Tice: We had a choice between Winnwood or River Roll, for the price we went with River Roll and I am so so glad we did. We booked a party for my daughters 6th birthday. I couldn’t be happier for River Roll’s staff and owner for making everything so comfortable and easy. They staff was so so helpful, very generous and so sweet. They have made this mama very happy and will definitely be back again!
Liz Hrusovsky: Our hostesses were super friendly and attentive and we had a great time. Thank you!!
Parker Games: i really like it. the hosts are very funny and nice and the people that go to there will not hesitate to help you if you need it.
Julie Young: Disclosure: review related to online purchase only. Last week I placed an order for a pair of roller skates that were clearly listed as in stock - and as a matter of fact, they are still listed as in stock. I never received any communication what so ever, and I discovered this evening that my order was cancelled when I reloaded the order page from my browser history. I also just received notice that my credit card has been compromised, which could be a coincidence, but the timing is suspect.
S. Lacombe: Clean place. Kids had fun.
Laura Rey: Awesome skating rink and great for parties. The only problem we had was my son couldn’t skate because they don’t carry size 16 men’s skates. Some kids don’t have small feet.
Mac Stands: Take my gkids (3) here frequently now, usually at other rinks and it's a 20 min drive but my gkids favorite rink now. Place is relatively clean especially in comparison with other rinks. My gkids only complaint is they don't play musical requests. I usually sit here during the night but trying to go relax and return when done next time. All in all nice place, little chaotic when busy. Really slow getting in but this is definitely the kids favorite, clean and safe.
Sarah Gower: Great place to go skating. Well kept up and reasonable pricing
ChesLea Allison: Overall, the place is nice. They have good icees. I fell once and didn't want to skate again, so I mainly just sat there for the few hours I was there. I got this cute little dolphin out of it, so that's that. My only complaint is that they didn't get around to playing anyone's song requests, even though only a few were requesting. Lastly, I think this place should play 80s and 90s music just to keep that nostalgia in.
Amanda B.: Wonderful experience. My daughter had the best birthday party. Everyone was very helpful. Thank you so much ☺️ ❤️
Cassie Cammisano: Honestly the best party our 8 year old has had! The glow room was so much fun for the kids and I loved the set up. It was minimal work on my part and the least stressed I’ve been throwing a party lol. Will definitely be back for another!
Olivia Rohlfing: Been here a couple times and prefer it to Winn wood. The staff is nice and they have plenty of walkers.
Cassie E: They refuse to serve you a cup of water at the concession stand unless you order from a specific party host. Other than that they will not serve free water. 🤔
Sondra Rose: Poor customer service
Pamla Singleton: It was a great place 4 a baby shower & ur kids & adults r included 4 skating along with pizza. Hoa much don't know. The kids had 2 hrs 2 enjoy themselves & eat.
Jessica Flynn: Tons of fun and reasonably priced!
Brittany Ryan: Great place to have a birthday party.
Treece1 Whit: Kids had fun.
Adrian B.: I’ve been to disco night on Wednesday twice. Very recently they got brand new rental skates! It’s great fun for a cold weekday evening and I’ll definitely come back.
Chad Highfill: It's a ton of fun. I skate rinks all over the Metro. Let me say this floor is by far the fastest. And great variety of music from current hip hop to old school 70s.

Legacy Skates KC: what do users think?
R: Could not have had a better experience buying my first pair of skates! I did hours of research before pulling the trigger as skating is not an cheap hobby and I wanted to make a good choice. They had the pair I had my eye on (Moxi Beach Bunny) but for $80 cheaper than everywhere else (including a Pride month promo 🌈) and they arrived perfectly within 3 days of ordering! There was a mistake in their online inventory which they immediately and personally remedied via text. They sell protective gear for the same price as the original manufacturer which means it's a one-stop shop for me. It's a no-brainer! Could not recommend this company more 🏽 Thank you! ♡
Joy May: Great staff, very personable and resourceful. Cool shop and good music with a large selection of quad skates as well as some in-line. Customer service is top-notch...thank you Miranda and Ayla!!
