Jonathan Folsom: definitely recommend this Northland business. the set-up crew was running behind. they called prior to our party to let us know they would be running late, but they were upgrading us to a bigger better bounce house/water slide combo. they showed up and had the inflatable going within a couple minutes. we turned on the hose and the kids had a blast! its never going to be perfect, but they came up with a quick solution and made it right. we'll be using them again

Christine Young: This place is the greatest for your party needs!! We rented tables/chairs and a moon bounce and had the best party ever! They accidentally brought a toddler moon bounce and set it up (I was in the shower prepping for the party). When I got out and saw how small it was I laughed so hard and called them to let them know about the mistake. They were back within the hour with the correct moon bounce! We had a great laugh!! Highly recommend and we will definitely come to Northland Party Rentals anytime we’re having a partay!!!
Cyndy Platt: We booked the Lion King bounce house well in advance of a party for 93, which included 20 kids. The bounce house never showed up and we have not received a call or an apology. We DO NOT recommend this business. They disappoint children.

Brent Huckabey: Stay away from this company. It is the most unprofessional service I have ever encountered. I should not have paid anything beyond the required deposit because they did not have anything setup before the contracted time (as promised on their website), show up on time per the contract, won’t call ahead of the agreed upon contract time if they are running late, nor will they return any phone calls (requested 3 times), once they arrive 1-1/2 hours past the agreed upon time will ask to use your tools and ladder to complete the setup. Oh and btw….you won’t get a refund or any callbacks apologizing. I was told 2 lies as to why they were late the day of my rental #1 the delivery driver was having truck problems #2 upon arrival - the driver told me the reason he was late was because it was his first day. Also, they did not pick up the rental per the agreed upon time of 5pm but instead left it in my yard for an additional 24 hours and killed my grass. Once they have your money that’s all they care about. Beyond that this so called “company” is a joke. Thanks for making my daughters bday a very irritating day.

The bounce house was delivered and set up ahead of schedule, and the staff tried a couple of different spots in my yard before finishing the setup. Easy online reservation and payments. My son's birthday party went great. We'll use Top Flight again.

The bounce house was affordable and easy!I was able to reserve the bounce house easily, then they set it up early and took it down in a timely manner. No action needed on my part for the party and it was great.

Allison McCleish: We won't be giving them our business again. We used them last year and they were so friendly and happy to do business and even waived the delivery fee since we were 26 miles away when their cap was 25 miles because it "wasn't a big deal." A few days before our event, we were told that the unit we selected had broke and that they could replace it with a different unit. It was something less desirable, but we were happy at least they had something available. Luckily, it was still something my kids enjoyed. They allowed us to even keep it overnight because it wasn't reserved the next day.Because of their great customer service, we thought we'd use them again this year. I called to book and was told I'd have to pay a delivery fee for being ONE MILE over their boundary. I even reminded the girl who gave me the discount last year that they waived it for me. She proceeded to pull up an invoice that was not mine and tried to tell me that I did in fact pay a delivery fee. I said that it was going to put us over our budget and that I'd have to look elsewhere. She proceeded to tell me that they're almost booked and just can't make an exception (their website says otherwise about availability). Then she wished me luck on finding something closer to me. I thought that was just very arrogant and disrespectful. I talked to other companies and I got nowhere near that kind of attitude. Very disappointing.

Instead of working to correct the issue, Top Flight acted like it was normal for a company not to have the product for which you paid money. A lot of these reviews mention great customer service, but this was not my experience. They will not return phone calls and have not refunded my money.The issue was eventually resolved by a different person. She was much more friendly - maybe this was the person everyone else was dealing with?

Becky Searcy: Everything was great! They worked with me! Pick up and return was fast and easy! Tables were really dirty and sticky with soda and ice cream. A Clorox or Lysol wipe could have been used prior to my pick up but I returned them clean and not sticky.

Learn from my mistake and AVOID THIS COMPANY.I reached out to Coba's Creations as they bought out Lee's Summit Slide Rentals. I gave Jacoba (Owner) clear written and verbal instruction that I would like to rent a bounce house from 5/19 - 5/21. We had a phone conversation arranging the dates and I paid the invoice weeks in advance.The day prior of my daughters birthday they texted me to confirm the drop off and pick up date for 5/21, which is the day AFTER my daughters birthday party. I called her immediately and she answered the phone at 1:14pm saying she will fix this and call me back ASAP. I simply received an email riddled with typos at 11:25pm and a cancelled invoice notification the day before my daughter's birthday party. I now get to scramble to find activities in lieu of the slip n slide bounce house.I appreciate the inconvenience, Coba's Creations. Hopefully some one else reads this review and can avoid the scenario they put me though.

Rakiya: I went with this place because I have used them for my sons party for two years prior. Normally drop off and pick up is very friendly & easy.It was a few boys the last few times This time I had a bigger order so a bunch of people came out. The attitudes of the teamWas terrible. First problem is I gave the total amount in cash to a young girl they came back oh this amount is short $20 which I knew wasn’t true just got the amount from a bank teller so I counted no not short. Handed it back she said we recounted this a few times already. Once counting again she apologized. Next , The way they set up the slides made no sense at all it was by the gate kids were having trouble getting on and off the slide and we could not see the kids from the patio area where adults were seated. Safety issue we had smaller kids. So we decided to flip the slide once they came back you can tell they had been working all day which they mentioned having to break down 3 other parties. Attitudes were terrible.They had an issue that we moved it we could hear them talking to each other. We had a dispute about one of the slides being too muddy at the bottom. Which makes no sense water and grass makes mud. She began telling us she was keeping half of deposit while doing so she allowed her daughter or whoever the younger girl was to yell at me and my party guest saying smart remarks. I have never dealt with a business, if I’m talking to the owner they let an employee be rude and disrespectful to a customer. It was unbelievable. I had no issue with paying the amount because at this point they needed it more than me I just wanted the issue to be over with so I could continue my party. I wouldn’t recommend them not worth your time or trouble unless you like getting insulted by smart mouth children.

Lee's Summit Slide Rentals came through and delivered the water slide about an hour after the rain stopped (Thank goodness!)...they were SUPER flexible and the communication was great. Quick to set up and showed up exactly the time they stated for pickup. The slide was clean and well maintained. I would absolutely use them again! Oh, and I didn't feel gouged on pricing!The kids LOVED it and it wore them out for close to 6 hours!!

Very smooth pick up and drop off, and handful of options to pay as well, not one of those places that are strictly cash. As for the products, the kids love them, never had an issue after at least 4 rentals. No tears, holes, or weak "blowers". And a variety. I highly recommend, and will continue using while we're here in KC.

Taylor Smith: We postponed our kids’ birthday party just so we could rent the 60’ obstacle course from here and I’m so glad we did!! The kids had a blast! We also rented the sno cone machine and cotton candy machine. Both were very easy to use. Pick up and drop off were smooth and she was even available to answer my questions while we were setting up!
