Sierra Binns: I can’t say enough great things about my experience at the Plaza Shade Store! After popping by the store over my lunch break, I met my consultant Liz Holt, who quickly helped bring my vision to life and provided excellent suggestions. After submitting photos of my large window, I was sent several rendered photos of my ideas. This really helped me to see my vision “come to life” and make my decision. We then had a complimentary measuring appt. When it came to placing our order, Liz went ABOVE and beyond to help get our order placed in time sensitive situation with the loan servicer. Once the order was placed, our installation appointment was scheduled. With such a large project, I was nervous but with our experienced installation technician, Jason AND Liz present, all of my nerves were eased. The installation was efficient and installed beautifully. I am SO very pleased with how it turned out! I look forward to working with this team again for future projects! Thank you, Liz and the whole team at the Plaza Shade Store!
Julia O'Neil: I had the daunting task of selecting shades for every room in my newly built home. My consultant, Susan C, was incredible. I had an idea of what I wanted but the task of selecting everything was overwhelming. After chatting with Susan I left feeling confident about tackling this project! She walked me through the process and never tired of my questions, changes or what-if-I-change-this scenarios. The entire process was enjoyable and definitely a positive experience.