Scarlett Rodio: I love this small business! fast shipping and great products!! I did a review on my YouTube page check it out! @ScarLITSkates
Josh Kerns: My wife purchased some skates online from this business for our daughter. She was super excited and was planning to use them this weekend. Apparently, they some how canceled the shipping and had them rerouted to their facility. They were to be delivered today, the delivery driver even stopped in front of our house but did not deliverany packages. They claimed they made a mistake when they listed them and they cost much more than we paid for them. Not really my problem. Terrible business practices. I've made pricing mistakes in my personal business and in my professional career.. guess what you honor the mistake and sell for the listed price. Buyer beware!
Sara M: Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The shop is just a really cool space to be in. I felt really welcomed and I didn't feel pressured to get anything I didn't need.
Felisha Johnson: The lady is very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. You are appreciated!
r p.: my family has bought 3 pairs of skates from here and one of those pairs was for my son with down syndrome and he can be very indecisive at times they were very patient with him and took there time and helped him and few weeks later bought skates for myself and then few more weeks for my daughter Miranda and Ayla are great they're helpful understanding and I've also met the owner at the rink we go to all the employees I've met are great I love supporting a local business and a great one at that. keep up the great work
Shorty 1994: Customer service was amazing it was my first time and lady was super helpful answered all my questions. Definitely will go back. Lots of product options and they help you find what's right fit for you.
Elizabeth Conaway: I bought a cheap pair of skates somewhere else. I took them to the rink and they sucked. I brought them to Legacy Skates and expected them to talk me into buying a brand new pair. Instead, they gave me lots of great pointers and sold me higher quality bearings so that I can still get some life out of the cheap skates. I will definitely go back when I am ready to upgrade, but very glad that they didn’t pressure me into the investment right away and are helping me to get some use out of the pair I already spent money on!
Amanda Reynolds: Did business through e-bay and WE screwed up the return, Legacy Skates made it better than right. I would trust them with any business- ethical, and very sweet. These seem a lot like people who really want others to have fun skating.Thank you for making someone I love smile so much.
Chonita McGee: Very nice and helpful!
ryon matthews: After a 20 year hiatus I’ve decided to get back into rollerblading. Legacy has a really nice collection of rollerblades, skates helmets and pads. I’ve been in a few times and everyone I’ve talked to has been super helpful and they genuinely want to make sure you get set up with the right skates and the proper fit. It’s laid back and so cute in there!
Danielle Kassick: I ordered a pair of skates from their online shop and had a little trouble with delivery (at the fault of UPS!), but the staff were incredible at helping me fix the issue with the carrier! Once resolved, the skates arrived quickly and I’m very happy with the product and service
Tina Johnson: My daughter bought a new pair of skates and wheels here. The saleswoman was very helpful and nice. We'll definitely be back
Tina Kinsley: Seriously. This place… I’ve gotten: awesome Chaya Melrose Premium skates at well below MSRP, a replacement lace for said Chayas when one was oddly very short, and now wheel and bearing recs and get this, they are INSTALLING MY BEARINGS before shipping to me and I will give this store alllll my roller skating money every time I can. I am a super fan, in case that wasn’t clear. Ten stars. Five isn’t enough.
Raven Stone: Super helpful and informative I just got my first pair of skates today! I went in wanting one pair but after talking to the staff they helped me pick out a pair that was better for what I wanted. They even put on my new wheels and toe covers for me.
Burnell Williams Jr: I just left there about an hour ago and picked up some Riedell 111 skates and a few upgrades. The lady was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She answered all of my questions and made me feel I made the right choice for products as I’m returning back to skating to get in shape. I will be back in a few weeks to upgrade my plate as the guy who normally does it is out. Great value and selection as well.
Derek Hatch: Awesome, informative staff and huge selection! I had my eyes on a specific pair of skates. They had them in stock, in my size. My chick and I both left happy campers ready to hit the rink in style and comfort 🤘🏼
Joker Cavett: 1.5 months ago I took my daughter to Legacy Skates hoping to find some roller blades. I was impressed with the friendly staff, and my daughter left super happy with her skates and an abundance of knowledge. Thank you so much!!
Kira Auchenbach: INCREDIBLE! The staff was very helpful and patient. Everyone was nice and well informed, very awesome place.
