__: We have not actually win one of these Segways but we have talked to the owners and we see their tours all over around the Nelson Art Gallery Kansas City Art Institute in Westport locations and they appear from talking to them to be very knowledgeable about the area and everyone always seems to be laughing and having a good time my dog certainly likes chasing them and they are good humidor

Randolph Santa Cruz: Could not unlock bike. The frequently asked questions page was basically useless. The simple instructions on the bike assume either you didn't have problems unlocking and you never rode a bike. Called customer service and she informed they're in Texas. I asked her to cancel the transaction. Totally ruined my day didn't attempt another so I wouldn't lose more money!
Sierra Crisamore: I was charged twice once for the $7 24 hour fee and then again the next day for $6. I emailed MULTIPLE times. Will not be using again
Eva Steinman: Great way to enjoy the trolley track trail! Rent a bike and pedal on down to Brookside or the Plaza from here and then just store it at one of the rental stations there instead of worrying about it.

Patty Legenza: Best bike shop and bikes. The owner, Dan, and all his employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very patient and helpful with all my questions. Located right on the Trolley Trail in Brookside/Waldo. If you’re looking at buying an eBike, I highly recommend that you check them out. They also rent bikes.

My wife and I rented bikes, having never ridden one before, and it was so easy. The staff gave us a quick and thorough tutorial and we were off and going. Will definitely do it again!

Ken Gates: Today I test rode the Pedego Comfort Cruiser and the Element at Dan's shop in Waldo. Both bikes were super fun! If I purchase, which will happen at some point, I would probably get a commuter style. That's more logical for how I ride.

I came in to buy accessories for my bike, and Dan was so patient with me, and even took the time to attach my new basket on my bicycle (non Pedego bike, just a regular bicycle.) I even decided while waiting for my basket attachment to rent an electric bike for a day while my friend is in town next weekend. Overall a great experience, and highly recommended!
