Steve Ayers: Excellent experience all the way around. There was a tiny mixup with a balloon I ordered that didn’t make it on the delivery truck. They answered the phone immediately and she told me it would be taken care of the same day. Within 2 hours, on a Sunday, someone was at my house. Not only did they bring out 3 balloons instead of the one I ordered, they also sent a really nice box of chocolates for free!!! And the plant was beautiful and very high quality. Best flower buying experience I’ve had in years. A+++

When I saw this arrangement online, I knew it would be a perfect Mother's Day gift for my stepmother who is a huge dog fan. Since Westminster recently finished, and she had just picked the Best in Show breed for the first time in her decades long following of the event, there really wasn't another choice to be made. They're more than happy to replace them, but if they're supposed to be KC's best, that's unnecessary. I've even heard of them sending less than alive flowers to a funeral!! Great company, NOT sure why the quality is going down hill so fast.

Arrangement daughter sent for $60 was nothing like the picture. Received filler flowers in a non-descript vase and they didn't even add their florist name or info to the card. Refused to give partial refund or replacement arrangement. Stay away!!! Fraudulent business.

Melissa Ruth: If you want a rude delivery person who doesnt use delivery entrances then definitely call this florist. They instead deliver through the front door of funeral homes where the family of the deceased is already gathered (because they apparently dont know how to be timely either) and when given direction to use the floral entrance walk off and ignore you after handing over the flower arrangement.I would certainly not recommend them based off of that lack of customer service alone.
Kimberly Macan: A floral arrangement was ordered for me from an online floral company and the order was sent to Premier Floral to be filled and delivered. The floral arrangement I received was not at all beautiful. There was 1 bloomed lily that was wilted, a second lily that had not bloomed yet, and 4 red roses that appeared to have started to wilt as well because there was darkening around the petals. There was some purple baby’s breath and A LOT of assorted green filler. Even had the flowers been in good shape, the arrangement looked cheap. When the person who sent me the flowers saw the arrangement, they were incredibly disappointed and called the online company where the order was originally placed. A second bouquet was sent to me from a different local florist and it was absolutely beautiful! The difference between the two bouquets were day and night! It seems that Premier Floral does not take pride in the arrangements they make and deliver. I would not recommend this florist.

Raquel Oswald: My boyfriend friend ordered flowers for valentines day. Not only did they not deliver, they didn't return phone calls , didn't offer a solution. Advised my bf to send in a picture of his order confirmation for a full refund. It hasn't happen.This shop ruined more our Valentines day, they told my boyfriend your not the only one who's didn't get delivered. We sent a picture of our order confirmation as they instructed us to. No response and they don't answer the phone. Perhaps a better business bureau complaint is in order..

Lord Flacco: The flowers were 4 hours late, and I’m actually understanding about it if they are super busy. It’s the fact the flowers that looked dead and like they have been sitting in a car for 3 days and they were $119. And when I tell you the flowers smelled like someone was blowing cigarette smoke into them. Super disappointing and disgusting not only would I not recommend I would discourage anyone from going with this company.

We were having a Tuesday afternoon wedding and my daughter had done ALL of the planning and I decided last minute to surprise her with an upgraded “real” bouquet and additions to the bridal party bouquets that she had selected. Julie heard my vision and created a miracle in 2 days, even meeting me at her shop on a late Sunday afternoon to get some of the silks my daughter wanted included. She was able to make my daughters dream bouquets and was also able to follow through with a couple of special requests. She and her husband and adorable daughter delivered the flowers early on wedding day, complete with vases for keeping them fresh throughout the day and we were SO happy!!!! Her prices were more than fair and my experience with everything was top notch! We are so very grateful for the last minute request that made my daughters special day just perfect!!! 🌸 💕 🌸Trust her...she will take care of you!!!
Beverly Thorpe: My mother received an azalea plant in sympathy for my sister’s passing. A plant vs flowers so it would last. The leaves kept falling off and the blooms looked a bit diseased on the edges. It was not in good health. When she had a chance after funeral arrangements (6 days after she got the plant) she called to let the company know. My mother knows her plants! They argued with her telling her she wasn’t taking care of the plant correctly. The lady that she talked to secondly, wouldn’t let my mother talk and then hung up on her. Don’t use this business!
Niki Hinton: Terrible experience. Neither the flowers nor the vase looked anything like what I ordered. When I called about it the person was incredibly rude, yelling that I should be grateful because they used more expense (ugly) flowers and threatened to go get them back from my sister’s shower. I can’t believe this place is in business.

John C Neilson: I ordered flowers and a balloon for my wife for this past mothers day asking for them to be delivered the day before. I specifically selected a local florist to help support their business during this time of closures. Towards the evening I tried calling them to determine if something was wrong or not. All I got was an answering machine saying they were a 24/7 delivery florist. I left 3 voice messages and no one called me back. The next morning I called again and finally got a hold of someone. I asked them about my delivery which never came. I was asked to call back at 1pm. I called back at 1 pm and no one could tell me if my flowers were going to be delivered or not. I was promised they would call me back around 3pm. No call. Finally around 4pm they were delivered. And as you can see from the photos they were not fresh, guess they were sitting in someone's trunk for two days. And NO balloon that they charged me for either. I will not be using them again.

