Barnes & Noble: what do users think?
Larry Nelson: Couldn’t find any assistance. I bought 2 books and when I requested a sack, I was told that they give sacks for customers who purchase 3 books or more. Overall, very poor customer service.
H Summer: Poor customer service and didn't have what i was looking for..ended up disappointed about the drive too for nothing.. And This IS WHY WE AMAZON!
Daniel Green: I love the kids games area in this store, great to be able to walk through a store and look at things for real instead of scroll through Amazon on a screen
Steve Wilson: I'm glad to still have this option. Book stores seem to be disappearing
Crazy Droid: Very sad customer service, this store apparently does not care for their sales. Rude employees who kick you out as soon as it hits 9 pm and don’t even want you to buy anything from them just cuz they are closed. Item has two different tags with two different prices which is ridicules and employee rude about it. First and LAST time I visited this store.
Steve P: A wonderful location and options to choose from.
Katie Moore: I love a good bookstore! Not enough of them left. I try to stop by whenever I can and pick up books for my family.
Bill H: Couldn't find anyone to ask questions. No one working upstairs in the kids section. Had to find someone to take our money at the main register. Very poor customer service
James Roberts: Great place to buy, browse, read and drink coffee.
Jeff Templeton: Very helpful ay checkout but disappointed in the cafe everything i asked for they were out of.
De W: The store always looks nice and staff are always friendly. Almost everything is pretty expensive, but they usually have some good sales. We found some items at 50% off and or more.
Deborah Peek: Did not purchase the four items. No register opened at rear entrance by handicap parking...no cut out ramp at that entrance either......sad
Samantha Spicer: My favorite place to be!!!
Joey Donut: Barnes and Noble is a well-known bookstore chain that has been around for decades. As someone who is an avid reader, I have visited many Barnes and Noble stores over the years. While I have always found the staff to be incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, I have to say that their romance selection is lacking when it comes to heat. The staff at Barnes and Noble are always willing to offer recommendations and help customers find the perfect book for their needs. They are knowledgeable about the latest releases and can often offer insights and recommendations that you won't find anywhere else. However, when it comes to their romance section, I have found that the selection is lacking in steamy and passionate reads. While Barnes and Noble has a large selection of romance novels, I have found that many of them are more on the sweet and gentle side. While these books can be enjoyable in their own right, sometimes you just want a book that will make your heart race and your palms sweat. Unfortunately, the selection at Barnes and Noble often lacks these more intense and steamy reads. It's not that Barnes and Noble doesn't have any romance novels that are passionate and steamy - they certainly do. However, I have found that the selection is often limited and not as diverse as I would like. There are certainly some great books to be found in the romance section, but if you're looking for something with a little more heat, you may need to look elsewhere. That being said, there are still many reasons to visit Barnes and Noble. In addition to their knowledgeable staff, they have a wide selection of books in a variety of genres. Whether you're looking for the latest bestseller or an obscure indie title, you're sure to find something that interests you at Barnes and Noble.Additionally, Barnes and Noble often hosts author events and book signings, which can be a great way to meet your favorite writers and get a personalized copy of their latest book. These events are often well-attended and can be a great opportunity to connect with other readers in your community. In conclusion, while Barnes and Noble is a great place to shop for books in general, their romance selection does lack the heat that many readers are looking for. While there are certainly some passionate and steamy reads to be found, the selection is often limited and not as diverse as one would hope. However, the knowledgeable staff and wide selection of books in other genres make Barnes and Noble a great destination for book lovers.
Andre: Great selection
Mary Austin: Love it
Amela Parks: Awesome place.
Birgit Post: So happy to visit Barnes and Noble in Zona Rosa. Great choices, welcoming place, knowledgeable and helpful staff.
CrowsMob: The staff that deals with the books are nice, with a few exceptions. The Starbucks people however are just rude. There was a line that was standing around for 7 minutes, when I saw that I asked a staff member if the Starbucks was closed. She literally sighed out loud and slowly walked over behind the counter. Then while taking orders she was very rude and messed up 2 drinks in a row. After that I decided not to get the Starbucks and just finish my shopping.
Randall Paul: We were looking for young children's books and a sales associate was VERY helpful and courteous. Found a great selection and were very pleased. Thank you so much!
Donald Wall: Wonderful coffees and every kind of book, magazine you could want.

Barnes & Noble: what do users think?
Bina Monteiro: Wonderfull
Glen Tilman: Definitely a great place to find that book that you want always enjoy going there
Vickie Hayward: I could spend hours in there. Got everything I needed with no problem.
Monica Chao: This is the best store. All in one floor, very organized, cafe staff are very nice and friendly. The book store check out cashers are cold, not very friendly.
C McLoud: Good selection, but you really have to look around. Nice store.
