No big deal. 2nd time I went in with my father who needed glasses. Sean and Tony were AWESOME. My father is a Spanish speaker only and I also had scheduled an exam for eye contacts as my glasses were making my face break out. Sean spoke some Spanish and made my father feel comfortable voicing his vision concerns and that he wasn't just agreeing with him because he could only understand so much. He was telling him issues he was having before my father told him anything which gave me ease of mind. Tony was just as great as Sean. Spoke Spanish also and helped my dad find glasses that fit his personality and customize his pair to he daily life needs. Tony also made sure he got his 2 pairs for the price of 1 which made me feel good as I didn't have to constantly ask to confirm. He took care of it from the beginning. Was also excited to be told of the Membership that will benefit me when I purchase my contacts. Overall great experience and would Highly recommend Sean and Tony to assist with examination and eye ware needs.
Nick Cullum: I have used them since I was a young child at the old Bannister location. Always great service and the no questions asked warranty is great. The only problem I have with the warranty process is they now want to see the lens and frames prior to ordering the replacement. So I have to drive in show them then wait and come back for the replacements. I don't own more then one pair of glasses so when they break I usually superglue them togeather till I get my replacements. And they were hesitant to let me keep the glassed till the replacements came. Other than that love the prices. The raybands hold up great.

So I decided to just buy the glasses anyways, because I didn't follow the intuition telling me not to when the price was 3x what was advertised. Mind you the lense tint increased the price, but I was told the price per lense, and figured I was told both sides, since most people don't fashion their glasses to look like a pirate.

Kyla Missu: Horrible place to work the manager isn’t the problem it’s the people over her that have no idea how to run a business and they won’t let her hire more receptionist plus they are now using remote doctors which I personally prefer to see an actual doctor I will be taking my business somewhere else. The store will probably be closed in the next few months now cause instead of helping the store whoever is running it over the manager seems like they are trying to shut that place down I honestly think all the employees should walk they deserve better then what Americans best is offering then. And to all the higher ups treat your employees better because without them you’d have no business.

I have had nothing but issues with Americas best. I tried to get into this location and Liberty for over a year with no eye doctors actually on staff at the locations so they could not see me. Glad they have a doctor who can take appointments now but I scheduled 2 appointments for me and family, of course both of them were cancelled due to emergency. BOTH APPOINTMENTS were at different locations. And had emergencies. They cancelled my appointment I scheduled several weeks ago so they could ease the doctor back into work so they dropped 2 appointments for the day at the Liberty location. They called me 3 days before my appointment to reschedule. Highly recommend anyone go somewhere else. This is ridiculous.

Well in 2022 was time to get new glasses so I went back EyeSmith an was helped by Rand. A nice gentleman who I have found to be very knowledgeable about his works. Since I moved here from Florida and spent alot of time on the water polarized sunglasses have always been my choice. This Rand suggested an amber lense with the polarization. I was skeptical but I decided to give his advice a try. This is were I need to tell you that I am a truck driver and I can spend up to 11 hrs a day behind the wheel of a 18 wheeler in all kinds of weather. When Rand found that out he was very sure that the Amber lense was what I needed. Well by God he was right. I have had them now for several months and what a difference his suggestion has made in my life. I have had been able to see better in fog, rain, snow, and even Sunshine. Rand was so right. I will be a life time customer for EyeSmith. Thank you Rand for being the professional that you have proven yourself to be.

rosepool69: I live in NW Shawnee and I am happy to drive to Green Hills Road for the service and selection at Eyesmith, for the second set of eyeglasses now. I originally heard their advertisement on the radio, talking about how they use a highly accurate laser mechanism to measure your prescription placement in your lenses, over a ruler and Sharpie. This caught my attention, because this was how my optometrist at the time was doing it. I wear trifocals, suffer from migraines and if my correction wasn't effortless, my sensitive brain would just "freak out". I found Rand and Janeel the most warm and welcoming people, who take time with you to try on as many frames as you want (such a wide-ranging, cute selection) and ensure your prescription will be placed accurately in your lens. For me, it means no matter where I look through my frames, the proper correction is just "there"...no battling with awkwardly placed lines. I love my unique frames and will continue to make the drive. When you've found your match, you stick with it.

