Speak Out: I ordered balloons from this poor customer service company for my wife's bday and within 4 hours the balloons had no more helium. I asked for a refund or better balloons. They asked if I had pics of the balloons. I sure did, showing they were just laying on the table. They assured me 8 hours was normal lifetime. I said that's never happened and I asked if they would buy balloons that lasted only 4 hours. I couldn't get a answer to that question.. lol. I assured them they'd get a review and no more business from me and I'd spread the bad news on the customer service.P.s. balloons gone bad.

Gretchen VanSlyke: Ever have one of those experiences where you feel compelled to stop what you’re doing and leave a review? This local gem is a must “go to” for balloon bouquets. Their customer service is top rate in a time when that seems to be a lost art. I cannot give more than 5 stars but I wish I could.
Desiree Brown: My experiences with them have been a 10/10 every single time. They never disappoint me!!! Their balloons last WEEKS if not popped. (With helium) They offer delivery and are always on time! My event was Sunday, and they’re closed on Sundays (which i didn’t realize until i came to review) they never told me they were closed, and they still delivered on their off day. I am incredibly grateful that i found this balloon shop for all of my events. I’ll never go anywhere else!!! If you’re looking for great support, easy transactions and the best helium go to this shop!!! You won’t be disappointed. :)

lisa Thyberg: I was hesitant to purchase at first because I had never heard of this company. I am so happy I took a chance and made a purchase. First off, they ship and process orders quickly. Second, they are very nice and communicate well. My first order I ordered an item without an integral piece, they contacted me to make sure that I did not need the piece, which would have saved a lot in shipping had I made a mistake. Third, their pricing is great and even with shipping costs it is less than most places. Lastly, quality. I have never had an item from them not work as described which I cannot say for things I have bought on larger retailers.

The ladies are very knowledgeable and they have a bash on the first Tuesday of every month so you can learn from or help other entertainers. It really is a one stop shop and a twisters dream. First time I was in they let me know of new products that I fell in love with and cant go without in my kit. This place is seriously a godsend for my craft and I let them know everytime I'm in! 5% discount when you spend more than $100.

The area is decked out with all of the items that lil girls need to get all dolled up. There are nail and pedicure stations and they can even make their own lip balm. It really made me feel like a kid again and I can’t wait to big my lil girls here.
