Suzanne Kirchhoff: I moved into a home that was built in 1952. It still had the original bathtub in the guest bathroom. There were scratches in the tub that appeared to be from washing a dog in it. The tile surrounding the tub was in good shape but I didn’t like the color, so I decided to have both the tub and the tile glazed. It took two days but the end result is beautiful. Very clean and shiny and looks great. The installer was very professional and cleaned up after himself thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this company for any porcelain glazing work.

We found Shawn to be extremely honest and helpful and overall construction and renovation was timely. There were many moments of communication failure in the process, however, that were frustrating including miscommunication about cabinet color, paint color, how far to patch the floor. We had another instance where we needed to move a wall to make space for our fridge and the wall was not moved quite enough, leading to a few more weeks of work and patching to a wall that had already been moved. In the end, we recognize that projects are not perfect, however polishing up some communication issues on their end would have saved us some frustration and them the headache of having to find workers to correct mistakes.

They were incredible, collaborative partners - total professionals who brought a level of excellence to the project that turned our fixer-upper house into our dream home. For anyone with an older home looking to do multiple projects at once, we can confidently attest that the RM team can manage it - our project took about 7 months, spanned across all 4 levels of our 100 year old home (project included kitchen, bathrooms, layout reframing, new HVAC, electrical upgrade, basement waterproofing & finishing, and exterior adjustments to windows/doors + all the finishing touches) and they managed over a dozen sub-contractors over the course of the project. Nathan Textor: We did an add-on to our house and worked with Remodel Moore. We couldn't have been more pleased with the work they did. Their proposal process is not free but it is extremely detailed and documented the scope and costs for the project. There were no change orders during the project and they met the schedule they set forth at the beginning of the work. They communicate well, keep their workers and subcontractors moving and were always up-front with issues that come up and their solutions to these problems. I don't think the project could've gone any better!

Doris Mendel: We took our kitchen and hearth-room down to the studs. I interviewed 8 contractors before choosing Remodel Moore. Though we had to wait to get on the schedule, it was worth it. My kitchen is perfect. Gorgeous and functions beautifully. I took advantage of their referral for design services with Orion and the process could not have gone smoother. They were responsive and Coach and our entire team did an amazing job. A remodel in a space you are occupying can be a nightmare. But we were on schedule and on budget with as minimal a disruption as possible. This is not our first remodel, and the difference in professionalism and responsiveness between this experience and the last were worlds apart. I would happily recommend Remodel Moore to friends and family (and i have.) If you can't get in immediately hold on, it is definitely worth the wait. Ken Martin: I typically don't leave poor reviews. But I feel this time it is warranted. I initially reached out via email, which nobody ever responded to. I then called, and they said they would call back. It took some time, but we were able to schedule an initial meeting. Which, I should note, was scheduled, then changed by them. They were clear that they were busy, and our project would not start for a couple of months. We were OK with that. Initial meeting went well, and a visit was scheduled. They then changed the date, and we agreed to the change. A few days later, I needed to change the time, and left an email to that effect. No reply. The day before the scheduled appointment, I left another email making certain that they were not going to show up the next morning. I received a rather curt email saying they were trying to reschedule. After hearing nothing, I was nonplussed, but let it go. However, it has now been two weeks and they have completely ghosted me. No correspondence whatsoever. Given that they are partially project managers, scheduling appointments and communication with clients feels like a necessity. Given the positive reviews, I wish they would simply have communicated with us. We weren't in a rush.

They weren't the highest bidders, but they weren’t the cheapest -- we figured we would pay about a 3% premium over the average bid. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and finished the work on time and actually under budget. It couldn't have worked out better and we'd recommend them to anyone.

Tom Selba: Scovell Wolfe is amazing! They added a laundry room to the second floor of my 112 year old house brilliantly! It was a challenging job, but they were careful and meticulous. The carpentry work was outstanding and they only work with what I believe are the best electricians and plumbers in town. I hired another highly rated contractor for a smaller job just prior to this one and was horribly disappointed- SW &A to the rescue! I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

Colleen Henderson: Kleweno was fantastic! We had some challenges with supply chain but we understood this was no fault of theirs and they were gracious and patient throughout. They took a very small, dated kitchen in our condo and gave us a huge, functional, beautiful kitchen with a huge laundry/pantry space.