They were beautiful which I'm happy about because I was worried about order flowers over the phone without seeing them. The only small issue I have is when I placed the order they took her ph number and mine in case of any issue with delivery. They had to leave them at the guard station and she never got the call about the roses before she left work so she actually didn't get them until the next morning she went to work.

I specifically asked for the colors white and yellow to be used in the arrangement. I paid $100 only to receive a pink and red sparsely arranged basket. I contacted Steve the store owner and was met with a great deal of hostility when I said I wasn't pleased with the flowers. He yelled and told me the flowers were left over from Mother's day and that's all he had!!. He then asked me what did I want him to do about it. I asked if he could replace flowers with what I ordered and he said he would take care of the matter. Steve arrived to the funeral chapel removing the flowers and stating he would return with another order but never returned.The next day I called Steve's floral shop and was yelled at by Diane the owners wife for simply calling asking about the replacement order. She was very rude and yelled out what she had to say about the matter never allowing me to speak and hung up the phone.I have never in my life heard of any florist removing an arrangement from a funeral. I am deeply sadden to have been treated in such a horrific way during such an already sad time. If the shop was unable to meet the accommodation they simply should have passed on the order. I am currently trying to receive a refund from the shop. I hope no one ever encounters such POOR customer service especially during the time of a lost love one. Buyer beware this shop takes advantage of out of state orders. Select another shop with better arrangements and service.

Drew Shepard: My girlfriend ordered flowers on Mother's Day from Westport Floral on Door Dash and they confirmed the order. The store was closed and she was unable to give her mother a gift as a result. Their Google listing shows they are open Sundays as well. Who has ever heard of a floral company that doesn't provide flowers on Mother's day?

I don't have one, let me call my wholesaler. She called me back - after closing time - to inform me that she could only get a purple one. (I didn't ask for a specific color because I just needed an orchid for a funeral). Little did she know that I NEEDED purple. The Orchid was for a member of our club The Civitan Orchids. (Our logo and shirts are purple). It's going to be the perfect orchid to show how very much our friend meant to us.I appreciate the great customer service. She never hesitated to help. Randy N: I have been using their services for 3 straight years now for Valentine's Day. Past two years I've had a bouquet of a dozen roses sent to my lady's office. Their service and quality has always been outstanding. The only negative I could say this year if I'm being picky is maybe that the rosebuds seem smaller and that the bouquet appears less full this year. But Covid has ruined everything so I'll let it pass. Regardless, great service and a beautiful arrangement this year. I will continue to use them next year for sure.

David Kosewick: Nice arrangement with on time delivery. Extra effort was required by the delivery team because a street name was changed from East to West during communication, even though the correct street name was on the receipt. This "systems" issue knocked off a star from the review. However, the team did contact me and get it corrected in time for proper delivery. It really should have been seamless, but I commend them for the the correction effort and ultimate on time execution! I would use again.

Unbeknownst to me the recipient was in ICU and could not receive flowers on the day I requested. They continuously sent me emails letting me know the status of my order; THEY let me know when the recipient was out of ICU and would now deliver the flowers. I'll use them from now on whenever I need to send flowers for professional or personal reasons. Excellent service.

I had informed him that I would be gifting him and his bride to be the bouquet his boutonniere and both mothers their corsages and the father a boutonniere as well. Over a year ago I had contacted another florist and made the appointments and pay the deposit ONE WEEK prior to the wedding I have been contacting contacting and contacting that florist with no response I called teffeys and without hesitation they helped me one week before this wedding they were able to get the exact flowers that I needed and they turned out beautiful! They saved the day for me and I’m sure they can save the day for you not only did they save that day but the photos of these flowers are so beautiful the bride cried when she seen it! I cannot express how thankful I am for the experience I had with this company I highly recommend them !I have four more siblings that will be getting married in years to come and I’ll definitely be contacting teffeys for the future flowers!

Anastasia Gans: Low quality of flowers - wilt within 2-3 days. Received a bouquet for Valentine’s Day, on Friday most of the flowers were wilted and the bouquet looked pathetic. Mind you, I change water and cut the stems daily on all the bouquets I get. Contacted the business and were told this is normal. Picture attached, you be the judge.This is not the first time I’ve experienced a quality issue at this place - assumed that previous bouquets were purchased OTC and not called in, thought may be they sat at the store for too long and “aged”. This arrangement was ordered in, so no excuse there.The store is adorable otherwise; my go-to for greeting cards and gifts (including potted plants). Will avoid buying flowers in the future.

I didn’t want any roses, I wanted a French country style bouquet with multiple flowers, colors, and various textures. They did an extraordinary job! We received multiple compliments on the design and choices of all the various flowers and greenery, and how lovely the full bouquets were, as well as the table arrangements, and the additional flowers for the dessert table. I only wish the flowers would last forever because they were all so marvelously crafted and stunningly beautiful. The team was amazing to work with and I highly suggest you look into Crestwood Flowers. It’s local and they are beyond amazing.
