Will: Great supply store!!! Short of roll out wheels and umbrellas, you can get pretty much anything you need. Probably the only industrial supply place in KC area. Pipe wraps, pipe wedges, center finders, etc. Definitely for the guys and companies who weld, pipefit and fab for a living. Prices are reasonable.

CURT ROBERTSON: Disappointed that after being told that repairing a control board from my welder would not be a problem, and getting the parts would take 3 or 4 days , After a month a 3 days I find out they cannot repair, and I could come pickup my board . All I wanted was a plug soldered in and a trace repair done, said there Guy was real good at this, but it dosent seem to be the case??

Called this company at 11:17 from Leavenworth and was told they would be open until 12 but that the guy working there had to leave right at noon. Arrived at 11:40 and saw red truck at gate locking up....guess he had more important business to attend to.

Ryan, who answered the phone, said, “We’re short staffed and it’s really hard to tell because you’re being ambiguous.” I’m not sure what’s difficult to understand about the above question. Ryan is a very pathetic, condescending individual who is emblematic of the cancer in society. If I were his supervisor, I’d fire him immediately. What a scumbag.

HD has gone down hill, Lowe’s has been and always be the yuppy HD. This hits the spot, feels like you got a place only the smart ones know about.

Nancy J. Kerr: Yes I just left Northern tool and equipment, overall I like the store but the employees not so much. They're typically rude and unhelpful And I've been here many times. I was just told by the cashier quote "why would I know where that item is, I'm the cashier! I have no clue about any of these items in this place!" Several items that I was purchasing didn't have tags on them but they were only 10 ft away so he threw himself a little tantrum because he had to walk over and get the price off of the stand. The whole time he was shaking and mumbling to himself! Because he was so discombobulated. I asked him to go through the items with me to make sure that he rang them up properly and found that he had run up one item three times the item was a $15.99 item. He was very put out that I had him do that but had I not I would have gotten home and realized that I paid triple for one of the items! Of course then he had to remove the items and pitched himself a little verbal fit about that.Better employees that's really the secret to having more successful business.

Then when we terminated services they couldn’t tell us how many bottles of ours they started filling.We refused to pay 8600 and now a trade alley sued us.Nothing left to say other than a 15 year old hvac company that owned so many bottles already and got no credit. Corporate crooks
