Francesca Sabatini: Update: After leaving this review, they got back to me the next day and resolved the issue. Thank you to Chuck for getting this sorted you, Quench is lucky to have you!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I don’t normally leave bad reviews as I try to handle the issue privately and not damage a company’s reputation because I understand that mistakes happen. I see other positive reviews on here so maybe this is an isolated issue. I know they are going through a merger/acquisition right now so I’m sure things have been a little chaotic. However, that does not excuse completely ignoring customers with broken machines! Our machine has been broken for about 3 weeks now. I have spent hours on hold over the course of 5 or so phone calls. The customer reps I have spoken to have been very kind but pretty much told me all they could do was “escalate the priority of my case”. I was told multiple times I would be receiving a call in the next few days to schedule someone to repair the machine. I have NEVER received a call back. I have essentially begged them to come fix our machine as we have an entire office of people who do not have access to clean water at the moment due to our machine being broken. I asked to just cancel the service and come get their outdated and broken machine last week since I was so fed up with being ignored. I was told I would receive an email with details on how to cancel the service, never received an email. At this point I just want to hire a new company. Today the customer service rep said they escalated my case to the “highest priority”… again. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I would receive a call from a supervisor by the end of the day, never did. After not being followed up with, I called again a few hours ago (during normal business hours), waited on hold for 40 minutes, and then was sent to voicemail!!! Nothing against the customer service reps AT ALL, I know there is not much they can do from their end. This review is a last ditch effort to try and get someone to help me out. This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a company.
Brooke Campbell: Awful service! We have been trying to get our units serviced since 10/2022 and still nothing. We have called over 10 times and keep getting the run around. Was told we had service scheduled, nobody showed, was supposed to get a call back and never did. Horrible company, and can't wait to switch.

Shauna Hayes-Zerban: The service technician/installer, Mr. Quinn was above and beyond polite and helpful in many ways with the system that was placed at my mothers home. Which is why I (her daughter) is leaving the review because, my mother is in the mid stages of Parkinson's disease and its very difficult for her to write more or less open a bottle of fresh water. So, having a Quench system in her home has been a lifesaver. Allowing herself and our family to rest just a little bit more of her care and knowing she's has the fresh water that she'll need. I like to thank the company Quench for their business of the system that was placed in my mothers home as well as for sending Mr. Quinn to my mother's home because, he has made life for the Zerban's just that much fresher.
