Community Blood Center: what do users think?
Brent Newkirk: I go every 8 weeks. Staff here is excellent! Very friendly and extremely professional!
Tad Hunter: I've been going to this branch for 30+ years through moves and remodeling. These folks have fantastic heart. I've been to many of the community blood centers in the city and never get quite the warm welcoming feeling I do at Gladstone.
Destiny Easton: Great experience! Helpful and caring staff. Taneshia was such a pleasure and knowledgeable.
Prasad L: I donated blood and was told to come back personally in few weeks to find out my blood type. When I went they told me it is not yet available in the system and come back in few weeks but at the same time encouraged me to donate blood again. When I call in few weeks agin they told me I have not given enough blood to find out my blood type and ask me to donate blood again to try and find out my blood type! Not sure what is going on! I just want to find out my blood type in case of emergency!
adam ameer: It takes 4 to 5 hours just for waiting your turn when there’s no only couple donors at the whole place , most of workers are trainers and they will stabbing your arm with needles no matter what!
Ryan Harris: Professionally and caring staff! Third time giving blood today and each time has been a positive experience.
Dawn Blusher: Rediculous experience!!! TIMY room to interview in and explained I have claustrophobia acute. Told me I must enter to y room size of tiny closet to answer questions. I openly told them I have acute claustrophobia and they refused my blood!!!!! Can you believe having a disability and being transparent about it and they refuse to let me give blood!!! Unbelievable.
Jim Rusconi: Awesome staff....
Brandy Sterling: Staff is always so nice! Everyone is knowledgeable and professional. I would go no where else to donate my platelets.
Charlie Bourgeois: First time at this location since it’s closer to my office. It’s run very well, I felt comfortable and relaxed. Staff was great and I even got a Royals shirt. I’ll be coming here more often as I think you should too.
Lee Webb: This donation center is awesome! The staff is very friendly every time I come in. Ashley is the best and by far my favorite! I could not ask for a better place to donate!
bruce dunlap: I have been donating at this location since 1998 when I was in college. The remodel is awesome and friendly staff everytime I have donated.
Gary Villanueva: Great staff of people. Friendly and always make me smile and laugh
Melanie Schuler: The staff is great. The remodel and expansion is beautiful.
Robin Beal: This is the best place to go to save a life! Staff here is the best you can get
Seth L. (Sethl): They are a wonderful and friendly staff, but I don’t like being called in, only to be turned away for being a sexually active gay man.I appreciate the cause, but seriously, if you are going to test the blood for STD’s already, don’t have a law that prevents gay men from donating just because they “are more susceptible to sexually transmitted diseases”.That is homophomic and wrong.I have nothing specific against the staff here specifically. They are all wonderful people, but just wanted to spread awareness that they will turn you away if you don’t lie.
Jim Olshefski: Staff, starting with Alicia, is GREAT!
Jean Dalrymple: Give blood, give life? And...nutter butters
Claire Perry: The people here are very nice and I've come to this location so much they know me by name, and I know them and we have fun
Josh Hyde: Friendly staff and a great place to get your Nutter Butter and apple juice fix.
Mike Maher: I've donated over 110 times here over the years. The staff are the main reason. I feel like family, and they make sure I am comfortable. Best donation center I have been to!

Community Blood Center: what do users think?
Cade Keenan: Great staff who appreciate donors.
Jared Scofield: Need to stop with the excessive calls
Shearl Scism: STOP CALLING ME! I don't know how you got my number!!!
Brittany Brown: These people will not stop calling me!!! I told them several times to stop calling me and then when they called when I was pregnant I told them I couldn't because I was pregnant. They asked me when I would be able to donate again!!!! I hung up. They are relentless! I get so many calls a week it is ridiculous! I don't even live in the area anymore!!!
Daniel Burch: Please go donate blood, just DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER! 1/2 debt collector and 1/2 crazy ex is what you're signing up for if you do. 5+ calls a week on top of multiple text messages and emails, some calls as late as 9PM. The passive aggressive guilt trip messages they leave are CRAZY! Do a good deed and they will PUNISH you for it!
