Yes I just gave this Adidas store 5stars why did I do this 3REASONS walked in from the EXTREME HEAT into COLD store that was full of customers and was greeted by a smiling face employee who was happy to help me I ask for shoes for walking she pointed to her feet and said "had these for a month best shoe I've had in years" as we walked through the store to the shoe department she found my size and we walked to the counter I got in line and within 15 minutes I was out the door with the best shoes I have had in years and last but most definitely not least THE PRICE shoes right on box said 74 buck but 50% sale so 39.84 for a fantastic pair of shoes and I HAVE NO CAR I WALK EVERYWHERE

Cole Trued: I love the look of adidas shoes. But, their warranty program is the worst I’ve ever been apart of. You would think with a company as big as theirs, they would put effort in to their customer service. It’s not easy to submit a claim, shoot, its not even easy to find where to submit a claim. And even after you submit a request you have to wait two months just to call back and ask for an update. This is the second time I have had to go through their warranty and I honestly don’t want to buy any more adidas shoes after this.

However after returning with the information that my size was not available that employee disappeared to avoid being disturbed while on her phone. I intended on purchasing several pairs of shoes and had also placed cleaner supplies on the counter. The customer service is probably the worst on the plaza. I'd highly recommend going to a different location.

Cussing discussing who was on break and why they didn't want to drop from manager to regular employee. At no time did they stop their conversation as if the paying customers were not present. SMH on a busy Friday evening.

Jennifer Campbell: Because of thier prices this place is always looking like a tornado has gone through. The dressing rooms are never open, so you can't try on your clothes before buying. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Eric DeLaRosa: Went into Nike Factory store on 6/4/23, they had a stack of returns and I seen a shoe I wanted. I asked an associate if I could buy the shoe, the female associate told me they couldn't sell it to me without processing the shoe first, really because last week I walked in and purchased two pair from a similar stack of returns with lids attached with no questions or excuses. On 6/4/23 team manager said I could buy the shoes but ripped the lid off, told me it store policy blah blah blah, my point is every week the policy is different, please educate everyone to have the same consistency. See my pics of shoes I've purchased from returns or clearence with lids (have reciept proof). Proof of policy inconsistency is week to week here. I even bought dunks today from clearance with the lid, showed the team manager right then and he just looked at me. Congrats team Manager you proved your BIG man in charge by being childish about ripping the lid off a $200 dollar pair of Jordan's box.

Very inconvenient if you parked on that side. Went to shoe department and 6 teenagers standing around checking their personal cells instead of helping customers. I had to physically track someone down to get a shoe size. Very frustrating when the store has decent traffic coming and going and I have my young kids with me and I have to track down someone to help when there is 6 just standing around.

Joshua Johnson: Do NOT come to this location for Chiefs players signing events. The staff that runs these events will let anyone cut in line and let people sit and wait in their cars and come back to their spots while people actually wait and suffer in line. If you can’t wait in your spot for hours then don’t come. People were trying to sell wristbands to people waiting in line that they found in the trash from prior events.

Val M: Huge store with a massive selection of every local team, but be prepared to pay tourist prices. I saw items that sold at Walmart for 1/2 the price at this store. $35 for a t shirt is a little excessive.

Dimitri Katsabanis: Nicely kept store with an array of fan gear that covers most of the sports in Kansas City. I actually saw some stuff here that they did not have at the Pro Shop inside Arrowhead Stadium, which I found pretty cool. If you’re staying in downtown, pass by hear for apparel. By the way, the authentic Chiefs jerseys fit like a glove! Pay the premium for it, you won’t regret it!

Kyle Todd: Really good concept for a store and had a pretty good variety of products. Had a return from a different store, and while they did have issues with the return. They did get it taken care of and kept working at it until they got it done.

Mark Schroer: If you are staying in a hotel in downtown KC and are looking for Chiefs, Royals, or local college apparel, go by the Rally House in the Power and Light District. They have a large selection to choose from and the employees are very helpful. I love this place!
