Korea Kelly: Ordered 1 half order & 1 Full order Biscuit and Gravy, side of bacon and over easy eggs Togo and when I got it home to sit and enjoy. The biscuits were hard as a brick like crunchy croutons, the sausage gravy taste like they used pizza sausage it was Horrible! Your getting more than your money's worth with this restaurant and it is such a great quality. The pancakes, eggs, bacon cooked to order absolutely perfectly.Service was amazing never had an empty cup and our waitress was BOOKED. Every table was full and we had our food in 10-15 minutes and she was delightful even though she had to of been busy.Atmosphere is just what I want in a breakfast restaurant. American, not too fancy, not having to dress up, just like an American diner styled restaurant. Super kid friendly, it just exudes nostalgia from your childhood going in and eating here.Perfect experience why pay $20-30 per person and waiting forever when you can come here eat for 10-15 and get more than your money's worth on the plate! stephanie flanagan: We had a party of 7. It was an hour wait to be seated. That was expected because it was Father's Day. Once seated it went downhill from there. The server didn't introduce herself, and appeared to be annoyed. I myself was the last to arrive for our party, so when she came past the table we had to stop her so the the children could get refills on their drinks, and I could place my order. I ordered coffee, and the shrimp and grits. She finally brought the coffee. But not the kids refills. I asked for sugar. She brought back a few packs basically through them on the table, and told my Son he should request some simple syrup from the bar. She brought the kids refills and dripped lemonade all over the table, didn't grab the empty glasses. After 20 min. They brought out my son's French toast and under cooked sausage which he ordered well done. He only ate the edges. It took 10 minutes for my daughter to get her shrimp and grits. So the rest of us waited another 20 minutes before they brought out the rest of the food. Not once did our server come explain why. Nor did she ever offer more coffee. My coffee cup was filthy on the inside, so I didn't drink it. Then the adults stepped outside to smoke. All three children where still at the table along with our purses. But our server came running up to me about the bill being paid. I was explaining that my son was coming in to pay, but she instantly went to grab her manager. By this time my son was giving them his card. First of all that made us feel very uncomfortable and racially profiled. I left her a tip, only because I myself am a server. But she didn't deserve it, and I told her how she made us feel. Her response to me was. A lot of people run out on their bill. Smh the food was not bad, but the sevice was absolutely terrible.. My was here from out of town and we wanted a new experience. This was not a great experience at all. I would not recommend to anyone. My family and I won't be back. Not one black employee.. A not for people of color establishment.

L M: Service could use some work. I waited for 17mins to get my check to go. Which with a toddler is difficult. Especially when it’s clear that they weren’t busy. I was my servers only table. She was very kind and I still tipped her 25% but I would have appreciated being out the door sooner because I’m disabled and can’t always be out as long as I’d like to be.Great food and an amazing environment.

Isabel Reutzel: Went the day after a big chiefs and bengals game (unknowingly). The restaurant was extremely busy and full of hungover fans. Yet, the hostess got us seated quickly and while it did take our food awhile to come out the server got our order in quick and frequently updated us where it was in line which was greatly appreciated with the chaos that was simultaneously going on. When we got our order it was absolutely delicious! Had tried this chain years before in another state and remembered it and its greatness. Was worried growing so large so fast it wouldn't be as good anymore but was definitely not the case luckily. If you're in the area definitely try it out... but maybe try to not go after a game day :)
Tara Hall: Not only was this place creatively delicious... the people there.... wow! Every person that worked there was super cool, very hard working and friendly and all while being slammed! And i mean non stop slammed! I think being cool, hard working and friendly was a requirement to get hired there! It definitely tipped the scale for me looking for a new home base. I've definitely been wooed the most by Kansas City to move to... blown away, just blown away by the staff! They all deserve a raise! Oh yeah, the food 🤣 amazing! I got the breakfast tacos which were set off by the salsa the on the side! 💥 That with a nice latte, which i added a drop of my dandyblend and pure cacao, and i was ready for the day!
