Amber Olson: This place is a hidden gem! Apparently, they have been in business for 4 years, and I had no clue. I searched for burger joints near my boyfriend's house and decided to try this place out. At first, we were a little skeptical when we pulled up because even though the sign said "Open", we couldn't tell if anyone was actually in there. We decided to go find out and I am so glad we did! It's a quaint little place with about 5 tables for sitting, very clean and nice staff.I decided to go with the bacon cheddar hotdog while my boyfriend got the double state burger. We shared a side of fries and onion rings. Let's just say everything was delicious and we didn't leave much behind. The fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The onion rings had a nice crunch and great seasoning.The bacon cheddar hotdog was divine. They toasted the bun, which is very flavorful in of itself. Next, the hot dog was split in half, grilled and then topped with cheddar cheese and bacon crumbles. Normally I'm a purist when it comes to my hotdogs in the sense that I don't split them open and grill them. I no longer believe that as I will now split my hotdogs and crisp them on the skillet or grill. Not only was the hotdog nice and juicy, but the split hotdog also made it the perfect vehicle for keeping all the toppings in and reducing the likelihood of spilling the toppings everywhere.My boyfriend's double state burger had a toasted bun, fresh toppings and the perfect grilled burger patties with a nice crust. Aside from food we got, the menu was quite diverse for a burger joint. They also have chicken and fish sandwiches along with dessert options and a nice selection of beer and wine. It's definitely and understated joint but oh so good. The prices are fair for the fresh and delicious food you receive.I know for sure my boyfriend and I will be back!

Landon Fischer: My fiancée and I decided to try this place on 5/21/23. I wasn't too crazy about the drive-thru service, but it was starting to get busy, so I don't blame the workers entirely.They gave me the wrong burger, but it was still pretty good. It reminded me of a more expensive McDonald's burger. The sauce is ketchup based, or probably just ketchup, so I was kind of disappointed about that. The crust on the onion rings were falling off, and they were a bit too greasy, but the flavor was actually good.My fiancée wasn't too impressed with the food either.Overall, I rate a 3 for average food and average service. I won't be dying to come back.

D Crouch: The service and food was terrible, they use to be very very good always fresh and hot. The kid at the window asked me 3 times what I said and still didn't get the order correct. Got home called the "MANAGER" explained what happened all she could say they were ALL in training, told me to read the sign above the window that says check your order before leaving. REALLY!!! She would have to call the owners to give me credit for my order, took my number and never called back. I owned restaurants, my grease was strained everyday and changed at least once a week if not more depending on what you cooked. The fries tasted like old grease and onion rings. Sad use to be a great restaurant.

Extreme Entertainment: I loved this place, but the dining room has been closed for going on 4 years. Since Covid hit. Only the drive thru is open.;Traffic is awful to deal with. I can no longer go here. This is ridiculous. And lazy. There's no reason not to open your dining area other than you just don't want to have to clean up after people. Most of your patrons throw away our own trash. I live so far away that I cannot just use the drive thru. My food is cold by the time I get home. Open the dining room already!!!! Clayton Engle Jr: Excellent lamb gyro and absolutely loved the vibe. The guy working at the time was genuinely lovely. After we were finished, as we were leaving, he offered for us to take an order abandoned by a call-in no show. It was a philly cheesesteak that was eaten later that evening. They really need a liquor license if they want to have people come in to eat. In that area you really need to serve at least a few beers.

Not sure why because it was in a great location and again the food was delicious. All the burgers were cooked perfectly. The Lamb Gyro was delicious 😋 all the fries came out perfectly seasoned and warm and the philly cheesesteak was probably the best thing! Highly recommend this place and as a plus they have late hours for after a night of drinking which i thought was awesome!Look is for sure a hole in the wall and the decorations were basically non-existent but the staff were very pleasant, nice and accommodating.Parking: Street parking if there is a spot. I was so grateful to the young lady that allowed me to plug my phone in and to charge it to where I could call an Uber to pick me up. I also enjoyed a piece of carrot cake that was very delicious. I did not taste the signature sauce, but believe I did see it. The burger was, ok. I enjoyed the lettuce, tomato and onion. The fries and onion rings were enjoyable, but I thought the rings were pricey. Everyone seemed nice that I interacted with and the restroom was ok. The bun brand was a nice touch. Everything is served to go but there are some booths inside. I would say everything was worth the weight but it was not since the fries were saggy and unedible. Ben: Definitely avoid as they will nickel and dime you at every turn. Burger was already $10, nearly $6 for made-from-frozen tots. Bag was mostly empty and worker said “should be 21”. So yes, they actually count out how many tots to make sure they are ripping you off. 20 minute minimum wait. Oh, and they charge extra if you use a card.

Skye-Marie Charlton: As my husband and I was going to shake shack, after having dinner at the place, and shake shack didn't close till 10pm. My husband and I walk in, noticed they were cleaning lobby. Since it was 30 minutes before closing. Not a huge problem. Just wanted to order a shake and go home. But instead, an employee came out being rude and nasty to us, saying " I don't know how you are even in here, but you need to leave, we are closed". She ended up walking away as the manager came out. I told the manager, who was pregnant, that she needed to get her employees under control, and why would they come out being rude and nasty in the first place, when we just walked in. So then the manager immediately started retaliating and being hateful as well. Yelling in my face as she told me I must either be drunk or something might be wrong with me, if I couldn't read the sign on the door. But the sign on the door was a full page word document, that was very colorful, for my eyes to read. Instead of simply having the note say sorry we are closed.The manager even tried threatening the cops because I was on camera.Anyways, I'll never go to shake shack on the plaza again, not when both employees and manager were terrible in the customer service world.Maybe find a different job if you don't want to be in the service industry.NEVER AGAIN.

Julie Brown: Based on other recent reviews I’m going to assume we caught this place on an “off” day, which I understand does happen. The place was visibly dirty inside. Trash all over the floor, trash cans completely full, drink station very dirty (spills, trash, etc). None of the tables inside had been wiped down for new customers being seated. Just makes you think… if it’s this neglected where customers can see, what does the kitchen look like??Food was just ok, not what we’ve come to expect from Shake Shack. If this had been our first time eating at a SS, based on this experience, I don’t think we would have tried it again.Again, hopefully we caught them on a bad day and other customers get to experience the delicious burgers in a clean space!