Jordan Lee: Nearly 10 years after moving out of state they will not stop calling me on a weekly basis.
Tya Buie: Trisha is wonderful and got my small, deep veins on the first stick! Everyone was friendly and the setup was nice and easy.
J Liu: I made a double RBC donation on their new machine. Staff was wonderful, chair was comfortable and it took no time. Very easy, painless and I highly recommend this location.
Kayla Burns: From check in to donation, the folks here are extremely warm and welcoming! They make the process quick and easy, and everything is very clean and safe! Would highly recommend donating here!
Earin/Kc Dobson: Wow! Guys don't go here!!! They hire non phlebotomist with no license...
Sean Oppenheimer: Very rude donor staff, don't waste your time donating here.
Celeste: The ease of booking online. In and out in less than an hour. Extremely friendly people. Nutter butters. Why not donate? Accessible entrance. Restrooms semi-accessible. Hige, dedicated parking lot. Donate whole blood, double res, platelets, or plasma.
Anna Windham: Loved Mario
Sean J. Oppenheimer: Despite making an appointment, they said I couldn't donate platelets just because I have never donated before. Front desk staff were very rude to me, and I would highly suggest that anyone go to the American Red Cross instead.
Renee Williams: Great place2 work
okay' monaae: I called to set an appt to give blood. Guy said he had to transfer me to another department because they only do doctors orders. Transferred me and the next line didn't pick up, went straight to vm system but you couldn't leave a vm so I call back same guy answers and I explain to him that their voice messaging system is full. He said " yea, when he comes in he'll get back with you " how and he don't even know my information and this guy didn't bother taking it down
Deanna Thate: Not happy that I could not give blood because of my height which is 4 ft 9in.
NICOLE LEGRAIR: Not happy that i made an appointment and they still go on a first come first serve basis. I made an appointment because i dont have time to wait. But understand that there is a serious need for donors. This may affect my decision to continue being a donor.Update, although my wait was longer than anticipated. The care i received was good. I will plan to continue donating as its definitely worth the wait.
phillip Bustamante: Well you are there to give blood, so it's hard to say you can love that. But the people there are friendly and seem happy to be working there. Clean and friendly.
Eric Stitt: Come save a life by donating blood. Walk-ins welcomed. Staff are super friendly.
Joe: Great staff! Get treated well while doing good!

BioLife Plasma Services: what do users think?
jeff peterson: If I could give a ZERO STAR I would.. their facebook page is set up for scams and suspicious links and they are posting coupons from 2017 or farther back like seriously bio life in general is shady and I was gonna donate my plasma but not with those back to the future coupons and definitely not bio life
Lynnette Foulk: I came here for almost a year, one day I was turned away, was told a manager will contact me. after almost 2 months I received a certified letter stating that I had Hep C and that they made sure to report it to the state. I, immediately, called my Primary Care Doctor and got a same day appointment after explaining the news I just received. Naturally, I started blaming my partner. the next day my results were back and NO HEP C! So I asked to do a second test to be sure. She had me wait about a month and repeated the labs, AGAIN NO HEP C. Now due to BIOLIFE PLASMA SERVICE FALSLY REPORTING test results that are inaccurate. Not only can i NEVER donate plasma again (ANYWHERE) but I cannot donate blood or be an organ donor (I am a HUGE advocate for). ALL because of BIOLIFE. I tried to take my records and request a second test through them to show that their results were WRONG and they turned me away and advised the state to keep me on the list of persons with an STD/Disease that causes many issues, to keep me from donating. They claim it to be policy for the state, I have yet to find this information and AGAIN Biolife was of NO HELP when I asked for that. They are a joke.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO A DIFFERENT PLASMA CENTER!!
