We bought a washer and dryer from them, the dryer stopped working a month or so in and they were quick to come and deliver a loaner and haul away the one needing repair. We were given the option to keep the loaner or have the one we bought returned when fixed, we ended up keeping the loaner. Affordable, punctual and great customer service!
A. Dennis: I walked in at 9am on a cold Saturday morning, was greeted within a few seconds after walking in. They helped me find the dryer I needed, made payment, and was out in less than 10 minutes (my kind of service!). Dryer was delivered and installed before 12pm and they hauled off my old dry. They were polite, considerate, and made sure I understood everything about the dryer before leaving. I would definitely recommend this business. Just a really pleasant experience overall, thank you!

A real nice guy help him out... He will work with you!

Erin Smith: These guys are awesome. They don't beat around the bush and they tell you exactly what you're getting. I wanted a bare bones washer and dryer because I don't want the issues (or the price tag) that new ones seem to have these days. That's exactly what I got. They're not pretty but who cares. They work great and the price was definitely right. Had some noise from the dryer after installation and Aaron came back and fixed it no questions asked. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a washer or dryer.

Melissa Hubbard: Had a very bad experience. I noticed after the 30 day warranty was up that it only washed in hot water. Got ahold of them and they said to have my apartment maintenance check the cold water hoses. The maintenance said the cold water was working fine. Called back again and was treated very rudely acting like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Also told them the machine would flash and stop working on delicate cycle and was told that those washers do that new and nothing was wrong.All I wanted was them to come do a service call to fix my washer. After getting no where with them, I called an appliance repairman. He came out and said they hooked up the hoses incorrectly but that wasn’t why it was only using hot water. The problem is that the main control board isn’t working correctly and they don’t make it anymore. The control board is also the reason why it freezes up on delicate cycle also.So the washer is not fixable…makes sense why they wouldn’t come out to repair my washer. Very frustrated because it seems as if they knew it was not working properly when they sold it to me.
TOM: First time I went to this store, I was looking for a replacement knob for my dryer. They didn't have an exact match for me, but Aaron gave me a knob from a broken dryer that would work and allow me to use my dryer. I was willing to pay for it, but he just told me to take it. I was truly surprised. They did have a good selection of used appliances that looked to be in great shape. They also service appliances.

Hunter McCann: Over a month and my washer is working fine. They even came out to my house to look at something I was concerned about which didn't require any service. I got the impression that both the Dyson brothers that work there are good people. I would use this store again.
Lola Collens: These guys are great!! My washer went out and was unrepairable. I called Jessie on Wednesday and he had me a great used one by Friday! Today, Saturday, I’ve done three loads so far and it’s working great! I had thought about a new one but they just don’t make things like they used to. Most have computers and don’t last much over two years. Very mixed reviews on new ones I looked at. As long as these guys are around, I will always call them. Very friendly, they are very affordable and have a 90 day warranty. What more could you want?! We also bought from their dad before them. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Kyle Crutchfield: Within 3 hours of calling, I have a fully operational washing machine for a fair price. Our washer stopped working properly, so I called Trading Post. Over the phone, they were able to tentatively diagnose the problem, give a price for the fix, and schedule the repair for the same day. Came by and fixed it really quickly, couldn’t recommend enough!

Sandy Simpson: My washing machine crashed and burned. My husband found these guys on line. We went to check out there inventory and opted to get a revamped washer from here. Aaron was just great! He was over to my house 3 different times and was willing to come again. Aaron and his brother delivered the revamped washer, took the old washing machine and didn't charge for the service. I was quit pleasantly surprised. We could have gone to Home Depot and had a service charge for the delivery and another for the removal of the old machine, paying nearly as much for the service as the machine.Dyson Trading Post Appliances is a great find!!!

Jeff Simmons: Great for a good laugh - just look at some of the prices. Definition of a “Grift” store. Pricing items crazy high so they sit on the shelf for months until they become destroyed and unrecognizable.Some prices :Worn out shoes - $20+Electronics (untested) - $30+Basic Kids Toys - $10+

Diver Dean: I started coming here about 2 years ago. The upkeep on the store and the prices got worse and worse. To the point I stopped coming altogether. About 4 months ago I was driving by and decided, what the heck and stopped in. The place still looked a bit rough, but was better. I spent about an hour browsing and ended getting a few things. I started popping in pretty regularly, and started noticing that each time the place looked better and better. I think they have a new manager that is turning the whole place around. I now stop in a few times per week. The prices are on point for a thrift store, and I always find a treasure or 10.

Pixxy Haze: The store has plenty of treasures to search for. The prices are REAL thrift store prices not gouged prices like most of them are these days. The owners and employees are super friendly and nice. It's a little crowded but I don't mind.

Becca Belmont: This store has a ton of things. The store is very big and they still have to much stuff for the size of the store. You can see carts and boxes full of stuff that needs to be out out but there is already stuff just stacked on top of other stuff that you may want to but but you will never find it. The prices were decent. I was surprised by how high a few things were. If I can but the same thing brand new for $5.00 I am not going to pay $6.50 for it in used condition at a thrift store. I have seen the owner go out of her way to be rude to people. I have seen her be very pushy. BUT I HAVE ALSO SEEN HER GO OUT IF HER WAY TO HELP PEOPLE AND ALSO OFFER ITEMS AT A LOWER PRICE WHEN SIMEONE MAY NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY FOR WHAT THEY WANT. THE TEENAGE GIRL THAT WORKS THERE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL THO.
Cherish Odell: I was concerned about several things. 1) If there was ever a fire you’re toast. Every isle I went down I had to stop and move something out of my way to get through. Today 2/9/2020 A large tred mill was just laying on the floor blocking an isle along with a grill. 2) The amount of (broken/missing parts/trash vs quality used items is slim) this place really really really needs to get organized you can’t even get to the register there’s so much stuff blocking it.

My boyfriend saw her do it as well when I asked him if she really did that. Very uninformative and seemed extremely put out that we were there. Went to the front street location and had a completely different experience there. They were very nice and helpful over there.