She selected several pairs, then took a photograph of me in each of the pairs so I could see what I looked like from both the front and side views. Then we narrowed the selection down to the pair I purchased. I received the finished pair and have been wearing them for one week now. Tina Williams: I visited this store on Thursday, May 4th and I will never go back. I walked in and no one acknowledged me. At first I did not think anything of it. So, I browsed waiting to be helped and NO HELP or Acknowledgment after waiting 15 minutes looking and trying on glasses. They were not busy. They had 4 workers standing at the counter talking, laughing, and ignoring me. I walked out and no one still did not say anything as I left. Maybe they just did not want to help me.

Shawn-Tabitha Smith: I have been going to Eyemart for 2 years now and I will not go anywhere else. After a terrible exam at Fairway feeling rushed and my concerns ignored I decided to try Eyemart and the drastic difference in customer service was apparent. Darron is why Eyemart has repeat loyal customers. Myself included. I told him my concerns and he listened and knew how to fix the issues. He has vast knowledge about frames, insurance and any common issues you might have. He knows it, will know how to help you, and if you just can't seem to get your new frames feeling just perfect, he'll happily help you make minor adjustments until they are right. I have now seen both the Doctors and they are both fantastic. I feel like they listen, take the time to explain and make sure I feel satisfied with my exam before I leave. The new staff under Darron's direction are also learning how to help us and I know I will be coming back year for years to come and they will all be just as helpful!

Their people are very knowledgeable about all aspects and are particularly good at guiding you with your selections. Their retail stores are very well organized, clean, and inviting. The eye exam I received was very thorough and in a very nice facility. The optometrist was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to discuss some aspects of my eye health. I am likely a Warby Parker customer for life.

natalee albertson: I am unfortunately very unhappy with the service I have received from this location. I made an appt a month ago and made them very aware that I was leaving the country for 11 days. They would not let me order contacts only the trial pair and I once again let them know how long I was going to be gone for and was assured that it would be okay. Well my trial pair just came in the store this week and only received 5 pair. The staff at this store will not do one thing to assist me in this situation so now I have to go out of the country for 11 days with only 5 pair of daily contacts. Warby parker should have never added contact service if they could not meet the needs of their customers.
KCFlyer2: After going on Medicare and losing vision insurance, I was looking for a more affordable solution. I went to the Plaza store for an eye exam, which was the most thorough exam I've ever had. And I got my glasses and the prescription was perfect. I have a bit of a complicated prescription, but my glasses, lenses and exam were less than half of what I could get from my old optometrist. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Warby Parker.

Yrrah Hnid: I was involved in a car accident where the air bags deployed. Glasses were knocked off and it became apparent that it was damaged. Frame was bent and not to mention the left lens fell off. I got home and attempted to fix it but when I realize that I couldn't, I started doing research to see what places were open and did eyeglass repairs. Keep in mind that this was around 3 in the afternoon on a Saturday, so the options were slim. Optical Innovations popped up and I rushed over there based on other good reviews. I managed to arrive about 10 to 15 minutes before closing and the kind lady who took care of me was able to get it fixed within a few minutes! I am grateful because I am blind as heck and cannot see without these glasses. Thanks!
John Bones: Best customer service! I went to romanelli optix to try and get my sun glasses fixed but they didn’t even bother trying to fix them. They told me they couldn’t do anything about it, i then came into optical innovations and the gentleman was able to fix my glasses like new! He fixed them perfectly, gave me free lense cleaner and a new cloth for free! I will definitely be coming back for any future purchases or repairs :).Thank you so much, i really appreciate you guys!