Melanie Sloan: The entire staff was friendly and professional. They provided a calm and clean environment that lends to a good level of comfort
Allie Z: I’ve been donating plasma here for about a year now and overall my experience has been fairly positive. Most of the workers are professional and nice to talk to. Lines can be long, however, I’ve learned to come during hours of the day where it isn’t as busy and I am able to be seen immediately. Whenever there is a slip up on their end (which in my case has been very few and far between) they have always done their best to make things right. They can be difficult to reach over the phone at times but management is incredibly helpful in person! I would absolutely recommend this location.
Thomas Geoffry: Great staff, clean facility
Evan Frazer: Well this place is very professional, it has great customer service, also is very clean. Employees are very nice which is very important to me. Positive vibes all the way. Today was my 3 time donating. It went great. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.
Randall Espeland: In the past went twice a week but last few times been ignored after issues. Decided go back and give another try made appointment arrived and found out machine said I needed physical try get answers and once again stood their waiting no assistance. WENT BACK TO WORK.
D H: Understaffed and donors are over scheduled. 2 stars instead of 1 bc of how friendly the staff is.***Update****Since this original review the over scheduled donors issue has been resolved it seems
Kelly Paulson: Can’t schedule an appointment. Website is blank and no one answers the phone. Guess they don’t really need/want donors.
Kody Willnauer: Edit: new updateStaff is great and times have improved a lot since my original posts. I only come when promos are good because of distance. Moved back to this location from Lenexa because their hours were difficult.Great improvement!Original review:This plasma center can be hit ormiss with timing. Sometimes it’s two people in line waiting and in and out in an hour. And then it’s days like this with 20 in line with another 10 waiting after intake for a donation with one staff member doing intake. Not the fault of any staff member here but holy cow for as much as I bet plasma sells for staffing levels (and I assume pay) can make this all work for everyone a lot easier.I should say again the staff here are helpful and professional.
Lisa M: Just bad went to donate sat in the donation chair for 40 minutes before I got stuck vital line was fast an then when I got stuck my arm started to bleed and I was told it was nothing they could do soo I had to donate with blood going down my arm because they don’t clean up blood and then they made fun of me in front of me for asking for help just unprofessional no stars if you ask me about this location
Jdyn: DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Long wait times 20-30 min extra even though you were on time to appointments. Employee that was rudely walking back and forth staring at me from the time I was in line to being finished with my donation (long blonde straight hair) very much RUDE. Not to mention not ever being fully compensated the day of. If I gave you my coupon, ALL funds should be in account the day of donation!
Watts: DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Read the reviews, they DO NOT COMPENSATE! They lie about coupons and purposefully never answer the phone! Lord forbid something terribly medically wrong happens in the hands of those unprofessional people or they steal money from you like they did me you will not have anyone to contact! I’ve left voicemails and called SEVERAL times and they won’t even acknowledge the phone ringing or it’s just off the hook more than likely. Again save yourself the time and giving anything to these people. They are not honest people. You will never get in on time either 20-30 min extra just to get examined.
Jessica Douglas-Trombino: I was a regular donor on and off for years. Recently they took too much plasma, a mistake from one of the phlebotomist. I left and went home and felt awful. I felt like I was going to pass out every time I would move, eventually that passed after a couple of hours. I called them the next morning to ask if something had changed. I was told they were just talking about it because of some report they had. I am now told that the only way for me to come back is to take forms to a doctor (a visit that I have to pay for) and the manager offered no empathy, no compensation. A mistake their staff made, the only way they will accept me back is if I take MORE of my time and money for the DR visit to get cleared to come back. Very disappointed.
Garrett Cotten: Unbelievably Unprofessional!I called many times and no one answered. (-.-)So the next day I drove in and they told me I have to sign up online. (-.-)I leave, download the app, make an appointment for another day and come back. They tell me to wait in the waiting room, but I can't find it. The sign outside said "Supervised Play". I thought that was a kids area. (-.-)An hour later they get me on the computer to answer questions. The computer touch screen wouldn't work, and locked me out. (-.-)They tell me the nurse will have to input the questions manually during the physical.During the physical the nurse said "I'm not putting in that many questions, you'll have to come back another day." (-.-)The level of unprofessionalism of this place is eye opening. I haven't gone back yet, because if they are this bad at simply getting me on a donation floor, God knows what it will be like getting stuck with a needle from them....
