They answered all my questions and helped me find the best model for my needs and budget. They also offered me a free in-home consultation to set up and install the TV. The best part was that they helped me load the large item in my car, which was very nice of them. I really appreciated their service and professionalism. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for electronics and appliances.

A week later I'm looking for my sheets and no where to be found. Yesterday I tore my house apart looking for them and they are gone. Then it dawned on me. They were in my old dryer. The dryer that the guy said was empty. WRONG!!!

I told the cashier that it was marked as the picture showed and he called for the manager. The manager immediately stated that I was lying and that no consoles he had in the store were the price in the picture. I said that it was not my fault that his products were marked wrong. I didn't even have a chance to buy it, the manager took it and refused to sell it to me for any price. Stunned, I went back and took the picture attached and showed the manager, to which he mumbled something under his breath. I then told him that I was going to let their corporate office know just how much he cared for their customers! I would have paid the price for it, since I had to go to Target to buy the same one, but I will not be called a liar in front of other customers in the store and you act like a child when you refuse to sell it to me after I bring up a valid point!!! You should move the tags into a place where they cannot be misread or messed with by your customers!!

LONG STORY SHORT, I’m currently at the store where my item is at to pick it up & they will not give it to me because it has already been processed & it has to be picked up by some janky pickup service called “ Roadie”. The item is literally still in the store, in the back being held hostage. I drove almost an hour here after work to pick this up, which they have boxed waiting for a courier & the will not give me my paid for item. I’ve been on the waiting phone with the courier for almost 30 minutes & nothing. This is horrible customer service & I do plan to cancel my BestBuy account & never shop here again..Never!

caleb mccormick: I called up asking if my laptop could be repaired it being a decent gaming device and unfortunately he could not repair it due to the parts not available through his vendors and how the manufacturer didn’t let the parts out, so i called back right before close and we talked for about 25 minutes and he went above and beyond to show me some comparable options i could buy within my budget and what specs i needed to keep gaming. i’ve been out in the westport area since 2013 and this business is still running strong he is very friendly and professional and no BS. I highly recommend them to anyone with any computer needs!

It is a small owner operated business that cares for it's customers. I run a small business and I have to admit it is hard to make everyone happy but I try and I know that Scott the owner of Computers tries to make his customers happy as well. He is not killing it by any means like big chain stores he is just making it happen and living day to day like most of us. You can tell this when you walk into his store. It's unique and he has everything from the junk bin to new computers. This business can fix your old computer or sell you a new one. The thing I like about computers to go is the way each computer sale or repair is catered to the individuals needs. I have purchased or had repaired over 24 computers over the last 29 years and Scott has always been straight forward with what needed to be done. 24 computers may sound like a lot but I have 7 of them running right now. When they break they get fixed or when out of date replaced fast. I always leave my old computer with him so he can sell for scrap or fix it up for someone who could use it knowing everyone has different needs. I usually am upgrading to make my computer as fast as it can be. I would name my experiences but there are too many to list so let me say that any thing and everything that can be fixed on a computer has been repaired at computers to go and if it could not be they were honest and gave me my options so I could decide for myself on what I should do. So I guess you could say I would Highly recommend Computers to Go!
Nancy Nguyen: BAD BUSINESS. The person who works here is a fraud. He will scam you and say that he can't fix your computer and then will go behind your back and fix it THEN try to sell it for a profit once he "thinks" you're not coming back to pick it up. Don't go here. You will be disappointed and waste your time and money.

I was unaware that my son was having problems with insects because his room is in the basement. We took the computer in and the guy told us what to do to get rid of the insects inside the computer. He also stated that people had dropped of computers before with a similar issue. We spent money to buy the necessary products to kill the insects and we used the product several times. I went to take the computer back in today and was told that they wouldn't look at it. I explained that that is not what I was told when I brought it in before and that the guy never said I couldn't bring it back. I'm not sure if it had to do anything with my race but I felt like both times it did. I spent my money there on two of their refurbished computers and I didn't expect to be treat or feel this way about a situation I had no control over. I hope I get a solution to my sons problem because there are alot of things stored on the computer that are important. We are also getting our house exterminated to prevent this problem again.

mARY Ponder: Not a fan. Prices aren’t competitive and as far as the service goes- yowza! We went in to buy some overpriced copy paper and stood in “line” while someone a head of us was ordering services. Why they combine the service side with the regular check out I don’t know but we stood there and the person who helped the guy in front of us neither acknowledged our existence with words or eye contact but it was apparent that we were there as we were right behind the guy who he was helping. After waiting for him to complete his transaction the “cashier” then proceeded to move to another register and helped a woman who had just walked up. It wasn’t her fault that he ignored us but it was his and it was blatant and rude. We waited another 5 minutes behind the woman and then left. This is a world where good service is needed more than ever yet a warm body seems to be all that these companies require. I won’t be back.
