They are busy and when I first called to set up an appointment, the voicemail was full so I typed in my cell number and within an hour they called me back and set an appointment within a week. They are friendly and when I went to drop my car off, I was a little nervous looking at the location but they did a tremendous job. I can tell these are hardworking people and they take pride in their work and I love nothing more than to help in their business. First time getting my car detailed and I am not disappointed one bit. Seth Smith: These guys did a fantastic job! My 16 year old car looked terrible inside and out. They did a wet sand on the outside and the car became 'white' again. They also removed some old decals from the bumpers and can't tell they were ever there. The cloth interior and carpet was filthy and now looks new. The center armrest was in terrible shape and now looks new, not really sure how that was possible. Engine was steam cleaned and filth is gone. Aubree Dinsfriend: Huh. Based on other reviews, I feel like the owner regrets putting out the Groupon deal and it's maybe reflected in the service you get? He was indifferent, barely looked up from what he was doing at his desk. I called at 5:15 to confirm my car would be ready by 6 before we take off with three kids to go pick it up, get there, and it's another 30 minutes out. Steering wheel and dash feel grimy, seats are wet, and this morning had an awful mildew smell. Employees were nice and I appreciated that they washed the exterior as well, but we won't be back. If you're planning on buying the Groupon, I probably would go somewhere else.

Trish Holland: We purchased a Ford F150 for a decent price as the interior had never been cleaned-not even the windows- in 6 years. It was disgusting with dirt and stains from spills and general use as a utility vehicle. We weren’t sure if there was any hope for it short of replacing the seats. KC Detailing’s work was just short of a miracle! They did an amazing job of cleaning the seats and all interior surfaces. Walt S: KC Detail did Paint Protection Film (PPF) on the front clip (bumper, hood, & fenders). They did a couple of extras for me by adding PPF to door cups and door edges. Johnathan, his team, & their shop are all top notch! I'm very pleased with the price, quality, & will say that their communication and after care instructions have me set up to get the most out of the PPF they applied. Jaime Fizer: I got a cheap used car with low mileage and a single owner. The only catch was they had 2 dogs and never cleaned the car so there was a heavy buildup of dust, grime and a lot of dog hair. Stains were also present. This car was a level 3 cleaning job for sure. I came by for a free estimate just to see what timeframe to expect. Dropped the car off 2 days later and after less than 6 hrs I had a car that looked and smelled like I was driving it off the car lot. During the estimate, where I was quoted their normal $225 for interior deep cleaning, I was warned that if some of the stains on the upholstery needed multiple passes, then the price might go up but that didn't end up happening. Richard was honest, no nonsense and answered my questions easily. I had accidentally spilt white trim pant all over one side of my middle bench seat in my bronco sport. I had contacted the manager Marc before bringing my vehicle down and sent him photos. He was willing to have me come in so they could do a test area and see if they could help me. No promises were made, but if unable to help me they were not going to charge me. They texted me throughout the afternoon to let me know how things were going and when I could pick my car up. The pricing was very reasonable and they made a HUGE improvement on the leather seat, side door and carpet. The whole team was friendly and professional. Chris Lewman: We were very pleased with the detail. They even did the 3rd row without me asking, which was folded down since I have a cargo mat in the back. I appreciate the honesty in not recommending under the hood degreasing / power washing, so we did not have that done. Overall, very pleased with the detail. I do wish that I would have looked closer at the brake pedal as it seems like that was the only thing missed. But everything else made the car look brand new again. You can't beat their price and level of service.

Kathryn Bolton: I scheduled a detailing, cleaned out my car and removed two carseats, only to have them be a complete no show-- no phone call or email or anything, and I was never able to get in touch with them to follow up. Ironically, I did get an email a few days later asking how they did and suggesting I leave a review on Google. So here's that review-- don't use this company! Anyone who hates uninstalling and reinstalling carseats as much as I do will understand how frustrating of an experience this was.

The top of the truck wasn't even washed let alone waxed(watched security footage, he didn't touch the roof of the truck). The door frames of the truck were dirty. The cover on the truck bed had a white residue that looked like he sprayed it & didn't wipe it off. The bed of the truck wasn't even washed out. Paid for the clay bar, the truck barely looked like it was rinsed off. The guy spent at least 4 hours working , handed him a cash tip without checking his work. Was told they are running late and would be another hour before they would be able to arrive. I informed the receptionist I needed to be at work at 4:30pm. She said if he took any longer than an hour (2:30pm) she would let me know. He showed up at 2:45pm and started putting soap on my car (before even talking to me). I went outside and told him that I informed his receptionist I needed to be at work by a certain time. He said that would not work and wont be able to detail my car.Haven't gotten a phone call, apology, or even an attempt for a reschedule for them being almost 2 hours late. Bad business practice and lack of communication for their clients.
