Tony Petersen: I had them install a remote start on my vehicle. After a couple weeks, I noticed the hood safety switch wasn't installed. This is a standard safety item that comes with all remote start kits. When I called back to ask about it, they were wanting to charge me an additional $50 for something the should have installed the first time.

So last month when my leather got torn in my Lincoln, I was so glad to know that A&A Royal Auto Trim was still in business after all these years. How do they do it???? Natalie Jimenez: I took my Volvo Xc 90 for a headliner replacement and they did a good job not as good as I was imagining because they couldn’t replace the sunroof but that’s ok. I’m giving this business 3 starts because the don’t clean their messes after a job, I found glue everywhere in my car as well as leaves they should at least pay attention to those details if they want to be professional. I had to vacuum my car and spend time trying to take the glue off the seats and others areas.

Craig Cook: They fixed one of my heavy-duty large breed dog collars. Not only did they fix it immediately, but they fixed it for free. It only took 2 minutes of his time to do the stitching but felt it was still worth compensation. Since they wouldn't except payment I can only do the next best thing and give them this awesome review. They were friendly, welcoming and courteous along with having a very family feeling. They remembered me calling and asking about fixing my collar. Can't go wrong here! Super stoked to have found them and have someone to repair my dog collars.

Maybe there is not enough competition to think of customers first. Wish i had that luxury. I have to fight for all of my customers to make sure they are happy. At some point my time cost more than your repair.

jamesbnkc2: Was quoted a "minimum" hourly price due to the common practice in the service industry of " it really isn't worth my time so I'll have to charge you a full hour" mentality. To be fair that's common anymore in repair shops. I ended up taking my car to a competitor and they not only did the side that needed fixed but BOTH sides for a fraction of the price this place was going to charge me for just one.Like a third of the price cheaper and the other shop threw in the other side too at no extra cost! Because of the other shop's honesty and willingness to do the job for a fair price, I'm ordering my new top through them now. I'm giving only 3 stars cause I felt like this shoo didn't really care whether I did business there or not. Like maybe I was wasting their time, and the other shop made me feel the exact opposite. Hopefully this was just a one time deal and I caught them on a busy/bad day or something.

Juan A.: This is skilled trade work like any other and you’re going to pay highly for it, but if your piece is an antique or too costly to replace like this ancient forklift seat ($1200 for a new one), you’ll be glad you used these guys. They got this done faster than I could go back to pick it up. Just email them your project and they’ll give you a quote pretty quickly. Face it-you’re never going to refurbish your grandma’s old chair. Just pay these guys the money and be done with it. Their location is worth driving to from anywhere in the metro and I’m pleased to see that this little stretch of KCK is looking really clean cut these days. I noticed that they have some vehicles in the back, so if you’d like to save yourself some backache, looks to me like they could just pick it up for you. I’ll definitely go back for the next project.

AD Turner: Amazing experience this week at Coach Automotive! Somewhat hesitant, I purchased a leather seat replacement kit from Katzkin Automotive Leather with installation from their representatives in KS, Coach. Interacting with both retailers was easy and professional. The moment Coach received word of our order, they reached out and set an installation date. I was initially told it was an all-day job (which I was fine with!), but I happened to mention that I would be traveling from Manhattan and I was quickly told that an entire crew would be put on the job so that I could get home at a responsible time. I was in by 08:30 and done by 12:30 and the seats look amazing!!!!!On a side note, while I was waiting another customer had driven up from Wichita only to be told the wrong part was ordered. The Coach representative took her time to call someone somewhere to get the correct part ordered and the individual affected gas replacement money for their wasted trip to KC! Now that's customer service:).#loveournewseats!!!
Nicki Nicole: I really like this place. I needed to get a moonroof fixed for my mom that got stuck and it was actually misting flakes of snow that day. I had a something important to do but called around to several different places, including Top King (who said I had to make an apt, yea rite, with it about to snow?) Coach said to come on in, and thank god I did since ironically it was the closest to where I was...they got me fixed up in nothin flat!...very nice atmosphere and great customer service! Thanks Coach!

Margaret Smith: They replaced my headliner and its lumpy now. They also did not clean up the old headliner foam debris, from the mess they made. To add insult, they argued with me about a little grass on the driver's door mat, saying it looked like I probably had not cleaned up the old foam debris before I brought it in. But I had cleaned it entirely in the front, and still had a small amount in the back left due to the hanging headliner in back.I know it was only $430 to replace the headliner for a small 2 door Civic, but I thought this place sounded like they would do a quality job done.I'm getting my car repainted next week. I guess they thought it was not worth a good job because it needs repainted. I was calm, but am actually pretty frustrated. I really hope my new headliner does not fall down.Service:Upholstery repair

I came in May, 2022, and I needed my '92 Camaro's ENTIRE convertible top replaced. They had my car for literally 1 1/2 days, and it looked beyond recognition. I legit walked to high school passed their building in the early 2000s and always kept them in mind for my adult life. 100% worth the wait!
