CISCO: I gave Jessica Coleman $215 cash last for a 05 f250 charge air cooler and called Friday of last week to see if it was in they said no. Now I lost my receipt and somebody told me that nobody has bought that item recently have left a message to Jessica and have called multiple times today and Just get the runaround. Also my phone number is on file. Pretty sketchy. ;)
Ty Bechtel: This is a callout for Thomas!I have purchased a few items over the years from Midway. This time it was a lift gate for my Honda Pilot. Thomas was an absolute rockstar and an example of "how to" be a customer advocate. He researched options that would work or could be modified by me to work.In the end he had brought in a couple for me to choose from and they were color matched to my pilot. I picked one that was in the best condition, but made me do a bit more work (rewiring the harnesses). It was well worth the work. Attaching a pic of the end result. It's in better condition than before I smashed into a tree.On my next trip...Thomas, I will be calling you!

I had to wait over 20mins for them to acknowledge me because the three people working behind the desk were too busy talking about what they were doing for lunch I was the only customer there at that time. The gentleman that helped me priced me a used seat switch for $75.00 and I explained to him that a brand new one only cost $25.00. his response was I don't make the prices. He didn't even try to relook it up to make sure it was the right part that I was asking for. This is the second time I have been there and both times they were very rude. Bought a rear end last time and took them over an hour to get it to me and it was already pulled.

Eric Willard: I bought a Ford Explorer door here and when I arrived it hadn’t been pulled yet because I didn’t officially reserve it the day before. Some dum dum damaged it in the yard and Merlin really helped me out. He gave me a fair deal and would make an exception if it turned out getting the damage fixed turned out to be a headache. Would go here again.

Derek “CrashWipe” Vaughan: I have been in the automotive parts industry for quite some time now and have bought many parts, new and used, from many various vendors. With my experience, I have always been more impressed by the customer service provided by Midway and particularly Anthony Rodriguez. He shoots it to us straight and keeps us updated on our orders if any issues should arise. Not always the best price when you account for car part but almost always beats out LKQ and I know I'm being taken care of. Staff really does care about the business to business relationship and really works to satisfy the consumer, in my opinion. Have never had any issues in regards to warranty either.Edit- Anthony is still the man if you want taken care of.

joe wilson: They charge you for a 1 year warranty on everything unless you tell them not to but it's not posted anywhere so you don't know till after the fact and they won't refund you because it's policy I bought tail lights I thought I was going there to save money not get hustled out of it
ScroatBagGarage: Hadn't been here in years (since before the fire), staff was friendly but the yard could use some serious gravel. Several days after light rain, this place was a mud pit and several lagoons that made rows completely inaccessible. Plenty newer model selection but accessing them unless you wanted to wade through quite a bit of mud and water was out of the question. The posted price list seemed a little higher than the value of a pre-owned part.

Guys loaded the rear end I purchased onto my trailer and I was on my way. They also gave me a 90 day warranty vs the 30 days printed on their receipt and they marked it as such.All in all a smooth transaction.

Everyone is usually very easy to talk to and straight to the point. Im not here to get anyone in trouble but maybe some employee training would be helpful. I visited today after calling and finding out the same model I had was currently in the yard. Very sweet lady even told me the row number. I show up and verify car is in the yard. I asked how much a muffler was after first viewing the car and going to retrieve my tools. I said for my model car what is the price for a muffler. Guy explained 29.99 as long as its not full exhaust. Awesome so the muffler is 29.99 for that model? Yes he said. I went and pulled all my parts and was excited to pull this muffler that I made sure to quote before pulling it. I show up to the front and put all my parts on counter and guy rings me up. More then triple what I was quoted. I asked why did he change what he told me. He said since it has a Y in the pipe its much more. Even though I asked you 2 different times and confirmed for my model. Guy says yes. LOLThe same thing happened to a differential less then a week prior. Dont believe what they tell you price wise. They will Change price. I hate leaving a bad review with a much as Ive been through here but something needs to change. This place has no integrity from my experience.

Like even if I don't technically need anything for my car and I'm bored at home and have nothing to do or anywhere to go, I'll go and just look around in all the different cars just to see if there's something that I can't live without that'd go good in my car or even in my apartment somehow lol it's also a neat place for a not so fancy date, cuz that's something my boyfriend and me used to do
Tommy Bowman: Very trashy place and trying to find a part is very very hard because half the car is here I've been picked apart and are just trash anyway I don't understand why they want so much for these parts when half these parts can be bought new for about five more dollars anyways we needed a headrest for 96 explorer so we went in there a headrest was 65 bucks I mean come on $65 for a trashy old headrest and you can get them online for 30 so that's what we did I'm not paying you no 65

Gerald Campos: Picked up my UPS package there. This store is a UPS access point.
ScroatBagGarage: Placed an online order which showed in stock at this store (not my usual home store). Upon arrival a few hours later was told it wasn't in stock. No worries, it happens (with computerized inventory it shouldn't, but did). Friendly store but the parking lot is filthy, trash everywhere and debris. Literally had to maneuver around a pinion snubber w/ stud in the middle of the lot. Cleanup outside would boost that rating.

James Jones: Fast charge service was pretty fast at 45 minutes....butThey couldn't tell me that because their unit read as if error error and then after a few minutes finally got a msg saying charge and try later.I was cool just went home for the expected time it will take for the fast charge if it charged when I return it took a minute to get a unstable battery code but I decided to take it by AutoZone because there was an AutoZone not too far down the roadFigured it couldn't hurt.Their reader said it was good battery and it was!!!UPDATE...Looking back on this today I feel I didn't get the credit where the credit should have been due cuz my battery was dead when I took it to Advance Auto and they did get it charged with a fast charge AutoZone just happened be the sign over next door in this particular instance.I can't actually say that I have returned that stored because this Advanced auto still generally where I go first
