Peel this Banana: Very very rude on the phone. I called to schedule an appointment not to be verbally assaulted, ended up crying and having a panic attack. I asked her to stop but she just wanted to keep going. What a horrible person, all before 8 am. Geez.
Logan Olczak: Lisa is the best. She was so helpful and patient.
Tara Swanson: I have used the plaza location for years for all of our family’s imaging needs, including my annual mammogram. Parking is easy, the clinic is clean and very nice, staff is happy and helpful and professional, and we receive imaging results before we walk out the door. In and out in 30 minutes. It’s always a very good experience, and the staff say it is a great place to work.
Stephanie Porter: I had a terrible experience at this facility. I have been there in the past and was very pleased but my most recent visit was terrible. I don’t think the staff was trained well. They didn’t listen they tied a bandaged around my hand so tight that it caused swelling in my wrist and loss of blood flow to my hand. I would never return if I had to deal with these technicians again. One was incredibly rude and the other was nice but must have been new and had no idea what she was doing. She only listened to the rude one and not to the patient. Absolutely horrible!!!

Tengo más de 50 años, así que se que esos estudios son molestos pero esta señorita es lo peor que conocí. Cuando pregunte su nombre, me dieron el nombre de la dra. que firmo el estudio ( creo que por error) solo recuerdo que era una bonita afro americana de buenos modos y pésimo tacto para el examen. Voy averiguar su nombre y volver a postear para que la puedan evitar.

Anonymous Anonymous: When I walked in I had to sign my name on a clipboard for everyone to see. I believe this is a HIPPA violation and other patients aren't supposed to be able to see everyone that has previously checked in.

Gentle John: I was a walk-in this week with no appointment with a foreign body in my hand. There was perhaps a 15 minute wait. I found the people most friendly. Both the ultrasonographer & radiologist examined me and documented the pathology. I would highly recommend them. They cared!

Linda: Love this place! Excellent caring staff and the BEST in their field. Radiologist Dr Wm Smith found tiny, peppercorn sized malignancy using 3D mammography. Surgeon Tammy Neblock removed it. This is the only place that I will have mammograms. Please schedule your next one here and ask for 3D. I don't think my tiny would have been found this early without it.
lora steiner: I have had several mammograms here and the staff is outstanding. Caring and considerate; thorough and clear on what you need to do. Equipment is top of the line. They take their time to assist you in what is an uncomfortable situation. Gentle hands and gentle spirits. Waiting room is clean and comfortable. Wait time is usually pretty short. Best mammograms I've ever had.

rusty nelson: I was scheduled to have a CT. I require an allergy protocol prior to the CT. Diagnostic Imaging said they would call me back. They never did! I had to cancel the CT. I will not use nor recommend them.

Vicki Clark: Went today , very rude staff I usually go to ENGLEWOOD because they are so nice polite and educated but short on time so went here appt was 245 I arrived 241 they told me since I was late because lady wanting $15 of my balance kept me at desk arguing with me then I was considered late so I didn’t get out till like 430 , the girl doing my us was rude and very abrupt , you all need to get employees who aren’t so hateful and unkind and argumentive and hateful get workers who know what they are doing . I have never had a rushed and rude us till this location . I would suggest taking your own advice as stated on your sign because you were not kind at all . You also broke hippa laws on others waiting while we could hear all your remarks plus their tests and balance they owe etc.. do you ever wonder what us customers do for a living ? Might think about that before you mouth off so rude . I will take my services elsewhere I don’t need your Bull

Mike Smith: The ethics behind the check-in personnel are absolutely breathtakingly disgusting. EVERY SINGLE time we are in here they look over and mumble little secrets ABOUT the people in the waiting room. As keen of an ear as I have, unlike most of their visitors, I know for a fact on multiple occasions it was in a negative way and regarding us occasionally.On top of all of that, they are still scanning temperatures OF THE GUEST ONLY! with no regard to the patients temperature. All while it is no longer policy to do so, considering they are a KU campus. Any statement in regards to "our patients are immunocompromised" is invalid as SO ARE SOME AT CAMBRIDGE AS WELL AS MY WIFE who I'm here with.This specific location just consistently has the worst medical experience that I have ever had on so many occasions.I try to be very patient considering what we deal with very regularly, but this place is starting to get out of hand.

jackie rickart: Doctors and nurses were fantastic, my chemo treatments were successful but my problem is the follow up that was scheduled for today and when I had asked them back in July how much the CAT scan was going to cost they said they would let me know, I have that on paper, and now this is October 20 and after being on the phone yesterday and being passed around and passed around and passed around and passed around no one was able to answer my question on how much the CAT scan was going to cost so that I could plan accordingly with Medicare. I contacted Medicare and they said I should ask how much it’s going to cost so that I would know how much I’m gonna pay but could not get the answer. I ended up Canceling the appointment until I can get the answer I need, hopefully someone there knows what they’re charging and then it won’t be a surprise when you receive the bill but then again maybe it’s planned that way.

joyce mcfarland: If you have cancer or a blood deseàse they are a group of doctors to go to. I go once a month for infusions. The infusion room and their staff is remarkable. There is also a couple of volunteers that makes sure you have something to drink or eat or if you need a warm blanket. The doctors are great but the nurses are fantastic.

Angelica Crump: They almost killed my mother because the doctor wouldn't see her at all through her chemo, even though we tried, he just told the nurse to give her more. So I wouldn't trust them. I just want everyone to be safe, my mom couldn't eat and could barely breath. Just a warning
Sherie Donnelly: This is where I took my chemotherapy and Radiation therapy. The office is quiet and peaceful, yet very functional. The employees are phenomenal, courteous, kind and caring. The chemo room runs like a well oiled machine. Nurses are very knowledgeable and specially trained. My doctor was fantastic. I was kept up to date on everything. Nurse Practitioners are always around to help if there is a problem. I never had any long waits to be seen or treated. I have recommended this office to everyone that has asked.
