Gerald Campos: Picked up my UPS package there. This store is a UPS access point.
ScroatBagGarage: Placed an online order which showed in stock at this store (not my usual home store). Upon arrival a few hours later was told it wasn't in stock. No worries, it happens (with computerized inventory it shouldn't, but did). Friendly store but the parking lot is filthy, trash everywhere and debris. Literally had to maneuver around a pinion snubber w/ stud in the middle of the lot. Cleanup outside would boost that rating.

James Jones: Fast charge service was pretty fast at 45 minutes....butThey couldn't tell me that because their unit read as if error error and then after a few minutes finally got a msg saying charge and try later.I was cool just went home for the expected time it will take for the fast charge if it charged when I return it took a minute to get a unstable battery code but I decided to take it by AutoZone because there was an AutoZone not too far down the roadFigured it couldn't hurt.Their reader said it was good battery and it was!!!UPDATE...Looking back on this today I feel I didn't get the credit where the credit should have been due cuz my battery was dead when I took it to Advance Auto and they did get it charged with a fast charge AutoZone just happened be the sign over next door in this particular instance.I can't actually say that I have returned that stored because this Advanced auto still generally where I go first

John Chun: I bought a headlamp from them, and the tech had looked my make and model up to make sure they had it, I got home to install it and it wasn't the right one..took it back the next day, and they refused to give me a refund, because the package was torn up and they said that they couldn't refund electrical parts, once open...I was upset but left without arguing about it...my roommate said that since they gave me the wrong bulb, she was sure that they had to refund my money. SO I went back again and pointed this out to the counter tech who originally sold me the bulb and the store manager said to refund my money. First time I have had any problems with Advance Auto...

jon: Car battery is dying, had a very small time window to get a new one tonight. Attempted an online pickup, website said the store open until 9 and gave a half hour estimate until it was ready. Got to the store only to find it locked up and dark with a sign saying they closed at 6pm. Even the customer service rep I chatted with to cancel the order was oblivious to this.

I ask them to check why me engine light came on . They look at each other to see who will do it, after they figure it out one of the guys hands me the scanner and says I have to do it myself. No customers in the store I guess we know why.

C Belton (Ghent96): Staff are very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Got a new battery at another location about 3 weeks ago. Got back from vacation for a week, and it was dead. Very dead. Took about 15 minutes to jumpstart & charge from another car, without the car dying after removing cables. This is the closest location to the KC airport. The staff here helped diagnose the battery, starter, and alternator. All were fine, thankfully.

Jason Logan: One of my wipers fell apart. I asked what could have caused it because it's never happened before with high quality Bosch blades. He told me running them with ice on the window. I already knew that but that's ok. So he told me which blades to buy and asked me to buy a warranty. I told him it was too easy for them to just say I had ice on my window and not allow me to get new ones under warranty. Ironic. Then I got home and figured he Sold me the wrong wiper blades! I had to drive back in the rain with a broken wiper to exchange them for the right ones. The young lady who reluctantly helped me was playing a game on her phone. I was standing there waiting in the other line and didn't see her at first. It seemed she may have been hiding behind merchandise at her register. Maybe she was doing quite well in the game I don't know.

The guy that helped me was super knowledgeable, and gave me direction as to what possible outcomes it could be.
