Now that crepe was DELICIOUS. Normally I don’t go for savory crepes but I’m glad I stepped out of my comfort zone to try this one. I ordered the cappuccino & a bottle of cranberry juice . My cappuccino wasn’t very good , it lacked flavor , tasted like hot milky water so I opted to try a frappe . The mocha frappe was good . The cranberry juice was just a small bottle of ocean spray which they charge too much for ( it was like 4 dollars) , I noticed that a lot of people just get water instead. They have a self serve water station with plastic cups so that’s nice . The location & outside patio is honestly the best part ! In. I recommend taking some time to review the menu online if you get overwhelmed by lots of options!There is air conditioned seating inside with a help-yourself water station. Outside, there are a number of small tables with umbrella. The side street isn’t too busy so you can still chat and hear the person you’re with.We ordered number 2. Tour Eiffel and number 26. Galette (Brie and buckwheat). The Tour Eiffel was delightful! The salmon and artichokes inside the light crepe with capers and herbed crème cheese on top was the perfect balance. So flavorful but not overly heavy. The Galette was OK. Not bad but nothing special. The eggs are placed on top the crepe and could have used a little more seasoning or herbs. The Brie and spinach inside had a nice flavor, although I would have preferred more spinach.Overall a fun first experience and I look forward being back to try more!

Charlie Brown: This place is one of my favorites for breakfast in KC. They have a wide variety of both sweet & safety crepe options & they're all done very well. The staff is always friendly & though they are quite busy on the weekends, they move things along quickly. I've never had a terribly long wait. Highly recommend if your in KC & you like crepes.

Shawn: Its highly recomended that you make reservations for parties of 3 or more ahead of time. They do accept walk ins, the bar is open seating and there are two tables and window seating available for parties of 4 or less.I sat at the bar and ordered a coffee, the brioche french toast and 2 eggs over medium. I had to ask for sugar a couple of times and water was never offered to me. It wasnt until i stared at an empty coffee glass and 2 nearly empty food plates that the bartender finally came back, he never checked in to see how my food was or asked me if I would like an additional coffee. He was polite and nice but not a 10 out of 10 for service. He was about a 7 out of 10 or 4 stars out of 5.The atmosphere was inviting there were sounds of the 80's playing overhead and it was so loud im not sure how anyone could hear over the other conversations within the bar without talking an extra octive louder. The acoustics in this place are not the greatest. Im sure based on its location though they rock to the night crowd. The decor was that of what you expext from a beer kitchen or brewery. Clean. Rustic and comfortable. The beer draft taps hanging from the ceiling were quite interesting. The natural light and lighting were a pleasant contrast. 8 out of 10, or 4 out of 5 stars.Now onto the food, what you came here for. I ordered a coffee. The brioche french toast, and 2 eggs over medium.The coffee was warm not hot, it wasnt burnt and tasted good. It was on the lighter side and tasted much like what you expect from a decaf. I rated this a 6.5 out of 10.The eggs were cooked right, seasoned with the right amount of salt and pepper, garnished with some parsley. A 8 out of 10.The brioche french toaste were quite equisate. They came 3 sliced cooked quite well. Topped off with salted pecans that slapped. Their were 2 slices of applewood smoked bacon on top and the syrup was a signature bourban syrup that was super unique and really brought the entire dish together. I give this a 10 out of 10.For dessert i ordered their baby donuts. They came in a brown bag with 2 dipping sauces. A fruit compote and a "cereal milk" anglaise.. both toppings complimented this home made donut hole feel and really went down smooth. There is quite enough to make this a shareable dessert or a fun appetizer to set off the taste buds. The second waitress stopped by our table constantly in between the main waitress taking care of us and often tried to help us with things we'd already been helped with.It was nice that they cared that much, it was just a little disruptive to the meal. Still a great restaurant.Parking: The other nearby stores take up a lot of the parking and the only bigger parking lot is exclusive to AAMCO and Pizza Shoppe.

Christopher Yoder: The wait staff was friendly but really inexperienced. We had the crab and shrimp dip and it was average. My wife had the Caesar salad and salmon sandwich. Salad was just terrible and the sandwich was a little above average. I had the sirloin sandwich and salad with ranch. My salad was really good and they had the house made ranch. The sandwich meat was great but they had way too much sauce on it when they should have had a lighter amount.Atmosphere was above average but it is not going to be a go to spot.
