Sarah and the team diagnosed the issue with my 20+ year-old central vac power head, researched to learn the manufacturer was no longer in business, found a powerhead compatible with my central vac system, confirmed there was no issue with the hose connections, and the service was worth the 90 minute round-trip drive. Yes, a different central vac service company is much closer to me (north of KC), but past experience with them sent me in search of someone else. I will happily do the road trip to Erv's for any future guidance or service.

He insisted on helping me and took time to explain what I needed. He easily could have had me come back a different day. The customer service was top notch!!!

This guy came into the store demanding that he speak to someone more “knowledgeable” about the problems his current machine was experiencing. He also was extremely rude to Lauren when he learned that it would take time to fix his problem that wasn’t satisfactory to his liking. Lauren was extremely nice and trying to be helpful, Ronnie was just being disrespectful and yelling curse words. Midwest Vacuum has been always great with my business and their reputation shouldn’t be ruined because some guy was having a bad day.
