Jamie Colon: I just recently found this online auction house. I am not very savy about this particular environment. I just found some items that I thought were cool. So I bid on them and won one. So I thought I would pay the price bidded plus tax. Nope, they added what is called a bidders premium, which was conveniently hidden in the terms of agreement. This should be listed on all items that are to be bid on. It's a good way to calculate costs as you bid. Some of us work hourly wage jobs and budget is important. None the less, there won't be a second mistake.

Denise Putrah: This was my first auction experience with Circle. The process flowed smoothly with offering online pre-auction time to review the offered items and placing online bids. There were also 2 days to actually view the auction items at the Circle showroom prior to the auction. In addition, Circle offers a complimentary delivery service to auction winners within a defined radius location. My only negative, please remember a 19% service fee based on the purchase price will be applied by Circle for services rendered. Overall, it was a positive experience.

sean burns: I love ATKC! I've been to the auctions on Thursday nights many times. They always have a great mix of interesting things. The crew is always on point and professional. I have had the best experiences taking my son. We always mange to pick up some treasure that we didn't know we needed. It's a lot of fun for not a lot of money. I also introduced Andrew and his team to my parents when they decided to downsize. They showed up with more than enough muscle and had all the items moved out in a couple of hours. They found the whole process to be easy and were happy with all aspects of the partnership. I would recommend them as both a buyer and a seller. Give them a try!

Of course there is always an item or two you will have to fight a “friend” for... but that’s part of going to an auction! I’ve been a weekly visitor for months straight and when they open after shut down I’ll be more than ready to continue my weekly visit here. The set is valued at over $110 minimum, and I was just throwing the dishes in the dishwasher (oops!).Andrew and his AH-MAZING crew are THE BEST!! Friendly, knowledgeable, FUN!!! Rob Reed: UPDATE February 2023 - We finally heard from Bradley and he offered again to put the musical instruments in an auction on January 1st. That didn't happen. Communication was dismal. We finally had to request recovery of the property. First scheduled date where we could have someone in KC go pick them up was cancelled at the last moment. Ultimately, we had to drive over 1,000 miles and waste 2 days to go retrieve the property. Bradley had everything moved to one of his employee's place in Lawrence but wasn't around to even meet us. He was kind enough to leave us a $50 Applebees gift card. Hardly compensates for the trip. He did say he was very sorry and that he had a lot of family issues that caused him to not put these in auction somewhere. That was truly unfortunate, but I don't think his personal problems should be our business problems. Ultimately, I couldn't recommend Legacy Auction Group for your auction needs.My mother-in-law passed away early 2022. We had Bradley Chapin, with Legacy Auction Group handle the estate auction as well as the real estate auction. Everything went well. We discovered that there were many musical instruments in the house, many of them very valuable, with an estimated value in excess of $30k. Bradley really wanted to handle the auction of these instruments and even offered discounts on the estate auction in order to get access to these. He asked to hold them so he could auction in Lawrence to draw a better crowd for the guitars and such. The estate auction took place in May of 2022 and since that time, we have been unable to reach Bradley. His voicemail is always full, he has not responded to multiple emails, text messages and calls. He still has the guitars, banjos and mandolins in his possession. We have a full inventory including serial numbers, but we can't reach this guy or his company. On top of losing her mother and all of the stress that goes along with that, we have to chase down this guy to get her property back. That is assuming, of course, that he hasn't already sold them. We live out of state, so that makes things even more difficult and could quite possibly end up with legal action to recover her losses. It's sad and disappointing.

Eric Crook: A++. I inherited a house with some antiques and vintage furniture few years ago and finally decided it was time to do something. Being from a small town in SE Nebraska, I knew I needed a larger city to have a sale. After a google search I found legacy auction. Bradley called me within a few hours from my email and he was very helpful. He always responded to my picture texts of items I had questions on. Long story short, I packed everything up and hauled it to Lawrence KS, ( he had plenty of help to unload my trailer) and he had a 2 day sale. 99.9% of everything sold and I was impressed with the whole process. He mailed a check with an itemized spreadsheet. I would recommend these guys to anyone that has an estate to sell or anything of the sorts. Bradley is a very hard worker, knows his stuff, and is compassionate about his job and everything it entails. Im glad I found legacy auction from Kansas City. Thanks again.EricNebraska

I was at that auction wanting to buy a guitar but was told the owner wasn't going to sell them as they loaded them into a van driven by one of Bradley's team members(Dan). Since then I've been to several of his auctions where there has been yelling and cursing coming from his team members towards customers. From my research of Bradley he was detained for breaking into a customers home and throwing a party in customers house. In my opion How is someone like this still doing business.
