Od P: I am writing this for my mom, who doesn’t want to pursue any legal action unless she requires surgery. I am fuming because she is a first generation immigrant who has lived in America for decades, and the treatment she has received is NOT okay for any single person to have received. She is also on blood thinners and anytime she bleeds, it is SCARY and life threatening.Earlier today, she went to Lowe’s. She was near the floor trim aisle. There are TWO layers, so the photos I’m sending isn’t justice. She was not touching these floor trims, but even if she was, they should not be falling so easily on customers. She was shopping around, and the floor trim fell on her foot, and she screamed because it hurt so badly. A floor associate asked what was happening, my mom explained what happened and then asked to speak to a manager. The associate then left and for several minutes my mom waited for no one to come to her. She then asked another associate and they TOLD her to go to the front desk to speak to a manager when she is in pain. She then painfully went to the front desk and the manager REFUSED to write an accident report, and told her she shouldn’t wear sandals. No apology or anything. She is a customer…..there are no rules for customers that state you must wear closed toed shoes.I am frustrated because this is a corporate store and no claim is being filed. This is NOT okay and we will never be shopping here again. Please, go to Home Depot.

Nightlistic: The Kansas City Lowes Delivery Service are dishonest, lairs, and deceitful. I was to have a dyer delivered today only to be left a message claiming they showed up at my house when they didn't. I called and was told that the time frame they gave me which was 5-9pm was a mistake, and they can't deliver past 8pm. I waited all day for them to show up. Now they tell me I have to wait another 7 days for my delivery because they lied about coming to my house. The worst customer service I've experienced in forty years. My recommendation is go to another place to buy something that doesn't use lying deceitful delivery services. I have reported them to the BBB of Greater Kansas City, and KCTV5. I've also filed a formal complaint with Corp. Lowes. I don't expect any results but if it helps hold them accountable it was worth a try.
FatKat MOTO: Update. 5/31/23This Memorial Day sales I seen Home Depot has a propane 3 burner for $99. Then I seen academy sports different brand for $99. I thought, let's check out Lowe's because that's where I go!.. yet no sale. Disappointed. Iv been also wanting patio furniture and seen home Depot had a bench for $40. Lowe's has one for $140.. maybe I should start going to home Depot 😕____________I prefer Lowe's over Home Depot. Sure they don't have Milwaukee tools. But I'm not a fan boy. So that's ok.. Also easier to get a credit card here then Home Depot. 🤷

Evan Mitchell: Tell your associates to stop bypassing the email receipt option when checking out. Several of them try to hit the bypass option as fast as they can. E-receipts are much easier to categorize over pictures of a receipt.

The Linwood Location has Super Friendly, Helpful, Professional, Welcoming Staff members.I have been as far as 154th in Olathe and ALL the other Stores act as though Certain People of a Melanin Complexion have some sort of time limit as to how long they can be in the store. They act as if People of a Melanin Complexion are not Allowed to Browse. They want you In and Immediately Out. I see in the reviews at other Locations customers of a NON Melanin complexion saying they could not find help on the floors. This is because there will LITERALLY be 5-6 employees, in a Row, following the People of a Melanin Complexion around Asking a Million times if THEY need help when THEY aren't even Asking or even Looking as if they desire assistance. It's like security sees the Melanin Complexion people on camera and Instantly put staff on THEM, Way in Corner Aisle 44. Hmmmmmmm !!

Stephanie Bonnie: Interesting showroom for Kohler. They use different products to showcase and there are some items on sale but I would say this is more for higher end products and showcase new products and styles. Great place for decorative ideas.
Kaye Smith: Alisha Carter was a delight with whom to work! We ordered a lot from your store after pricing the same items on-line, big box stores, etc. I was surprised that a showroom would be cheaper, but every item was less than I could get elsewhere, and I checked.The only caveat is a 25% restocking fee, which Alisha was clear in explaining. I only ordered when I was sure.I liked the advice on how it would look and function, and the various options. She was able to knowledgeably order all the pieces for the shower assembly/sprayer, as well as the sink faucet and other accessories, all delivered to the house within a few days.I found Alisha responsive, efficient, well-trained and very pleasant. Ask for her.

