Riley Cruz: I would leave a one star review except this is solely about the scheduling and customer service aspect from Morgan Carney, the patience experience liaison of Epigenetics Healing Center. Morgan reached out me the day after I submitted my online request for an appointment to set up an introductory phone call which was amazing. She asked me what time works, I sent her time proposal and got no reply, since she would be leaving the office at the time I proposed later in the afternoon. She followed up the next morning apologizing and asked for another time that day. I sent my proposal and got no response. I sent another message two weeks later asking to set up an appointment, and she responded with a phone call proposal later that afternoon. After no phone call for the time I set aside for the call, she texted saying her appointments were running later than expected and confirmed she will be calling. It has been a week and I have not heard anything from back from her. I understand that she could be busy, but ghosting for almost a week shy of a month is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed and will be looking for medical assistance elsewhere.

Linda Shady: I would like to share my miracle story. I am 78 years old and was diagnosed with breast cancer a year ago, July 2021. I was told it was aggressive and there would be immediate surgery with follow up radiation and/or chemo (Standard procedure for cancer patients). April Powell: He listens! When you tell Dr. Goodbinder that you are not feeling well and what your symptoms are he listens, every time! I was very sick almost to the point I could not walk, overweight, prediabetic, and hurt everywhere. I have been seeing him for six months and my symptoms are manageable and almost completely gone. Aida Baghdasarian: When I first walked in, a sense of calm came over me. It has been a rough first of half of the year. The 2nd half has been taking care of my body and soul. Joe was a great listener and recommended some other treatments to help with my radiation issues that I received in my head area. I did try the HBOT, hyperbaric Oxygen therapy, which I would do again. The first 5 minutes your ears will be hurting, but pain will go away. You can take an actual book in there to read, no phone or tablets. I had a tablet and was told it could ruin my battery, so I took a nice nap in the pod. Then it was followed up with a 20 min infrared sauna. They have a great selection of tea. I am not much of a tea drinker but ordered the one with Tumeric. It was delicious and not your typical tea. And lastly, IF THERE IS PEACH COBBLER, YOU NEED, YOU MUST PURCHASE IT. YES ALL UPPER CASE FOR PEOPLE IN THE BACK TO HEAR.. This peach cobbler was vegan, I'm not, but it was so .... sooooooo delicious! I am planning on signing up to be a member. Happy Day all!

My monthly membership is 111$. It comes with a choice of a facial or massage, a hair care service, full access to sauna and steam rooms, VR room, gym, and life coaching per month. Such an affordable way to stay healthy.

I have curly hair and most hair stylists usually don’t know how to do my hair because it feels unnatural afterwards and I just want to redo it right after.This time, Jordan did my hair exactly the way I like it without me having to explain a lot. I felt so relaxed during my time with her and she allowed me to relax too by not trying to fill in the space with talking I only want her to do my hair now :)It felt like a meditation and I loved that this peaceful atmosphere was present throughout the whole building when she gave me a tour and explained the other services that the club offers.

The front desk lady was so sweet and beautiful- matching the vibe of the whole wellness club. Natasha was wonderful, she did my 60 minute massage. She focused on every part of my body in that hour, I almost fell asleep! I’m leaving so relaxing.

Jeremy Gabbard: AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Front desk staff was on point and friendly... My wife and I had couples massages. Mine found muscles that I did not know were sore and took care of them. My wife said she could come back to hers everyday it was so amazing. Both the sauna and steam bath was great. Extremely clean facilty. Staff was very accommodating. Can't say enough good about this place.

Our bride had a 30 min facial and a 30 min massage and she said both were very relaxing! I, utilized the sauna for 30 mins and later had my first 30 min facial. Megan was very informative and it was very relaxing! The other 3 girls also said they enjoyed their time there! We booked a private room to hang out when which was so calming and perfect for us! I was supposed to have a head spa treatment but unfortunately the lady was out. May have to plan a trip back to town! Thank you all!

I contacted the office at 0800 and was seen at 1000. Xrays and adjust done by 1020. Home with ice pack. Set follow up adjustment for tomorrow morning at 10. These folks are true professionals from front desk to xray tech to DR. Dohrmann. Very pleased. I highly recommend this office .

1 2: Everyone is so amazing. I started coming here about a month ago. They literally ate a breath of fresh air to be around. I don't know how but with a few clicks of his actuator gun and my back is much better than when I came in. These 2 men are magical

J Powell: As a first time customer, I was forced to get x-rays on my back even though I have never had a surgery. The “doc” refused to align me even after I reluctantly agreed to the x-rays. As I was paying $300 for x-rays and a bottle of water I noticed the sign offering Starbucks gift cards for 5 star reviews on Google. Do NOT fall for the 4.9 rating!