Ryan Lozano: I feel uneasy going to a place that doesn't appear to have very professional help... I'm a new would-be donor and upon entry I was asked to sit in the waiting room - but couldn't find it and the employee pointed at a hallway without even looking when I asked her where it was.Come to find out she meant the room labeled "supervised play." Not an obvious label for a single white male to enter as a waiting room.... Another employee came and asked me for some information then asked when my appointment was - I didn't have one as I just walked in. She said I have to make an appointment online after making a profile. No walk-ins allowed. It would have been nice to know that before driving here - but 3 phone calls I made over 45 went unanswered so I didn't know I needed to do that. I guess that should have been my hint to not use this business! If there's this poor work ethic and communication, I can only imagine a poor level of care when entering your vein with a needle.
Stewart Melton: Much more pleasant experience than CSL, but they'll scam you out of your new donor compensation by claiming you have elevated protein levels and taking 2 weeks to get test results back without extending the promotional period. Very shady.
Grant Schmidt: Went in to donate and was told I need to see the nurse waited for over an hour to find out it was just to get a water bottle. Walked out expecting to donate but they had closed down there systems (closing) and could not let me donate after I waited over an hour. Also they gave me a coupon for additional $$ and did not apply it to my next donation when I went to use it. I would recommend you find another place to donate plasma
Emily Martin: Discrimination and demeaning attitudes are found here.
ryan brown: Wanted to know everyone of my tattoos and placement which is more important than my O+ blood type and plasma.
FAROOQ games: i went yesterday with my friend and they kicked me out because the lady said only one person can stay and started yelling across the room. today my friend came again and he heard her tell a man "can you even speak english" when he was speaking english fluently just because he looked hispanic. the 2 guys in the front are cool but the lady in the back is very disrespectful and unprofessional

Octapharma Plasma: what do users think?
Ambitious Diamond: Great
Mark Socha: I got the black guy with the bun on his head to test. Every time hes less than pleasant, picky, borderline combatative. Today, as twice before, I made a mistake answering a question on the app. Rather than fix it, as one person has done before, he sends me to the kiosk, which already had two people using it, and the rest were inexplicably shut down. I've used it one other time, it takes about 20 minutes. Then the People already there, itd take them 20.minutes, so I just left. This guy seems to take pleasure at inconveniencing others, hes picky with finger placement, pricking, just an unpleasant person, luckily I dont run across him often. My name is Mark Socha, I was there 6.16.23 at 4 pm.
michele williams: I like the staff they're very friendly and helpful especially Rara Rara it's always clean smell good and feel good in there
Jaron Ray: A Great Place In wonderful worker here Love These Guys So Much
Tidy Dillard: Very nice and polite keep up the good work
Travis BOWMAN: Good experience but I think that the nurse who poked me was doing overtime. Because she had me wait longer after I was done. More than any other donation combined
Matthew Mccarty: Very fast donation process
Keena Marshall: Great Employee’s! Safe and Quick work.Octapharma could pay more for donations inflation today makes it not worth the time
Deon Smith: they’re a good team made it quick and easy for me
Wanda Bigler: I love this center but staffing is a struggle bus in the morning.
Shane A: Think they need more staff and they would be awesome.
Sakeithia Sheppard: I was so upset so I came in thinking I was getting a certain amount because the app had a larger amount I left with a smaller amount then I was told I can’t go off the app
might Guy: This place is a death trap my 3rd time here and something always happens first time my "vain" was to small but I been donating for years second time my arm bruised completely to the point it looks like I was in a bad accident! And made me couldn't donate for 3 whole weeks. And now as we speak my 3rd the machine acting weird but it's because what I ate. Every time something happens there's excuse. Come at your own risk. I feel like eventually somebody's going to get hurt here.