Jeanie Donovan: Really appreciated Emily pulling books for me and having them at the front. I only had a small window of time and her service made my purchases easy! Thank you!
Nathan Glave: Staff is always helpful when I am in.
Dylan Hurt: I love me some books! They smell good and give me ample reading materials while I poop.
Andrew Wickersham: Great bookstore
Gail Sawrie: We like Barnes and Noble. We appreciate the magazine, book, game, and gift selection.
MisterCam: This location was super clean. They have a lot of good selections, and everyone had a big smile ready to help. I will definitely return!
Matt D: Barnes and Noble has got better over the years. I used to think they were pricey but I think they are much more competitive and staff is friendly.
Skye Noel Wagner: I’ve gone to this location several times and I really like it. The food and service have always been great
Jenny Kutz: I love this bookstore and cafe. Such great selection and the perfect place to get some work done, relax with an enjoyable read, drink some coffee, eat a little something, or generally just treat yo’self to a new book, magazine or other item!
Camilla Kachar: Very helpful staff. I believe her name was, Kaylee/Kylie. I was looking for the prologue Hunger Games book, I had already gone to 2 Targets and a different Barnes and Noble, none of them had the book. I asked her if they had it at this location and she checked the computer, asked her colleagues, looked at all the tables with me, and then checked the back of the store and found it. She could have stopped after it was nowhere to be found in the front of the store, but she still checked the back. I am so thankful for that.
Susan Tozier: Great bookstore!
Jonathan Allen: Great restrooms
Charles Brotherton: Always amazing! Love looking at the books and movie figures whenever I'm there!
Larry Jiskra: You have this store to appreciate.
Angela Johnson: awesome selection great prices and even had some epic 75% off sales on Journals monthly planners which is exactly what I was going there to buy

Barnes & Noble: what do users think?
Ray Bryant: Nice book store
Monica Chao: Cafe customer service is very bad.
Patty Mendez: The lady at the register was kind and helpful! They had so many good deals, I wasnt planning on visiting and I ended up leaving with three giant bags.
Ika Gom: The old man who was working the register around 1-2pm, his name starts with a “R”, turned me away from returning items without a receipt.I have returned items to Barnes without a receipt before, and I always get Cash Back or store credit. He told me “I need a receipt to do this” and told me to come back.My 65yo mom bought items at the Barnes and Noble store in Dallas, Texas and couldnt get a receipt because their system had crashed over the weekend and it was taking a long time to get a receipt and didnt get one in the end because she had an appointment to be at.Now, this old man had no problem helping the other customer with a return WITHOUT a receipt who was ahead of me.My mom called The Leawood store and spoke with Jamie I believe and they told my mom she CAN return items without a receipt as long as they are not damaged or opened. My mom literally only had these items for a few days. She bought the wrong things for my little sibling and just wanted me to return them for her since she is on a cane and cant go far.Really unprofessional how he turned me away and didnt want to call for a manager to help with a “Non-receipt” return, as they call it. Now, if I wasnt sure of their return system, how do I know this is what they call it? I always get the wrong items shipped to me, and have to make returns or exchanges, so, I just want to know what was his TRUE reason of not helping me?
Jim Horlacher: Helpful service that found the YA book my kid wanted for his birthday very quickly with just a few hints to what it was. And always fun for browsing, of course!
Troy Bowlin: Who doesn't luv a large bookstore? Big selection books and misc items that peak your interest. The bonus of course is the coffee and a place to sit, relax, and read. Once your ready, you can exit straight into Oak Park Mall.
l. coney: Love this store. Most recent purchase😊
Sujoy Chatterjee: A lot of books available in store. Prices are a bit high. Tip for story books: take pictures of books and check them out at the library 😂.
Josephine Gerardy: I cannot express how much I enjoy going to Barnes and Noble. The atmosphere is so relaxed and fun to shop in.
Janetta Barker: If you love books and novelties, this is your place.
Carlos Garcia: This is the biggest Barnes and nobles in the city. You could spend hours inside this location.
Michael Danese: Fabulous
Daryl S: Customer service by 2 different employees is terrible. It's like they were robots with no emotions.
State Of Kansass: Typical Barnes. Nice clean and helpful employees
Cody Smith: Browsed through the store, was very pleasant.
Martin Clarke: Always a nice clean store to pick up a book or magazine but always bothers me, as I find them a dying breed more and more these days, as we advance further and further towards digital media. Books while useful in the past, take up too much space and are better suited to an antiquated past much the same as dvds are fast becoming.
Elizabeth Przybylski: Nice place to meet friends or spend time looking for a gift or new reads.
leasha omeasoo: I love the atmosphere here...I always find a great book
Queens Corner: Very crowded because of the mall factor. But the cafe was cool
Mary Austin: Love going here for books and collectables
Arianna Brewer: Plenty of books here and very nice staff. I love coming here.
