They even helped us by delivering my couch in a day they normally don’t deliver on. The delivery men were very nice and positive even when the couch didn’t fit in the elevator. Gerald Loechel: Fantastic only issues were due to the crazy inflation economical situation so accurate prices were not available so things were a bit more than listed but 100% outside of Thier control.... Other than that they weren't really seeming l interested in doing layaway at the moment but once I convinced them I was furnishing an entire apartment and wouldn't pick up any items until fully paid off they allowed me to pick out everything I needed. I haven't checked out the items but I do remember seeing that they only carry name brand quality items so you'll have no worries of getting cheap China made knock off the back hand help guy was super nice the lady at the desk was a cutie and support sweet and I'm just about paid off the $2000 and on my way to a brand new fully furnished apartment which without this plan of paying off over time never would've happened which means so much bc my last place ended up never getting furnished bc I had car issues and other financial situations the whole lease and by the time it ended I still was sleeping on a mattress in the living room

They called and somehow it was on back order even though she said it was in stock and already ordered. They never called me back as months went by I always had to reach out to them, always got the run around that it was going to be delivered then that it wasn’t in stock. Finally she called and said the factory said they don’t know when it will be available I told her to just cancel it and refund me my money they were basically lying every time I called I don’t think the bed was ever in stock In the first place they were just lying to me until the factory got the bed. She then said another factory had the same bed but for more money ARE YOU SERIOUS AFTER IVE BEEN WAITING MONTHS U SHOULDN’T BE CHARGING ME EXTRA NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN SHE DIDN’T EVEN APOLOGIZE JUST SAID SHE WILL REFUND ME MY MONEY AND HUNG UP.

I paid for the delivery and in home installation. Communication was efficient and the gentlemen who installed the furniture were friendly. Rainbow Savvy: Don't usually put in the effort to do negative reviews but this particular situation was pretty disappointing. We purchased a couch here in April 2022 with the warranty through Montage Furniture with it, which was offered to us when we mentioned we had cats. Sales associate said it would cover any and all pet damage up to 5 years. $149.99 extra for it. And for a $1300 couch that definitely seemed worth it. Some months later we ended up filing a claim with Montage which was denied and said they would not cover the damage, which is what we purchased the warranty for in the first place. I looked up Montage online and found an immense amount of bad reviews about them. But what made me feel we'd really been had was when I went on the Furniture deals website to find the couch we bought to make sure I was referencing it by name correctly, found it. The Benchmark. Then some weeks later it's name changed. Same couch, but now called something different, the Tracling. We should have done our research on all ends as now we are sat with a couch that wont be fixed under a warranty we paid for that should cover the damages and no refund for either. My advice to others to do your research first.

It arrived early on a Wednesday, I just so happened to call & the lady who answered told me that my bed had arrived. My first question to her was, “why wasn’t I notified?” It was paid in full. So there was no need for me to wait any longer.. I was upset that I had to wait another day for a piece of furniture that I was ready to receive. I won’t be shopping there again. The lack of communication was enough…
Tamara Vang: I purchased a sectional, dining table and chairs, coffee and end tables, and a rug. I intentionally waited to make a review on these items to check the longevity. The only furniture that has lasted the test of time was the rug and coffee and end tables. The rest of the items are trash at best. Within the first 6 months the dining chairs and sectional broke. 2 years later the dining table is falling apart. Will not purchase from them again. I take good care of my belongings.

Christina Morris: I was in this location yesterday (3/20/21) on 39th street me and my daughter, because I saw the black Ashley furniture set with the silver studs on the arms of it, at another furniture store on there kiosk that they can order for me and I wanted to actually sit on it and see if it was comfortable and it is, so I go to the guy at the counter just to see what he was going to say the price was, because mind you I am hip to shysters and I shop around first. First he said $999 then he said $1100 like I told him I can get that furniture set for $650 cause he tried to hit me with how much do you have before it’s gone. When I told him how much I it was somewhere else he gone say well if it’s that much you better go get it, I said don’t worry I am. Went straight to my furniture store afterwards and told the guy to order it and he did. I was always taught to shop around and look out for shysters.

Marley Notes: They assembled my chairs but somehow my table ended up cracked and glued back together. The owner threw the blame on the manufacturer and offered me twenty dollars. I refused but the highest this cheap guy would go was forty dollar’s, I had no choice but to except because who could I complain too? Be very careful when buying from this company, especially vigilant if you have them assemble the product. They sell good products at a fair price but what good is that if the people can’t trust you.