Breanna Gaines: Thank God for this store ! There are no other decently dedicated rollerskating stores within at least 5 hours in every direction from KC 😱 we are so lucky to have this one. I wouldn't have been able to pick out my rollerskates in person , which means I would've never picked up rollerskating. I can't order something like skates online because I feel like you really need to wear them to know how hey truly fit. All the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and have helped me an insane amount along my journey with learning to skate. They have taught me how to change my bearings and given me priceless information. I couldn't recommend this store more 100/10 ya'll are the best 💯😭🙏

The Ice At Park Place: what do users think?
Kenny Johnston: Little baby high schoolers work here so they can play tag on the ice with their friends. Needs some l adult supervision sometimes. Otherwise good family fun with a flask.
Anthony Reyes: Been here twice...once with kids and once with just couples. Both great times!
Rose Laftner: January 20th 2023 temporarily closed because someone threw rock salt on the ice.
Ron Gross: The Rink Attendants which are excellent skatersare always on ice and ready to help people. The Rink is safe and friendly….a serious skating injury happened last week, he could not stand/move. The entire staff came out to help…Paramedice arrived in about 10 minutes,he was in tremendous pain…the rink cleared of skaters to let the Paramedics work and load him onto a stretcher..good job to everyone that was there
David Fugazzotto: Our kid had a nice time hanging out with friends here.Reasonably priced entry ($11) with her own skates... Not sure what it is if you need them.Try the Blue Place or something like that for coffee or hot cocoa, but they close at 6 pm.
Rajkumar Imandhi: It’s really cool place, I enjoyed skating for the first time ever. After all I’m not that bad being first timer on floor, able to manage not to get injured 😂. Staff is super supportive in fact one of them helped me with few instructions how to skate.
Kristy Blomquist: Really dangerous. Ice crowded with large groups of kids standing not skating and staff on ice either chatting with the other kids or racing them. Hardly 1/4 of the ice was available for skating. $30 for 2 people.
Michael Leto: Great in the holiday season
Kevin “KevLar” L: During the warmer months they put down grass turf and several games to go along. The atmosphere was fantastic and time flew by while enjoying our time.
Valerie: I didn’t enjoy it but its the only rink near me, a bunch of 16 year olds working there. Puddles and the ice was brown wasn’t smooth, Me and my friends were all given hockey skates. Went back in to sit down for a little with one of the workers on another workers lap, My friends little sister was there she very much didn’t need to see that, the skates I received had so much water in it. Disappointed to be honest it’s a really pretty place but the workers are like clueless
Lisa Tarbell: So much fun!!
Mia S.: I had fun with my friends, but this rink was super small and hard to maneuver around in. It was really poorly maintained, and there were puddles everywhere so it was super slick and hard to turn. Additionally, it was overrun with little kids knocking others down with their little training walker things going the wrong way, but you see that at almost every rink. It’s just a little frustrating since the rules are never enforced and it’s a little overpriced.
Catherine Bleish Bonandin: Really not my favorite ice skating location. Very small, very crowded, no concessions. I cut my finger on a shard of metal splintering off the blade, and when I showed the guy behind the counter he showed another guy and then they put it back on the shelf.... Ummm..... Ok........ Really the biggest pro was the Thai food location that shares the patio. WOW, now that food was great!!!!!! As for the ice rink, I likely won't be back, you can't even get up to speed due to the small size and how tight you are shoulder to shoulder with people.
Harry Vu: Recently planned a small event at The Ice which went perfectly, largely due to top notch management and friendly staff. Special thanks to Dylan for handling the logistics and keeping open lines communication. This is exactly what you want when coordinating these types of things.Would also recommend for date nights considering the rink is more compact and intimate. Also you are surrounded by great restaurants that you can explore after skating that are within walking distance.Overall positive experience!
Stephanie Eigsti: Fun, romantic place to skate 🤩⛸🎼 I had fun !
Jennifer Vallejo: The quality of the ice is bad. They don’t clean the ice, so there is a lot of cracks and it is hard to skate well. Also the place it is not too big. It is located in a nice neighborhood.
Andrew: It was a blast and well price especially for the area. It was my first time skating. They had shoe rentals there we'll clean maintain. I recommend very cool settings
chris sevieri: Nice little skating rink. Offered trainers to rent for the kids. Only issue was it had to dips along the wall which didn't help much with the beginner skaters.
Kelley B: Smaller rink, but very fun.
Bernadette McDowell: Neat place to ice skate. Daughter and I enjoy coming here.
Keirceten Nelson: Super great place and well maintained. The staff was very nice.
