B. A. Law: The Franks, Sr. and Jr., we're helpful and on it. Short wait for them to get going since I was a little bit before their opening at 9 am but that was to be expected. Guys loaded the rear end I purchased onto my trailer and I was on my way. They also gave me a 90 day warranty vs the 30 days printed on their receipt and they marked it as such.All in all a smooth transaction.

He was on the phone with a buddy just talking while I was standing there waiting for an estimate for parts. He didn't even give me a real quote for parts he hung up the phone and just said it'll be between 400 and 500 hundred bucks. Screw this place I do not recommend.

Stephanie Thomas: Used to love coming here, but the new staff are rude and not customer service oriented at all. Came in with a water pump for a 2000 Malibu for comparison and when I went to leave without finding a replacement but buying some other parts a rude woman followed me to the parking lot and demanded to check my bag (which they did not do on the way in). She dumped my bag in the cart and then accused me loudly and rudely of taking it even though another employee stated we had bought it the other day. She threw it in the trash and basically told us not to come back. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service recently which appears to be in great part due to the staff changes.Update: found my receipt in my husband's car and according to it I feel they owe me $13.08 which is what I paid for the water pump the rude employee threw away after taking out of my personal property for no reason.