Melissa Browne: It's always a good thing to have different options when it comes to donating life-saving plasma.
victoria hopkins: Clean and very friendly service.
Kayce Long: Speedy but precise and caring
Jason Smith: Great place to go. Pay is much better
Dray Moss: Fast. pays great. In and out. Great staff.
Kris Bever: Great place to donate 👍
Patricia James: They need more staff. Sometimes they can't open at 7am because they have nobody there
Rikiya Terrell: It's an ok experience but the new donor fees are way less than they were for the first time I went four years ago..it's gotten worse

CSL Plasma: what do users think?
Hailey Cox: This goes for both locations, CSL in general.. I was randomly told I am permanently deferred from donating, reason being I “lied about my address” when I most definitely did not lie about my address. I was told there was nobody to contact about this decision. I find it absolutely laughable. I have been donating for years. I recently decided to come back to start donating again and boom, I was told I was deferred so I can’t donate. I never liked to donate at CSL anyways. They don’t practice safe and sanitary needle sticks anywho. I watched a lady grab someone’s trash off the ground and then continue to try to stick me, I asked her to please get new gloves she got an attitude and someone else took care of me after that. It’s just ridiculous. Go to Biolife. They pay more anyways !PS. Upon walking in at first, they did not greet me nor did they stop talking and making fun of someone together before they just LOOKED at me to see what I needed. Rude customer service. Before I could find out why I was deferred, the lady that was at the desk at first had went to her car for a smoke break so I had to wait for another staff to help me anywho.Thank God I was deferred for no reason, no telling what diseases you might get from these places, disgusting and don’t care about people whatsoever !
Quincy Jones: This place is very slow all the workers are standing around talking and stuff been sitting in the chair for over a hour now and still haven’t been stuck yet please somebody get back with me Manager please
Edwin Jackson: I came in for a counseling after I called multiple times this week and it was confirmed that I needed one to donate for today when I got there I was told that I couldn't donate until the deferral time was over by management so I tried to replace my card and ask more about my deferral and when I asked if I could talk to the management that gave me my deferral in the first place I was met with a no and then painted the fee like I was in an abusive demeaning character in front of a room for people and when I tried to defend myself saying you don't have to expect that I'm such a hospital person as I was agreeing with her to protect her employees and saying okay she has security kicked me out of the building without saying the word to me or even resolving my other issue which I came before before I even spoke to her and telling me that like I had to leave the building and the staff wanted me out of the building when I was just trying to defend my own character. I would leave the manager's name but she wasn't wearing uniform refer to herself as manager and didn't have a name tag
Bunnii Boles: It is nooooo secret the workers here are ruuuuuuuuuuuude slow and half the time don't know what they are doing if u don't like ur job please go somewhere else instead of being irritated while y'all are putting needles in our arms
darius ganjani: Here's another update. I am currently at the plasma center donating blood. Whoever stuck my arm originally did such a poor job that my vain is completely bruised and inflamed, they had to stop the drawing mid way and did not return the blood into my body. I now have to wait 56 days to donate blood again.Oh boy what an interesting visit to the blood center today. This review has a special shout out to Margaret the nurse. For those who don't want to read the whole thing, she referred to my people, iranians, as camels....Today was an initial visit for me bc I haven't donated blood in over 2 years, nor have I been to a blood plasma center since. They had me see the nurse Margaret for general screening. Right away is like chaos. Right away im ineligible to donate blood. When I calmly ask why, she says thats what it said on the computer. I asked why... she said on my visit on 4/2/23, they marked a restriction. Weird I haven't been in a doctors office since I donated blood last. And I just moved to kc 4/1/23. She begins to insist that this is important and there needs to be an investigation, there will be now...We have this very uncomfortable back and forth where I plead thats a mistake, but she insisted it wasn't. If I've had a restriction then why have I donated blood more than a dozen times...It reached the point where I said I would like to not be harassed about this bc it was a mistake. Thats when things decided to speed up...She has me leave her office, but the workers in the ciosk said that she needed to do something else.We start wrapping up the general screening, after having my ear talked off for about 30 min. And somehow we reached a point where she asked me what my race/ethnicity was. Nurses are not allowed to ask these questions unless they relate to a medical situation. I told her I was iranian, she then referred to my people as camels. She then went on to say that she's worked with iranians before.Unfortunately working with brown people isn't enough evidence to determine that you are not racist. What she said was discriminatory and inappropriate, and as a fellow public health work, I am very disappointed. You should be fired.
