Alex Naseramini: Awesome gym! great staff! just word of warning do not leave any of your personal things unattended for even 5 minutes it will get stolen. 2 different occasions I’ve left my jump rope and boxing gloves by the bag and within 5 minutes some guys decided to steal them and it’s not the gyms responsibility.
Tom Riddle: There is a huge problem with people making tik tok videos and protesting at this gym. They think they are above the law here. After placing new laws in affect around the state people think it's OK to bother others.They have signs in this gym that state do not use phones for photography but yet people still do it. We are working with local law enforcement to clean up this gym also.

Zachary Davis: Stereotypical predatory membership practices. Call 5 times, have to come in to cancel, nobody available for an hour to talk to you, going to charge you another month any way. All because I moved and it's super inconvenient now... Certainly will never be back...
Ro Ro: It’s been a great experience coming to Genesis. I’ve had a lot of great trainers and recently trained with Terell (T) and I got to learn new stretches before working out. The environment has always and continue to be welcoming and I appreciate that the most!

Sean Pertzborn: Genesis is a great place to work out, albeit a bit on the expensive side. However, their trainers are top notch and completely worth the extra investment if starting out or getting back into the groove.I've been working with Tyler K. for almost few months and am not only down almost 40 lbs already but I've enjoyed every training session immensely. I'm a big guy with a lot of weight to lose and Tyler has not only kept me motivated throughout this process, but has been able to push me to my limits every session as well without risking injury. If you're thinking about joining and looking for a solid trainer, I cannot recommend him enough.

Britny Thissen: I've been going to the gym for a year (they make you sign a year contract to get their discount). It has progressively gotten worse. There are people recording themselves everywhere. You always end up in someone's videos. People park WHEREVER they want. Including the bosses who park in no parking fire lanes. I was even blocked in one time by someone who didn't park in a parking place. I couldn't leave. Hardly anyone cleans the weights or equipment when they are done. I highly don't recommend this gym. Not for $100 a month
Katie Cole: Great experience. Have not been a member here for years. Came in to talk to someone about starting up again. BRENT was an amazing advisor. He spent the time to explain everything and gave a personal tour of all the facility has to offer. Highly recommend taking the time to come in and talk with Brent and get a membership.

Aurora Igle: Due to my work overload unfortunately I need to end my membership. When I called I was told to come in and cancel the membership because you can't call/ email/ or in general go online to close your account. I came in and had to wait for someone because the front desk couldn't do it. Finally someone was up there to help.When I spoke to him he informed I couldn't stop my membership unless I paid the $200 right then and there. Meanwhile you could just cancel it and let me make payments like I already do. Instead he tells me "you guys never pay it!" I'm not sure who you guys are???? But I'm not you guys, I'm a customer who was trying to do this the right way. ...... 2weeks later I'm getting phone calls to help resolve my problem, the moment I say I want to close and make payments on the $200 closing fee! Again... I'm told they will not close it unless I pay $200 right then and there. I tried to leave a BBB review but they are not accredited. There's no way I can start and end a lease on everything but a gym membership, this is definitely poor business practices. And then I was told my balance would continue to accumulate smh I would never recommend this place
Adam Wilcox II: Nice facility. Lots of great equipment, well kept locker rooms, nice aquatic area. Lots of amenities onsite, lots of classes available that are covered in your membership depending on what you sign up for.
Alyssa Sanders: When I first got my membership, they were open 24 hours. The only reason I purchased the membership. Now they are closed nights on weekends. Def will be cancelling if this doesn’t change.
Danny Herndon: My experience with Genesis has been the single worst experience I have ever had with a corporate company. These crooks ended up taking over $1,200 from me after I tried on two different occasions to cancel my membership... after i formally canceled my membership on the second time, they continued to bill me for 14 months citing that my signature on my cancelation contract was "illegible". However, they never even attempted to contact me about said "illegible" signature. I was told that I would be contacted by a regional manager.. and have yet to hear anything.I am not the type of person to write reviews on companies, but this experience was so outrageously crooked I CANNOT EXPRESS it enough, DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE.

