At no time did I feel like I was being "sold" something. He is thorough and made sure I was aware of how the work would be done, what the associated cost is and a realistic timeline for when it could be completed. We booked it, I received updates letting me know what needed to happen before the work. Brett Mann, Gary Duvall, Wayne & Randy were the four who showed up on time and called a half hour before to let me know they were on their way. I know they had just come from another job, but I really appreciated that they showed up prepared and already familiar with all of the details of the work that I needed done. I was able to leave and go about my day. They called when they left that day and told me when they would be back, and they were right on time. I stopped by the job a few hours before they were finished. All four of them took time from what they were doing to ask if I had any questions, walk me through what I was looking at.