Sky Rhoney: I’d like to respond to the review from Tyler, owner of Pro Guard Home Improvements. I’m the customer he was referring to in his review and though some items were back ordered, he had all the valves needed to start the project within a week. There WAS a slight delay due to Covid but the actual fixtures weren’t even needed for more than 60 days because they couldn’t be installed until after the tile and countertops were finished.Tyler and his team were given diagrams with pictures and dimensions for every fixtures for each individual bathroom and additional installation instructions came with each piece. Unfortunately they didn’t bother to read them because when it came time to install the fixtures they found out theyinstalled all the shower valves incorrectly so the walls behind all 3 showers had to be cut out to reinstall them. What’s worse is the tub was installed too far from the floor mounted tub filler so they had to cut out part of the new heated tile floor as well as the living room ceiling below to move the tub filler. Tyler or his workers stole or threw out several of our Kohler fixtures, one was a shower wand that we had to reorder and there were 4 towel bars 3 robe hooks and a toilet paper holder which will end up costing us over $500 to replace.I would trust very little that Tyler from Pro Guard Home Improvements has to say. Not only did our 3 month project take 6 months to complete, after we moved in and found all the problems, we called Tyler to come back and fix the multiple issues (no insulation replaced above the bathrooms, heated floors not working, cracked tiles, wires cut to the electrical outlets, bad patch in the living room ceiling, etc.) but he says he’s no longer in business.As for Kohler, we have several more bathrooms that we plan to do partial remodels on and we’re so happy with the quality of the Kohler fixtures, tile, our sales rep Beth and Kohler customer service that we’ll definitely be returning to them for future projects.Here are a few pictures showing Tyler‘s shoddy workmanship and also how beautiful our Kohler showers turned out.
Pro Guard Home Improvement: Our rep has been very hands on but the overall kohler performance has resulted in our high end customers finished project being delayed well over a month now. Everything shipped is individual from sink faucets, shower valves, finishes, handles, and things never show up together. It's been an absolute disaster for us who are on a schedule. Do not rely on their ship dates or product availability for your customers and do not start your projects until you receive them because you never know when that may be. Our project with Kohler has not been pleasant at all.

I had a few moments to wander around "dreaming" and the ladies gave me the grand tour without ant pressure to make purchase that day. I loved the styles, concepts and variety. You can look at new builds, remodels and magazines to get ideas, but this store blows them all away. I can't stop thinking about the mirrored vanity doors with hidden shelves and electrical outlets that disappear the clutter. Well done.

Heather Safety First: Bought some treated plywood and needed it cut. Took almost 45 minutes for two cuts. Went to the other end of the store for sealer. I saw 3 couples, each couple had one in an orange blazer and one not. All were involved in each other (even PDA) and not customer service. I paid my bill and left............I went back to another sheet of plywood. The youngster tried to take a shortcut cutting the wood and pushed so hard the breaker tripped. Each time he shoved on the plywood, the sheet raised up. The cut was jagged. He got another sheet of plywood, started cutting and 'pop' goes the breaker. This time he started the cut from the end and ran the same line. That ended up with an angle on the cut. It was obvious he didn't care about wasting $100 worth of wood. Saddened.... We left.

He went above & beyond to see that our delivery & installation were completed . He explained what he was doing as he went along & double checked the installation to see there would be no more glitches. I went back inside the store to customer service and asked Sunny if I could speak to a manager. She paged a manager, but no one ever came. She said the manager is in the back. Keep in mind blood is running down my leg. It’s absolutely unacceptable the lack of attention and maintenance this store has. The manager and corporation should be embarrassed. I’m in my 30’s. I can’t help but think of older people or senior citizens that have already experienced or will experience what I encountered this morning. The pain is awful.

Caezar L: There is a lady in painting that she took a peak at the sticker of paint that I was trying to reorder and she memorized the whole number and even while talking with another customer, she entered the numbers to get the paint I needed, at one point I thought this is impossible she will come back to look at it again but she didn't. I had to acknowledge that and let her know how good she is.