Zach Gart: I had my nexplanon removed and had a new one put in Jessica was my nurse practitioner she was so sweet, and kind ,very professional I am horrible with needles and ended up getting sick and she was so easy going and understanding I am so appreciative of her. I didn't have to wait long at all and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind as well. I told her I didn't have the full amount I needed to pay and she helped me and brought the price way down thank you ladies very much.
Alyssa Miller: This location is amazing! Staff members here are amazing, super friendly, and know what they are doing! My experience has always been so great! Thank you, Planned Parenthood!
Wernex Wernex: I had a great experience here. Didn't wait long for my appointment. Had someone knowledgeable work with me and had someone take my blood without much pain. My HRT was done fast and was completely covered by the grant they have right now.
Erin stebbins: I gotten my hormone replacement therapy through this location for about a year and a half(blood work every 3 months) and they are very respectful and knowledgeable about transgender healthcare. The sliding scale is very generous. Appointments usually run a bit behind but it's not a big deal. I recommend this location to people all of the time.
Steph: I appreciate everything they do for lots of people. That said, I arrived at 12:10 for my 12:30 appointment and wasn't seen til after 1 after waiting over an hour. Meanwhile other people came in after me and got in sooner. I'd appreciate it if I could be seen on time as I made it in on time. Otherwise it was a great experience and the NP removed my implant quickly and painlessly.

Arkini Spenelli: I’m really baffled at the bad reviews for the length of the visit. If I had to sit there for hours for my free birth control I’m not going to complain. These are free or discounted services. We’re lucky planned parenthood exists at all. I’ve never had an issue at this location. They are all nice. I’ve personally never had a long wait here. I think this is the best location. I have had issues with the other locations but not enough to give them less than 3 stars when they’re giving me free birth control...

Emily Griffin: I was going to ignore the fact that I waited almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time until I got in but now it’s 4 days later and the pharmacy can’t get a hold of anyone to fix the incorrect prescriptions wrote by Dr. Julie Talley. I spent almost an hour on the phone until I reached someone who has now said let me call you back. Extremely frustrating.

Vanessa Christopher: The staff here care deeply for their patients and respect their personal values. All the staff. From front office, administration, billing, referrals, etc to the lab staff, nurses, nurse practitioners and doctors. All. Of. Them.I drive from the Northland to go to this specific Centerwell because of the compassionate staff who all treat me with dignity.The staff all work with me, and often for me - on my behalf, to find solutions for my complex medical needs. (End Stage Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis)I am so blessed and grateful to have found such wonderful primary care!
Adaire Stewart: Fantastic medical facility that is structured for the senior population. You must be 65 and older.
Angie Wright: I receive great care there! They provide me transportation even! It is a team approach to care. Love Carrol Harrington my Nurse Practitioner. I get listened to with my concerns not shoved in and out in 15 minutes A case manager a social worker. It is amazing. I hate doctors usually but my care since January when I changed to this group has been above and beyond
Vickie Brockert: Very inconsiderate of patient needs i called twice asking for my pain meds to be reordered and dr. Saveda. Or theN.P. Stephanie neither one took care of it or called me back as i had asked after the Dr. Had told me a week before if you need more medicine to hold you over while I get you scheduled with a ortho doc please just call i did she couldnt even take the time to call me back very poor care of an elderly patient
MP: Partners in Primary Care advised me they accepted Medicare and Cigna secondary. I received notice from Cigna they were out of network. However they continued to reiterate Cigna was accepted, and by now I was receiving Bill's from PPC for unpaid secondary amount. I bundled up all letters, including the one from Cigna confirming their out of network. At this point we parted ways and I requested write off of the balance. I even called other locations to find they only take ADVANTAGE plans. Be forewarned.

Sherri Hunter: I have been going to Dr Freeland for about a year and a half I have been to many doctors as I suffer from Crohn's disease so when a doctor that I have been going to see for care suggested that I should use crutches after breaking my left foot knowing that I have not been able to use my left hand because of a stroke... When you see your PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN I honestly think that he of all people should know that using crutches is physically impossible so I will be looking for a new primary care physician
Joanne Robinson: The Drs. are very slow. They want you to be 15 minutes early so they can be 30 minutes late. Not a good first impression.
Robert Branch: Attended Open House on 10/24/2018. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Physical plant was impressive with a focus on senior care. I completed the steps necessary to move my care to this location. However, after going to my "welcome" visit, I knew that I had made a mistake and requested that my medical files no longer be transferred to PIPCare.
