He didn’t ask questions, he just did it out kindness! I offered him the paper where the fundraiser was to be, he said, don’t worry about it! His work and eye for originality are outstanding! Hannah Cowan: I had amazing service and Honey offered high-quality mats and frames. It was my first time getting anything professionally framed, and Becky made it really easy! I got great help finding a mat that aesthetically elevated the poster I was framing. I didn't like the background color of the poster itself, but the mat and wooden frame brought out the background's best colors, so now the poster looks great. My piece was done just in time for Christmas. AND Becky gave me great advice on how to attach the hardware to the frame. Becky does amazing work and you definitely get what you pay for which is top quality. I will definitely revisit this shop in the future.

Randy’s assistant helped me choose framing material that gave me the look I wanted, but still within the budget I wanted to spend. Randy completed the framing much earlier than expected and the art looks much better with the updated frames. Randy also added a wire to another piece for no charge. I will always bring my items here for the quality, value, and service.

Doug Medina: I chose This and That Custom framing to frame my two autographed concert posters and an autographed vinyl record and was very impressed. The workmanship and fine detail are of museum quality. The vinyl record looks like it's just floating inside the frame and the posters really stand out. When I picked them up I got to meet Randy who did the framing and he was very friendly and excited to present his work. Randy used acid-free material to further preserve my prized possessions so I don't need to worry about them depreciating. I recommend This and That Custom Framing to all.

Amanda Martinez: I am so happy to have found this shop! Randy created a shadow box for me as a gift to my mom over Christmas. The shadow box was of my mom’s fur baby that had passed away. It had his collar, a picture, a paw print, a tuft of fur, and a slot on the back of the frame for sympathy cards. It turned out so beautiful and brought everyone to tears! This shop will be our family’s go to for all of our framing needs! We’ll definitely be back!

Lisa Brummett: They spent 45 minutes helping me pick a frame. When I came to pick it up, I just wasn't sure that I loved it and they spent another 45 minutes trying to help me find a combination I would love more. In the end, I decided the frame they originally suggested was the best for my picture. I got it home and on my wall it is perfect, this is a family heirloom, and I am very appreciative at the craftsmanship of their work.

The first three turned out great! I plan on using their services quite a bit in the near future!

It was falling apart from repeated moves. I thought it was done, but they were able to piece it back together better than new. They even added the wire hanger in back and as a last minute touch of class and generosity, they even gave me wall hangers to hang it on the wall, free of charge! Now that is what I call first class VIP customer service. This was my first interaction with them and they have definitely earned a customer. Kudo’s to Juliette at the front. She even offered to help me load it into my car. Wow!

The first frame I received was unfortunately damaged during shipping (something relatively catastrophic that their packaging, no matter how strong, could have prevented). Fortunately, the team at Glowbox was quick in responding to all of my emails, was very helpful and communicative through the whole process, and quickly sent me a replacement with no hassle.Most importantly, the frame looks amazing. It’s like having a 27 x 40 LED monitor hung on my wall. It’s pretty bright and lights up my entire family room when all the other lights are off. It also has an optional dimmer. Loading the poster was kind of tricky with one set of hands but that’s because the poster was hard to keep rolled out while putting everything back in place—it’s built to make it as easy as it can be.It’s advertised as including hardware to hang it and that ended up being four screws and drywall anchors. I ended up hanging mine with gallery hooks since my house has plaster walls and already had the rail for gallery hooks.I definitely see myself adding more frames from Glowbox in the future and sort of wish I just bit the bullet and ordered a multipack

I bought it for a piece of handmade artwork that someone I love very, very much made for me.Heartbreakingly, he passed away right before Christmas 2021 and before he finished the artwork. His artwork was about 75% complete. I framed it as is..... unfinished. Sadly, I feel this is a representation of his life..... taken too soon.... an unfinished life...... so much talent, so much more to give.Receiving the frame was bittersweet. I cried for two reasons. Broken hearted that he's no longer here, and appreciative that this frame lit up his artwork BEAUTIFULLY!!!! Jamison Giro: I took in my dad's old Boy Scout memorabilia to be framed, and had only a general idea of how I hoped it would turn out. The results exceeded my expectations in every way. I just walked in with a shoebox for of stuff, and during the initial meeting Scott and I exchanged various layout ideas until we settled on a working model. When I told him my budget, Scott countered with a price that was below the low end of my range. (My first thought was, "But I want it to look *good*.") I left him with the stuff and a deadline (about two weeks), and Scott did the rest. With plenty of time before the deadline, he sent a pic of the rough mockup for approval (which included a couple of improvements in the original design). As the deadline neared, he reached out to communicate where he was in the process without my needing to call him. Later, Scott sent a pic of the nearly-completed piece (at around 7:00pm on Friday night!), and it looked even better than I had originally imagined. When I ultimately went to pick up the final product, I was actually surprised that the final cost was the same as his original estimate. Quality, value, professionalism -- it's all here. I won't even consider another place in the future as long as Hook is around.Note: The attached pic doesn't include the final glass.
