John Little: Went for my wife's 29th(5th time she's been 29), all the ladies were great and very friendly. We went early and kind of felt bad that we made them work for just us, but they were very accommodating and wonderful to watch. The DJ was pretty funny and kept things going even for just the two of us. It's a bit pricy for the VIP lounge, but I've not been to one of these clubs in forever so that may be normal. We had a great time. Thanks...we'll be back.
Nate W: The older not so attractive drug addict waitress kept ordering the entire room drinks and trying to force me to pay for them. The moment I refused to pay for drinks that I never ordered I was cussed at and told to leave. I was ordering drinks from the bar not her on a Tuesday night while showering the lovely girls with money. I think her old age was starting to catch up to her. I would've kept throwing cash all night if she hadn't kept trying to rob me.

Saskia Juba: I dragged my husband here for my 50th birthday. We're old, so we went early. They don't open until 630pm, not 6pm. The dancers were friendly. The male bartender was awesome. He bought me a shot of whiskey for my birthday. The doorman from California (Jose?)was the best. No smoking inside, so I got to socialize with him outside for quite a bit. It is, however, a very small club with no chairs at the bar. We had fun, though. Thanks for a memorable 50th birthday!

The only problem I had was with the bouncer it is 21 degree with snow on our car so we are warming our car up and he keep tell us to leave and we are telling him that we are when trying to get the ice off our car now there was other people in our car and he didn't say nothing to them we was a black couple with our white friend trying to enjoy yourself. So I will give them a 1 for security but everything else was fine

chad Nation: I had a BLAST dancer's and staff were all very friendly! I went with my wife and she almost instantly made friends with the dancers, one of which was celebrating her 21st birthday the same night as my wife! Club was nice and there was a security guard posted outside the building watching the parking lot. It was a little bit out of the way for me, but I would 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone defiantly made my wife's birthday one for the books!

There was a strange looking young man hanging out in the store and parking lot. I see why she didn’t last long. I’m sure glad Crystal was there to help me again this time.
Tisha Adams: When you go to enter the store there is about 2 inches of water pooled right in front of the door. It's raining and there seems to be no landscaping to prevent this. I almost didn't go in because I didn't want to step into such a large puddle. Once inside it smelled terribly of mold. My partner and I walked around browsing and ended up walking through water that had leaked in the back corner. Because of the smell I kept trying not to throw up. We had to cut our visit short and didn't buy anything because I couldn't handle the smell of mold.

If you were a better business owner you would know I worked for at thats facility more than a week. Crystal should own the business , not just run a store . She is a much better owner plus, she does more than she's paid for .And fyi I definitely communicated everytime I would be late an I have proof. Which you would have seen , had you played your role correctly. But thanks for allowing everyone to see your jusfications for holding my paycheck. Rather 7 or 70 hours, it's not okay.

Nonymous Man: This place is awesome! Their pride window caught my eye, and I’m glad I stopped in! The associate tonight (who’s name I didn’t catch, he was a younger blonde dude) was AMAZING! He made me feel comfortable and was super easy to talk to, I found an awesome new toy and he talked me into trying a new lube. I understand the Covid protocols and understand some things we have to do to keep ourself and others safe, so I don’t mind having to get a quick temperature scan and presenting my ID, but some people are entitled brats.
A B: This place is dirty, has poor customer service and a very small selection of items. The female working kept clapping her hands very loudly which made the shopping experience unpleasant. She made it a point to let me know the cameras were recording several times (approx 4 times within 8 mins), did she think I was going to steal something.... while checking out she said it again "the cameras are recording" which I replied "why do you keep saying that" her response was that store has been "terrorized" in the past and her boss is watching. I could care less if the boss was watching. Then she continued to say she didn't care if I bought anything but she still had to tell me about 4 products next to the register. Overall it was a Terrible experience and will not be returning.

Gina Storm: I am amazed at the friendly staff and the cleanliness of this store. Over the years I have been to many of the stores in the area and this one is by far my favorite! The staff is always very knowledgeable about the products and answers all of my questions.

When I called the store, the lady stated she was trying to tell me to remove my hood, but I don't know how because she never came to the door and NEVER said anything she just looked at me. If the policy is no hat/hoodies that's fine but say that don't just stare at me in the cold shivering. So I guess I'll keep my money and go elsewhere.
Das Dreher: I don't understand why customers can't wear hats in the store. The last two times I visited this was not an issue. Secondly Rita (the attendant who was on duty) was 1000% unfriendly towards my lady and I. We will never shop there as long as she is employed PERIOD.

