Rodney Sawyer: It took 10 days to get my car. Truck broke down. No communication. I had to call to find out what was going on. They never called me. I was the one calling to ask when they were going to come. I prefer to be updated instead of the other way.
Johnny Capre: They didn’t pick my car up until eight days after my requested pick-up date which was really disappointing because then I had to rent a car but it arrived ok.

James F. Washington: I needed to ship my car to Kansas City so I called several car shipping companies to get a quote and learn a bit about the shipping process. One of those companies was ampm. I spoke with mike he was so communicative and kind I had fair price so I booked my order with him. Shipping price was competitive just my only issue was that the car wasn’t picked up on 28th but I have delay in pickup for 2 days. So I’ve got my car in Kansas City 3 day late than I was expected. I wish they were able to provide specific dates for pickup and delivery.

Anonymous: Dangerous driver hauling roughly 10 vehicles driving East I-26 in NC in left lane where trucks over 6 axles are prohibited. He had to be going at least 80+ in a 55 mph zone weaving in and out of traffic. This guy is going to kill someone or cause a horrific accident if they don’t get him off the road. These are mountain roads with barriers on each side too. Crazy!

They were charged the same price.Five Guys taxi charged both of us $60 to take us to the same location.Total scam. Still waiting for a manager to answer my phone calls from or call me back before I talk to my banks to have the charges disputed.

William Hyde: Great customer service, ride was about 10 minutes early to give ample time to load luggage. Van was clean and roomy. Was able to sit back and enjoy the ride and not feel cramped or rushed.When traveling, I highly recommend using 5 guys to get you to/from your house to/from the airport/train station or wherever you may need to go. They'll even track your flight or train if you provide the information so on your return, if you get delayed, they'll know and adjust their schedule accordingly so you have transportation as soon as you get back.

Andy Neal: Shady billing practices. Check your payment confirmation email. Gratuity is already included without any option to do otherwise. Also at check-out my bill was $73, then they charged me $81. And when I cancelled another pickup, it took multiple phone calls and an email to get a refund. So be careful.
