Asia E.: This business is HORRIBLE!!!!!! Had an appointment here yesterday with Dr. Elizabeth A Piontek, MD. The day before I called the office to reschedule because they hadn't been able to get me in for a required x-ray prior to the appointment. Mackenzie handled my call and told me not to worry that they'd be able to do the x-ray and see me. She provided the address to the office and even nearby landmarks to look for to ensure I was at the correct place. Stay tuned here y'all. I get to the appointment and the lady at the front desk informs me I'm at the wrong office. She calls the office location of Dr. Elizabeth A Piontek, MD to inform them of the mistake that had been made. Even though I had 30 minutes before the appointment and would've arrived on time still Dr. Elizabeth A Piontek, MD refused to see me stating she needed to be in surgery. Are you kidding me?!? So how were you going to see me if the mistake hadn't been made and I'd arrived at the correct office and on time. They did nothing to work with me. So.....you wasted my time (a non-renewable resource), my gas (as high as gas prices are right now) AND didn't work with me AT ALL when your offices made the error. Ridiculous and POOR patient experience. I will say the lady at the front desk apologized and was clearly embarrassed but had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to reschedule. HELL NO!!!! Not after all this debauchery and confusion. If you can't even get the first appointment correct I shudder to think about the care you provide. What they can do is offer me a gift card or reimbursement for my gas and wasted time. Steer clear of this place and Dr. Elizabeth A Piontek, MD. I'll be contacting my primary care doctor to be referred elsewhere. You're welcome!!!!

Brian Thruston: I've been seeing Dr. Lewing here for 5 or 6 years. He has done a couple of procedures including a robot assisted prostatectomy. I feel like I am in good hands here and would not go anywhere else.

Truman Smith: CONTINUALLY have problems with getting scripts sent to drug stores. Been going on for years. 20% of the time. Will be changing offices. Really am pleased with the physicians but cannot endure anymore of this.

Was told by my surgeons 1 month later on the follow up visit a “mistake” was made and I’d end up being better in double the normal amount of time it was suppose to take In the first place. 12 months instead of 6 months) Since then, they've just been throwing me around to get my money, everyday still in pain, can’t sleep, and is one of the only places, a nurse has ever screamed, and lied to me intentionally. Stay away from these people, trust me.

Jordan Lower: Scheduled me for consultation with doctor who was leaving (why), then called 3 hours prior to the procedure, after I had taken off work, to inform me that my new Dr. Stanley from 1950 will not operate on or speak to people who do not have children. Received a call later that my $125 fee would not be refunded and that I owed $4 in a very unprofessional manner when I questioned these poor business practices. Pursuing other avenues and will return with contact info if I get a hold of someone with some accountability.

Ashley Danner: My boyfriend went in to the office just for the doctor to tell him that by the conversation they had, he did not think there was an issue. He was there for about 10 minutes and they sent a ridiculous bill. Not only that, but when he called to discuss it with them they were extremely rude. This was all after he called in and someone told him that they would be able to run tests the day he went into the office. He was going there for help and it was made clear that that's not what they care to do. So sad and disappointed.

ashley nicholas: Dr kent Haggard performed surgery on my kidney in the mid 1990's. I am 34 now and still remember his name. He was at keisler air force base at the time, if I remember correctly. I googled it to see where he was. I'm glad to see he is still doing what I know he does best. I will never forget the comfort I felt when speaking to him as a little girl. I still struggle with my kidney and it's a very complex situation I have. I would love to meet with him again. I live in Ohio now.

Why can't we do this over the phone or Skype or something? Seems like that should be an option in 2023.Thanks
