Michael Kelsay: Friendly hard working folks here. Service may get a little slow when busy but worth waiting. Lady on the phone who took my order was very clear and helpful. Great food! Wings, bone-in, bone-out, okra, fries all amazing. Desert was okay. Apple pie and peach cobbler need vanilla ice cream with them. We will be back and regret not trying sooner.
Olena Dabney: First time customers and I will say they whole experience was very good. The customer service was excellent very friendly owner. The food was so good we got the wing special and let me tell you honey the wings was 🔥. We tasted some desserts and the greens all very good. I was picking up an order for DoorDash here and the lady up front completely ignored me after she one: showed a man’s food and bagged a man’s food (which should have checked the food after cooking it) then answered the phone that was on hold for 3 min (when she was bagging she put them on hold) and was on the phone for a good 5 min. This is while the person food that I was picking up the DoorDash was wide open on the hot plate while others was closed. There was another lady their that I asked for help but said the other lady can help me when she was not doing anything(I was watching her the whole time while I was standing there)

There’s a nice variety to their menu so I’m curious to try something new next time. Plus the owners are super friendly and want to make sure your food is cooked just to your liking 👍🏽

Goldie Bailey: This owner/manager does not know the importance that repeat business comes from treating the customer that you value them. The cashier at the front appears to be incompetent and lacks people skills. I overhead him state that I apologized but she still wants a refund as if I was wrong to request my money back for poor quality food. This establishment decided that they would not give me a refund for an order that I did not request. The food was very poor quality and I would not recommend this restaurant due to poor customer service and poor quality food. The cole slaw was swimming in watery mayo and the chicken nuggets I did not order were tough as nails. There are way too many nearby chicken eateries near and far that I would suggest than to waste your time and money with Wing Busters. Warning do not spend your money here because if you don't get what you requested or the food is not to your standards there will be no refund. Whatever the confusion was with the online ordering process I did not get what I wanted and the female decison maker took it as a threat because I was dissatified with the food. I respectfully told her that I want my money back and she refused to accept the food back with a refund. I have never ever had a restaurant deny me of a refund because of my dissatisfaction. It was my first and last time to ever return.

Marnita Benford: Came to Kansas City for the first time and came across Wing Busters. So glad I did because the food and the customer service was amazing. Instead of ordering wings I ordered fish and it was delicious. The next time I am in Kansas City I will most definitely be stopping at Wing Busters.
Cindy Lou: Two stars because during one of my orders when I was a door dasher, the managers attitude was nasty. He gave me a free soda since I had to wait so long but he cuts people off while they’re talking, he is rude to his employees and had the nerve to tell me he needed people and wanted me to apply to one of his locations. I went along for the sake of small talk but after seeing how he interacts with his employees? I’m good .

Amber Dodson: We came to Kansas city for a concert and my husband loves wings so we goggled best wings in KC and this place came up as one of the options. We decided to try it out and we are so glad we did. We tried 4 different flavors of wings and loved them all. Not to mention the fries and okra were amazing. We can't say enough good things about this place. The owner Charles was the nicest guy you could talk to and his customer service was amazing. Our only complaint is we can't give it 5 more stars. We will definitely be going back and recommending everyone we know to stop by. Trust me you want to try this place out.

Julie Scherer: We have been attending this bar for close to 8 years and our beer order has recently changed to a pitcher for $12 and that is fine but tonight we were charged $3.23 on a pitcher in tax. Never been a tax on my pitchers just 50 cents to use credit or debit card. I am sorry but every bar that I have been to had a flat price on drinks with no tax. This is the second time this has happened. This was my go to bar but now I'm rethinking it.

Bob Anthony: Excellent food even better service. Our server Katy was very welcoming and helpful. Easy to find right off of Blue Ridge and 66th street in Raytown. It was not too crowded on this sunny Saturday afternoon that made it easy to park near the door. We were not too hungry and decided to try some appetizers, Little burgers and an order of Crab Rangoon was very tasty and quite filling. We went there for the pool tables but really enjoyed the atmosphere and food. I'm an sure we will return to this sleeper in Raytown. Update. I've been coming here regularly since we first discovered it. We like the casual atmosphere and the comfort food.

The kindness of the staff to the quality of the food; it was incredible. I got this for a dear friend who was in KU Med so I wanted something that would stay hot. It stayed hot and still tasted fresh after the trip there. Lukas V: DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I used to consider Wings Cafe the best spot in town for wings, but over the last year I've gotten increasingly annoyed. I could look past the Honey BBQ sauce being removed, but I can't even call these wings anymore. They're more like chicken nuggets. $13 for these tiny 10 "wings." And they don't even taste that good. The amount in the picture used to be the equivalent of 4-6 wings!Will probably be the last time I order from Wings Cafe. I have no patience left for companies nowadays and their ridiculous prices for their ridiculous lesser portions.

S J: I’ve been to this place plenty of times over the years. Pre pandemic a 6 price wing meal was$ 12. Chicken wings were huge and worth the money. During the pandemic this same no drink meal was $18 . I stopped going. Because If your going to change me $18 for the same meal the was previously $12 then it’s not with it. I went for the first time in over a year this week. My order wasn’t ready upon pickup but once I got home less then five min away it was slightly warm. The wings were super small and over cooked so they may have been a previous order just warmed up. How can fresh wings that wasn’t done on time be barely warm. They did reduce the price down to $15 still no drink but still not worth it.
Roberto Aguila: Did they get new ownership!?!?!? Wings Cafe has gone downhill fast! An order of 8 boneless plus a side used to be $8 something and were nice sized wings. Now they are small, hard, and more expensive ($13). Make it make sense 😤. It’s not giving what it once gave.

Cee Cee W: I like the fish but I do have 2 complaints1. There needs to be a separate carry out line or station for pickup. I prepaid for my order online and still had to wait 10-15 min in line behind people ordering to talk to the cashier which doesn’t make sense.2. Paid for extra house tarter and did not receive it. If you will not honor it then you should remove it as an option on your online menu.

I make sure to resauce the drums frequently, especially on walls/carpets/apolstery. These are the extended version of great wings. Scottie Rich: I have eaten here twice. First time I would have gave 4-5 stars. This was nothing like last time. Wings were just barely warm!!! Last time they were scorching hot. Out of deep fryer they should be. They came out really quick and Luke warm at best. Also they were dry not juicy. I feel they served me left over wings not picked up or something. They even beat The legendary KC PeanutWe also had the Game Day Burger. A good solid burger. They upped their game. Fairly certain it was a fresh hand formed patty, with toasted bun and served with fresh sliced red onion, romain lettuce, tomato and higher end pickles.
