Iris: This is the most wonderful shop here on the Plaza. Beautiful pieces, welcoming client advisors, and sometimes, a refreshing drink is offered! While looking at some of the negative reviews, most of them do not understand the store policy, or just plain being snobby. Seriously guys, come on!In the end, Tiffany and Co. will continue to earn my buisness!

Cheryl Bui: My husband and I, have long been customers of Tiffany & Co., maybe around 9-10 years now. Any jewelry we buy, whether it be for anniversarys, birthdays, or holiday gifts, is from here, including my engagement and our wedding rings.Customer service is always professional when we visit this place. Staff is friendly and helpful. However, I feel like the complimentary services like ring cleaning has changed and am quite disappointed with the time it takes to simply clean your ring. I am not sure exactly how busy this place is, but we dropped by on a Sunday to see if I could clean my ring as we were in the area running errands. We were told an hour...Before, we'd visit the Tiffany & Co. in Indianapolis and ring cleaning took as short as 10-15min. I can understand if such policies have changed since the time we purchased my ring or maybe it was because they were busy?! (Not many customers in store at the time requested) but I had hoped to get my ring clean without having to wait an hour. I also believe you get what you pay for and if we are going to invest several thousands, the service should be superb. We left disappointed as we didn't have the time to stick around.

The staff was courteous and got us setup with what we needed. There wasn't any pressure from anyone trying to sell, like you'll experience in some places. Next time I'm in the market for a special gift I'll be visiting this Tiffany & Co. store.

Be aware of their repair policy on missing diamonds or stones before purchase. Your memory of celebration and happiness will cost you more down the road, with questionable jewelry quality that they won't stand behind.

I spent a long time looking for a clip that fit and trying a bunch of different ones on. The employee present, Anna, was so sweet and professional! The customer service was unparalleled. Instead of being annoyed that I was taking my time to find a clip that could hold all of my hair securely (I hadn’t been able to find one after breaking several), she brought a clip out that was just recently stocked and told me the clip holds thick/long hair really snugly, and it’s the most secure one that she’s tried out so far. I tried it and it finally fit, and was so pretty! It was like Cinderella (but the accessory wasn’t so impractical as glass footwear lol). I will definitely be coming back any time I visit KC! The only thing I would change is the girl at the front of the store today did not greet or offer to help us, not good customer service at all.I also got two (beautiful) hair scarfs which should have been 2 for $32, but I realized after getting home I was charged $18 for each, very disappointed. Make sure to check your receipt, fabulous store though.

Nicholas Ward: Brought in two rolexs to get appraisal for sale. Not only did they lowball me at 3k for 2 watches worth 9k to 11k easy for both. He damaged one just inspecting it!! The guy took out a ancient tool to take off the back, which he doesnt need to do to authenticate it. He can just look under the bracelet. Only licensed rolex dealers can open them without voiding the warranty. He should know that as a jewler. I just think he never seen a rolex befor and wanted to play w my watch smh. Anyways. He started to unscrew it. I told him hey what ru doing? He continued and slipped and scratched the whole back. I told him to stop and he tried again then finally stopped when he decided he didn't know what he was doing. I didn't notice the scratch and called back later. . I wasn't asking for compensation. Just wanted to tell him what happened. He denied it told me I was wrong then hung up on me. They only sell cheap costume jewelry and do t know a thing about quality merchandise. Unless your shopping for a child I would not recommend this place based on experience and customer service. Both very poor. Worse than a pawn shop.

I took them a pair of Jared Levian Sunflower Sapphire, and diamond earrings that new were over $3k.Of course hey gave me a lowball offer of $200. What he doesn't know is that before he came back to the store (yeah i had to wait for him as well) is his employees told me it would be sub $1000.They also told me stories about pawn shops only offering $100-$200 for high-end jewelry and trying to low ball customers.Even his employees were apologizing to me for the price he gave me. When I first told him how much i paid for the earrings he got an attitude and said 'pass, pass' and as i mentioned above i paid over $3k for those stunning earrings that even his employees were complimenting.

If you need a place to find unique pieces or stones, they have a fantastic selection you won't find at a traditional/corporate store. This will always be my go-to place for all of my jewelry needs.

Well we arrived and for almost 15 mins my wife with baby in sling walked up and down the counter, while the lady behind the counter was eating and never gave my wife a thought. When she finally found the ring, she went to get her attention only to have a young man walk in and the lady walk right up to him and start asking questions about what he is after.The rest of the people there greeted us and spoke to me and my son as he explored so not all bad. We picked the diamond in store and shared inspiration pictures. They made a 3D mold based on the design, so I could confirm I liked the prototype before making the ring. Great customer service, and they make the rings in house, so we got to meet the individual who worked on our rings. Great experience!

Daniel Zamora: They suck. Work and quality could have been better. Took it there to fix a cracked silver cuff bracelet. I asked if they could solder the cracked area and they said they would have to add a bracket and blacken it. I received it later than expected, they didn't add the bracket, they just soldered the cracked edge, blackened it and still charged me for the bracket and reblackening work. Work looked rushed and not very well quality given it cracked again and broke after the second wear. It wasn't worth it.

Karaleisa Tapia: Absolutely the best store in KC for jewelry. I get my rings cleaned here about every two weeks, sometimes more just because I love the staff! The complimentary drinks are just a plus while you wait. It’s always clean, the service is quick, and the staff are always so nice. My favorite employee is the security guard! I come in so often that he knows me and asks why I haven’t been in if it’s been more than my usual. He is the absolutely sweetest and best part of coming in for me! Highly recommend!!