Sierra Janae: Miliana (don’t know if I spelled that right) was amazing!!! She was very gentle with me. Understood that I am not the biggest fan of needles. Give this wonderful young women a raise!!! Thank you beautiful!
Rob Schuler: Slowest location out of all of them takes like 20 minutes just do a health screening and it's like they aren't even doing anything in the back on the floor been in line for an hour and a half in the same placeIndependence Ave is never this slow
Brandon Price: Friendly staff has to put up with a lot. Better experience and pay here than other plasma spots in the area.
Empress Johnson: The Staff is very professional and efficient friendly and knowledgeable from the time I walked in the door Staff greeted me and helped me with a smile and Positive attitude all the way to the donor floor I would recommend this center to anyone one and I love the upgrade to this location! Good job and thank you CSL 🏾
Talisha Lewis: Luv it
Joseph Mabrey: Trash. Have fun waiting in line for two hours
John i Summers: The techs I have received are sooooo attractive. If I'm going to have to sit there and donate Id much rather have these beautiful young ladies with witty and courteous comments than the rude old cows the other plasma huts in town have. Real talk.
H Hurd: Plasma saves life so a lil wait is well worth it.
wilson .mason: Their new ACM is wonderful and very helpful
Chase Dempsey: Worst place ever staff just stand around and talk it took me 1 and half hours just to see the nurse never will I go back to this one
Lisa Marie Moser: Unprofessional people rude people sit in talk talk like for your freaking job.... Not coming independence one better...I hope they see this i am suing you guys you will here back shortly from my lawyer I hated how you treated me you guys are not safe to be sticker by, and I have all the messages I sent to my friend about being hurt and dizzy y'all didn't try to communicate to the nurse...
Vera Lenley: Mel works so hard and is educated in her job! Always prefer her when I come. She always makes the process easier.
T.woods: Fix the heat !!!
Michelle Paz: Trash service! Super rude had me waiting 2 hrs to not even donate
Chris Rivers: Love this place very friendly staff and the managers are awesome!!!
David Tilford: In and out

Octapharma Plasma: what do users think?
Robert Frike: I have now been in five times trying to still get my second blood drawn because they don’t know how to hit a vein. They also do not change rubber gloves in between patients which is totally disgusting. I guess they don’t know how blood-borne pathogens work. This facility needs a lot of education and management.
Heaven Tiger: Worst experience ever I won’t be back
Clyde Whitney: Always kind and look out for me. Making sure I understand what’s going on. Very knowledgeable & answer All questions
Garrett Cotten: They base their reward on how often you can go. If you miss a few times the reward quickly drops and then it's not worth going.
Kimberly Scholz: Clean and efficient
Greg Murphy: Friendly, gentle staff
dan martin: Lowest paying location around, always opening up late which means I have to miss a donation and then I fall down even lower on the pay scale
Jessica Hercules: The staff is awesome and really nice and they take there time. Thanks octapharma Plasma on North oak trafficway
Andy Chamberlin: A decent way to make extra money, especially if you are a new donor. The only complaint I have are the phlebotomists. They are hit and miss at best. On three occasions I have had a severe hematoma because of the phlebotomist’s inability to stick well. I have large veins in my arms and have never had an issue donating blood or plasma in the past. I always come well hydrated and my numbers are always good. On one occasion, the phlebotomist did not stick me accurately and the needle actually slipped out. Luckily it was at the end of my session and my skin began to bubble up as my arm filled with saline at the injection site under the skin. I had to alert the staff as no one was checking on me. I was told it must have been my fault and I must have moved. I know that this is an art form, but there should be more training and more supervision of new staff to help improve quality.