Wanted some for DYI project.▪︎They have nice selection of flowers around the doors upfront.▪︎Checked out a few plants in garden area. They were pretty pricey. I was looking at pots with multiple plants in them.▪︎Then was heading for the door to get out the front of store. A customer has to go all the way to self check area to get out. That is long way for a handicap person.▪︎They do have several handicap parking spots out from of the store, which is a nice change for alot if stores.

jim hughson: Went to Home Depot this morning to buy two sets of blinds. They didn't have my exact sizes when I encountered employee "Kevin". He was obviously busy but upon seeing me asked if I needed help. This young man exceeded my expectations of the usual careless employees I often encounter when shopping other stores. He cut my blinds to size and showed me how to install them to which I had no idea.The management needs to know "Kevin" is an excellent employee and is a step above most others. Extend my sincere "Thanks" to him and know that I will shop this store again.Customer JamesHughson Returned 2 days later and was assisted by store employee Daymon who assisted me in the same professional manner. This store asli has an excellent assistant manager who is genuinely friendly. I will return again

Mark Morash: It's Lowes, the people are nice, but it seems like they're running light on staff.
Patricia Jekyll: Well kept plants, wide selection, great deal on my huge basil and parsley plant.
J F: There is no tap-to-pay, one cannot pay from your phone. On top of that, self-checkout is usually the only option.Last time I was in there the associate in charge of the self-checkout took apart all of the bins I was buying. There was a large amount. She claimed it was because people stack things in between the bins for theft. Either put me in charge of my own checkout and trust me, or don't. Don't hold me up and assume I'm stealing.Speaking of self checkout, that poor person. Most of the time we're there, there's problems with the machines and they have to check out the customer anyway. They look exhausted.I don't know who runs the plant department that plants are always half dead. Partial sun plants and full sun plants are placed side by side. So are the shade plants, such as hostas. My only guess is they hope volume will push plants out before it becomes a problem90% of the associates inside are great though. Always friendly and helpful. Not their fault the store hasn't been given a technology upgrade in the last 10 years they're very apparently (to customers) scheduled thin.The store is clean and laid out nicely, but checking out is difficult and once you find someone you help (which can take a hot minute), they're helpful.
Sahida: We went there for an impact wrench. Showed the gentleman the one we were long for and he searched for a while to find it, but couldn’t. Then we found another one and noticed that the display did not match the one in the box. The gentleman tried hard to find us the exact one, but they don’t have it anymore even though they had the display. The gentleman then went and got the manager to see if he can sell us the display. I wish I got his name, he was patient and very helpful.This one star is for the manager. He was very rude from the beginning and kept showing attitude. Instead of him apologizing to us for displaying the wrong item, he got mad at us and kept cutting us off when trying to ask him questions. He then finally found the first one we were looking for. We asked if he could show it to us since this one was not on display. He slammed the package down on the counter and tried to open it. We could not take his rudeness anymore so we left. The staff there are nicer and more patient than the actual manager. To the gentleman that tried to helps us at the beginning, thank you.

Matthew Westra: Generally, I really like Lowe's, but today's visit was a disappointment looking for lumber and they had 2x4s with prices marked, but on the shelf below were the 2x6 boards with no price listed, for any of the lengths. Staff was also relocating attacks of boards and closing off sections with no attempt to assist customers before closing off a section.Sorry for 3 stars, they usually get 5 from me.

Then he came put stood my packet things, waiting for an employee to come unlock it.▪︎Mind you we are parking in the fire lane, waiting. Waited 10 minutes then my husband walked back in, cashier paged someone. He comes out waited another 15 minutes, then has to go back it.▪︎It should never take 35 minutes to get some to come out and unlock the cabinet.Where is the store manager, aren't they paying attention to what comes over the sound system. When they are paging someone.▪︎Mind you my husband is handicap, it spring time (warm day). He should have never had to stand around waiting that long (he didn't want to sit in the car, he wanted to make sure Lowe's employee could sees him). There is no bench, for customers out side. I am handicap, I am sitting in our vehicle.

A Quintin Smith: It's a big box home improvement store, much like many others. Not very well staffed. There's never anyone to help you when you need it but they always have the inventory I need when I'm in this area.
Alex Hilliard: Would be better if Josie in garden could do her job properly I've had 2 incidents with her she can't look up an item properly on the 1st visit a week ago and made me go all the way to the back of the garden department to take a photo of the bar code of the item because she couldn't be bothered to look it up in the book under the desk this week she tried to over charge me for a product that was 3 for 10 and I had 6 total and she tried to charge me full price for each one.
