Marcella Perez: Terrible customer service. We were never asked if we needed help with anything. They weren’t even busy. My 3 year old cousin was yelled at by one of the workers because she was touching a dress. She touched it the slightest way and this women felt the right to yell at her. I will never go there again

They claim they're exempt from corporate policy and refused to accept a return/exchange of a dress with the tags, purchased a week prior, never taken out of the bag, that had only been put on in their store. The employees I spoke with had an attitude and were snide the second the realized I wasn't there to buy shoes or accessories.2. The day we bought the dress one of the sales associates told my mom (who walks with a cane) to please be careful and that "maybe you should stay on this side" (re: on the periphery, not walking through dresses). My mom asked if they would prefer she wait outside? The woman curtly said, "No, you just need to be careful. We wouldn't want you to trip." At the time I wondered if my mom was overreacting but now I'm pretty sure she wasn't. Rude behavior seems to be acceptable there.I won't be back (they're devastated, I'm sure) and cannot forgive them for putting such a cloud over my daughter's senior prom.