Sean Debelak: Professional
THOMAS SKIVER: Very courteous very responsive and professional they get you in and out faster than any other donation facility I've ever been too I highly recommend octapharma
Joseph Taylor: Severly understaffed, and the staff they do have is standing around and socializing instead of working the front line. There are 4 people in line and no employees at the desk. They are in the office BSing. Slowest employees in the kc northland at a blood clinic. This place has really gone down in the last 6 months. Hard to call it professional, feels more like hacks.
Roland Johnson: Always clean the employees are always friendly
Kev O: The worst staff i have ever seen except the nice manager all the staff pay little attention to donors they are too busy having conversation about what they are doin after work or discussing their daily lives then taken care of donors i spend over 2.5 hrs everytime I went there. They don't have buisness talkn and making donors wait to be helped so they can talk about themselves to other employees. Then deferred me due to a small red dot at the site refused to stick other arm after giving me a hematoma very unsanitary improper use of ppe. Touching ones face with gloves on then come put a needle in my arm. They don't switch gloves in between screenings very bad place to donate.
Scott Matthews: Nice place with good people. Feels more friendly than other centers where you feel like a number.
Zack Bayless: Some of the staff is cool but they're lowering the amount you get paid with donations so there's that...
So Nonchalant: So I really like this center and the donation process. But I wish that they were a little more staffed in the mornings. Sometimes they only have 1 persons up front to check donors in and only one person in the bay to stick donors so it makes the wait time for those other people longer if there can only be 6 people at a time on the floor. But if there is only 1 person up front and a new donor comes in, then either new donor has to wait awhile to he assisted or the returning donors have to wait for them to assist the new donor. I have been to other donation places so I am just comparing the differences. But other than that the staff are always friendly, and it is always clear in there.
Callieglenn123: Says you're open at 7 am and don't answer the phone....hmm not happy
R Be: This place is awesome ! The whole staff is . Cool calm chill setting . Drama free . Comfortable . :) unlike independence 😂
Bryan Rojas: Staff is lazy & not too bight
Sheyll Punneo: Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I enjoy donating here !!!

BioLife Plasma Services: what do users think?
Victor Urtiz: would give 0 stars if I could. The employees here specifically the nurse was so rude. Ended up spending over an hour there answering the questionnaire etc just for me to see the nurse and tell me I can’t donate because I sniffled. It was ridiculous…. Not to mention the room that they had everyone at for waiting had multiple reports of a gas smell and the manager there I believe it was said don’t worry we will fix it later.Horrible place. Go somewhere else and don’t waist your time.
Alexis Lily: Place is ridiculous with their rules. I have went there off and on for years and was told at my renewal physical that I can never donate again since I didn't report my back out leg tattoos which is just a p and a n in separate areas on my leg very little. Forgot about them and she automatically said I can never donate again in my life. And was very rude and snotty about it.
Cara Thzzz: The nurse had a horrible attitude... I had a little cough so they proceeded to stick me with an epi pen and call 911... it was very well organized but when it came to me telling them why I was coughing it was embarrassing and over the top
Jdyn: Manager and staff are very rude and definitely a lot more inexperienced than other locations.