Crystal Brown: This place had a 5$ cover charge. We are couple and went in. Went to the bar ordered drinks and was not approached by anyone. Nobody was on the stage either. All the women was either talking to each other or they was talking with a local customer. So we decided to order another set of drinks after the first ones was gone. Decided to move over by the stage hoping for someone to greet us or get on stage. Neither happened so we left. 100% will not go back .

Ema Glavin: Second time I’ve been here during business hours and no one has been inside or opened the door after hitting the buzzer.OPEN sign is on and everything and vehicle in the lot. I guess the business doesn’t like making money 🙃EDIT: The door was locked too! Both times. The sings are clear. I checked the doors first then the buzzer. The issues are the employees not caring or being understaffed.

S Eddy: This location has tried to take advantage of me both times ive gone in which is really disappointing especially since the employees wont give you any management information. the store by me is lacking in products and also has employees that are rude dont do their jobs and discriminate also like to inform you that your choice in specific attire couldnt possibly fit and should re-evaluate your selection so my partner and i ventured out to this location twice now since it has such a better selection and both times have been ripped off. the first time about 6 months ago The Employee tried over charging us by doubling up our products at ring up and we caught it. of course we still checked out and got what we picked out but the fact that she had the nerve to try and get over on us was just a slap in the face and made us not want to come back. once again we go to our local store and just so unimpressed with the selection so we give this location another try looking for a specific type of Toy that we were having difficulty picking. something in the case caught my eye and i requested information on it which was lied to and obviously the employee was not given the proper tools or training to suggest or significant product knowledge to inform customers on what they are buying especially when they arent allowed to take anything out of the display nor let you look at what the box consists of. so i was sold a product thats too overpriced and not anything i was hoping for. all in all im severely disappointed in this chain and would hope to be reached out by management to make it right and keep it possible for us to have the convenience of last minute excitement instead of the dreadful wait of buying online.
Hailey McFarland: I come here all the time trying to spend money. They never have any matching tops for dance wear, I even went to another location hopping to have better luck. Same thing. No one wants to buy mismatch tops and bottoms, you need to update the inventory and actually stock matching sets it’s disappointing to come here and have to attempt to try and find a matching top. They’re never in stock and this is the only place to buy dancewear in the city you need to do better or hire a new merchandise buyer.
courtney robinson: I do not have enough good things to say about this store. I wish I would’ve caught the lady’s name when I came in but I didn’t. I came in yesterday evening around 5:30 PM, please pass my message along to her. She was easy to talk to, she had an answer to literally every product question that I asked and had the store super clean. All the lingerie was color coded and organized by sized. So organized that when I pulled out to look at lingerie on the hanger, the hanger matched the size on the clothing which literally never happens at any other store. The selection of lingerie alone was amazing but I really appreciated the fact that I could find what I was looking for quickly and easily. Again, please pass my review along to her, I appreciate all the work that she does in this store. I will definitely be returning soon and never buying any of my lingerie online now that I know that Cirilla’s is the place to go.

Nicole Morgan: Customer service is lacking. Attempted to call got placed on hold for several minutes. And this was after trying to get them to answer the phone multiple times. It’s very clear that the only reason they are still in buisness is the distance to travel to other stores.
Emma Molt: Looking at an item that's priced a $52.99, only had one in my size. Asked Lisa if she could take any off the price she was super hateful about it. And told me they don't do discounts there. Which is a lie cause I have gotten them there before. Differently going to blue springs next time. Much friendly there.

Justice Cruz: Hi everybody....I just got back from vacation and I just want to tell everyone about my visit to Cirillas in Liberty Mo. because it was the first time there and I was nervous and wasn't too sure about what I wanted but the manager and her team were so nice and really helpful and made me feel so comfortable and encouraged me to ask questions about anything in the store. I was so happy I went in...the staff was amazing and I learned alot from them and by the time I left I felt really good with my purchase and the variety they have...it took me awhile to pick out a few outfits and I think if you live in liberty you really need to treat yourself and go to Cirillas where the staff welcomes you with smiles on there faces. I want to thank the manager for her professionalism and her staff being educated about the things they sell and keep up the great work. I will definitely visit again!!

I wish I had gotten the cashiers name today that helped me find the perfect outfit for tonight! She was so helpful and did not make me feel uncomfortable and also was just all-around an amazing woman! I’m very body self-conscious right now after having a child and I am just now getting back in the game of... you know... bedroom activity LOL. The reception and the security guard were very friendly. The other patrons, however, not so much. They were a bit cliche-y and no one seemed very approachable. And I don't know if it was because we're a lesbian couple, or because we're so young, or because we're new, but a majority of the other patrons kept giving us weird or dirty looks. We didn't feel very welcome, so we ended up leaving early. It wasn't a bad experience per say, just disappointing.
