Google listing states delivery but be prepared to haul. I couldn't get mine delivered. Salesman was super nice and not pushy. Others at the counter couldn't be bothered to speak even though I was the only one shopping and making a purchase from them.

Luke Adams: Dealing with Mo-Kan Carpet was the most bizarre experience I've ever had.We hired a heating/cooling/plumbing company to fix a few A/C and plumbing issues at our house. In the process of these repairs, the company tore a small hole in our kitchen floor. That company hired Mo-Kan Carpet to replace our kitchen floor. Mo-Kan installed our new flooring, but when my wife got home, she noticed that she was missing a pie bird (see attached picture). We looked everywhere and didn't want to assume the worst, but we called Mo-Kan and let them know we were missing it. We also told them that the two servicemen who installed the flooring didn't reinstall our oven properly (it was off the tracks and the drawer stuck our two inches), left glue smudges on our refrigerator, and they seemed to have pulled hard on one refrigerator door because it was wiggling and loose. They sent out one of the same two servicemen later that evening. When he arrived, he didn't say what he was doing and got down on the floor and began removing some things underneath our dishwasher. We asked him what he was doing and he said that the other guy with him used our pie bird and our bottle of honey (one thing we didn't notice that was missing yet) to stabilize the dishwasher when they removed it to install the floor. If you're reading this, please re-read what I just wrote — they took a $100 pie bird (a gift from me to my wife) from our countertop and stuck it underneath our dishwasher to support the dishwasher. He fixed the other things and left. He claimed the loose refrigerator handle wasn't their fault but I have a hard time believing that when he and his co-worker stuck two of our items below our dishwasher. When I spoke to the Mo-Kan Carpet, the lady I spoke to didn't seem to understand how ridiculous the situation was. She was dismissive and just said she would pass along my concern. I later learned that she was told another story about what happened to the pie bird. According to this story, the pie bird was accidentally knocked off the countertop into a tool bucket and then accidentally used it as a tool to put underneath the dishwasher. None of it makes sense.Later, my wife and I noticed that there was already a new tear in the new flooring. The previous flooring had no tears or scratches after five months of living (we've only been in the house for five months). We learned that our dog's toy bone was able to make a dent in the new flooring. We were told this flooring was going to be the same quality as the previous flooring, which is absolutely not the case.It seems like others have a great experience with Mo-Kan Carpet, and maybe I'm just the one horrible experience. But I recommend having someone watch over the installation to make sure the installers don't use your TV remote, spatula, or any other household item to help them do their job.One attached picture is the pie bird and the other is how they left our dishwasher.

Mr.Hampick is cited in Sir William Eaglton's book( who is an American dipolomat served in the near middle east region and one of the most knowledgealble western people on the topic of oriental rugs) the book citing and referencing Mr. Hampick is " An Introduction to Kurdish Rugs and Other Weavings" . Now; my family history roots in Aleppo goes to 700 years ago, they are rugs fanatics,owned and collected oriental and tribal rugs for hundered of years, at home I learnt so much abour rugs, types, standards used to evaluate them.. an so on.I walked the afternoon of Saturday 11/23 /2019 to this rugs Gallery ,with only two of our own collection ( which I know exactly the source, type, age, value of both of them) and I intended to test the gentleman,sKnowledge and level of expertise so I can feel comfortable to buy and spend money at his Gallery to expand our (my husband and I) own collection. I thought if he gives me the correct information about my rugs,I will definelty start buying. The gentleman turned out to be a horrible business man and a crook! He gave me the correct type of one of the rugs but not the other, total failure to estimate the age and value for both of the rugs ( he probably thought I am selling them), however when I corrected him on the age, he got furious and obnoxious and realized I have fair knowledge and I am not a random customer.I offered to buy right away similar or alike rugs to mine with the prices he was giving, he brought a terrible rug with 3 times the number of stiches per cm2 and with literary holes and terrible shape,and I told him you can not claim its the same , starting by stiches number then rug shape,condition,and age -- he literary started yelling at me and picked up my rugs rudly and disrespectfully and throw them in my face asking me to get out!!!Pathetic business man, realized that he is challenged and his level of expertise is poor and he is DISHONEST so he acted histrionically.One tip reveals how fake this trader is that only real rugs lovers and experts know it: a rug dealer will NEVER EVER step with his shoes on your rug specially if it is a praying size rug not area rug (not mentioning you are already telling them it is put on the lid of the piano). The real rug trader will ask you first if it is okay to walk with shoes on ur rug or you prefer them to be shoeless. This guy walked with shoes back and forth over my small rug that is praying size rug and we put it on top of the piano lid.I am so sorry - but this Gallery is not an honest business by any means. The lady there was nice though and felt very embarrased by her husband/boss.