Watts: Manager and employees are rude…
Mya The Star: very nice staff couldn’t donate because heart rate was too high but gave me a coupon and set me up an appointment for tomorrow and im a new donator i recommended for anybody who wants to become a donor to come
Albert Bass: I've been donating at other places and now it comes that can't donate for almost a year now said protein to low I've ate protein bars ate chicken peanut butter for over a week and its low can't figure it out think there is a person in there that has problems with colored people really think that cause seen white guys protein to high they get sent home and told to come in next day me African American get it sent to a lab and it's always low when I know it shouldn't be
Dan Torsch: Most visits are chill and quick. But occasionally I get stuck with the “Training Supervisor”. The last time she told me not to be concerned if her eyes close, because she was up all night. This last visit I had her at finger stick and she was text fighting with her husband and was filling me in on all the details of their fight. Including quotes of names he called her. I had no desire to listen to her, but had no choice. As a “Training Supervisor” I’d say she is a horrible example.
Bethany Wainscott: Most professional plasma center. Best staff with the best pokers 😊
Adam Tucker: Horrible treatment of a potential first time donor here, “nurse” set up to do physical was a very rude older lady. Lectured me about needing to eat “an hour or so before coming in”, this was never mentioned to me or sent out in the four emails and three messages you sent after I signed up online, and you just wasted my time. I’ll be going to another donation center
Audra Pelham: Great to help others!
Chavela Stokes: Visiting from out of town. Donation process very smooth and in and out in about 70 minutes. Very friendly staff. Clean facility.
Kyleigh Milford: Absolutely terrible service to donors. Attempted multiple times to donate, each time being stopped to meet a different stipulation: has to be a year after a hospital visit, release letter from psychiatrist, etc. Finally, I go through the Physical w/ Donation process (about an hour extra to the donation process for the first donation) for the THIRD time, and at the very end the doctor tells me “Everything with the physical and medical release is great, but I can’t let you donate today because of your sniffles.” Livid, as I could not even blow my nose because there was literally no drainage or sniffling happening, I went to set up my next appointment. At least I made it through the physical finally and next time as long as I’m well I will finally get to donate, right? Wrong. They wanted me to sit through a FOURTH physical before being able to donate. I am beyond done with this business and will check out CSL instead. I have nothing kind to say about a single employee there that I interacted with.
Megan Smith: Everyone is always friendly and they get you in and out as quick as they can
Debra Foster: Friendly clean professional quick
Stacy Williams: My problem is I've donated free without any problems, if certain conditions or meds disqualify you this should have been posted up front on a site so I wouldn't have even tried not after wasting 2 hours of my time and your money not doing a face to face before using employees time and your supplies
Keith H (me): I'll never use them again, now because a phlebotomy person didn't listen to what I said I have to provide paperwork from 3 years ago that they knew about then
Steven Wilson: Zero stars if I could! After donating for 5+ years I was permanently deferred for not knowing the exact date of a tattoo I got that had already faded off! Clearly has been there for years! If you don’t want people to donate with you don’t email them 3x a week!
Terry Clark: The customer-facing personnel are great; polite, professional and they are appreciative of your time. The nurses, other than the initial visit, seem to look for reasons to decline your visit. 1 cough and I was told to come back when "that" cleared-up (a dry throat?). Another time, I wasn't able to get my return fluids, it was a poor stick, they attempted to adjust the needle several times ... it happens (no biggie). I had to go over to the nurse's area to drink a Gatorade and, while there, I was read the riot act about eating and drinking properly before my appointment, like this was something I caused. There are just 2 examples, there are more.I have been making Apheresis donations since the mid-90s, long before they paid you. I've donated because I feel it is a small way I can help others. This is still my, and many others, primary reason for donating. The fact that they now pay for the plasma is a minimal consideration. The nursing staff should be reminded who the customer is, and to be appreciative in their attitude and management of that resource. A depleted resource will close a business. Sadly, I quit giving for 3 months after the "dry throat" incident, but that only defeated my own objective, to help others. I am giving again with the hopes that there are no further incidents.
Tim Skinner: Spent 2 and half hours there on first visit only to receive $20 bucks not even worth it
Kareem Waters: Drove 45 mins from home for $20 total rip off people don't do it
